First I will start by saying that I never leave reviews. But people NEED to know how exceptional CottageCare is. I spoke with many of the top cleaning services in the area and finally narrowed it down to CottageCare based on pricing/availability/flexible scheduling/service. On top of being more affordable then their competitors, the service and quality of my clean was absolutely outstanding! The 2 professionals who cleaned our house had such attention to detail and left thoughtful touches throughout the house. The cleaning was thorough and top notch. They were even able to squeeze me in last minute when I had family coming in for the weekend. I have set up recurring service (which I can actually afford with their reasonable pricing!) and know I am getting the peace of mind of a professional service that runs background checks, quality assurance, etc. CAN NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Miracle and Lauren came to clean for me and they were both fabulous!! They were prompt, thorough, and very efficient. They made my house sparkle again and did it in a little under 3 hours. I highly recommend Cottage Care! Our family was needing to book a good cleaning because we were quickly moving and Cottage Care came through for us. In the booking process they were able to schedule us in right away and provided us all the information we needed. They kept good communication with us and on the cleaning day they were even able to professionally work around our movers as the movers packed. Their prices are great and their cleaning is high quality! I cannot express how appreciative we are for their services.

We have someone from Cottage Care come out every few weeks to get our house back on track and have been very pleased with the quality of communication and service. After taking the summer off because with the kids home it was harder to arrange a time, our last two cleans have been done by Liz who has gone over and beyond!

I’ve been using Cottage Care for the past 10+ years. Obviously, I’ve had a wonderful experience with them or I wouldn’t have lasted so long! Ceiling fans, dust bunnies, deep cleaning, oven and refrigerator cleaning, baseboards, etc., are just some of the things they do. I love Katie! She cleans for me every third Tuesday so you can’t have her then🥰

I have used Cottage Care several times and I have always been very happy with their work. This most recent time was no exception. Ari and Caden were the cleaners this time and they did a great job! They were professional, respectful and very, very thorough. I'll be sure to ask for them by name next time I need professional house cleaning.

Cottage Care does a great job in communication! I have them set up every other week. The first week’s initial work was fantastic. I came home to a great smelling home after a long day at work. I was surprised because I expected the house to smell of cleaner but it had an amazing floral scent and not overwhelming. Second cleaning wasn’t as impressive but I will continue to use them as they have not disappointed.

Update: we definitely have our favorite cleaner. Tucker does a fantastic job and we always cross our fingers that we have him! He continues to do fantastic work week after week! Very pleased with CottageCare.

Because of Hailey and Bailey at Cottage Care, this is our Go-To cleaning company. Bailey works diligently to arrange the schedule and details of each appointment, and Hailey, with her positive spirit and pride in her work, happily goes about cleaning with precise attention in each space. Our home feels so good after Hailey has been there! We always look forward to seeing her (and the house afterwards)!
