Response to initial inquiry was fast. Confirmation email and call were received. Technician let us know when he was on the way via text and arrived promptly afterward. All staff were polite and helpful. Cleaning process was fast and very efficient. We did the $99 3 room carpet special with no extra treatment. We were told that for pet urine stains there could be a worsening of odor if PERT treatment wasn't used. This didn't happen with our carpet, but not discounting that it could happen. Very pleased, would recommend.

Isiah came to my house today from Chem Dry, and he did an amazing job on my carpets. They look amazing and he was very professional and a real nice guy. I always appreciate service and attitude like that. There were no details left out, no hidden fees, no surprises. Everything was as quoted and as expected. Thank you Isiah and Chem Dry.

Isiah came out right at the quoted time, being very considerate of my work schedule. Really good communications and he got the carpets nice a clean after we finished a major renovation the previous week. Making sure to go over the heavy traffic spots and leaving the carpets quite dry, completely dry to the touch within an hour or two. Would definitely recommend Isiah and this service

Andrew was great! He did everything asked and was very attentive and friendly. I have never had my carpets cleaned professionally as i usually do it myself but it was well worth the results and how quick it dried. I will definitely use chem dry again!

I have used Chem-Dry multiple times, and been very happy every time.
Today, I had my carpet and wood floor cleaned. My tech, Damon, was super nice and he did a fantastic job! I requested he wear shoe covers or take his shoes off to rake the carpet after the cleaning was finished, and he happily complied.
I would 100% want him back in the future!

Upon getting the quote for cleaning carpet and tile, opted for carpet only. Arrived early but kept me notified ahead of time. Ended up cleaning the carpets. The tech happened to be the store manager. Was professional, courteous and efficient. The best part is how quickly they dry. So clean! Would recommend.

Tyler & Devin did an outstanding job. They were professional, on time, extremely thorough from explaining the various services and making sure that all stains were removed. My carpets look great. I was afraid that I needed to replace my living room carpet after making it through a total kitchen remodel but it looks new now! Highly recommend Chem-Dry. Damon and Clint performed an exceptional service on our house as we were preparing to move out. The carpets look better than when we moved in and I could not thank them enough. Everything was seamless from the scheduling, to their arrival and they were super kind and friendly. 10/10 will recommend Chem-Dry, but specifically Damon and Clint to all of my friends in need of carpet cleaning.

They not only do a better job at cleaning then the others do, the carpet isn't left nearly as wet and drys within an hour or two. One of the steam based competitors left my carpet wet for 2 days! Ask for Tyler- he's the best!

I do realize that I opted for only the $99 special, however the house was empty and collectively all three rooms probably don't add up to no more than 400-500 sq ft, and yes it was dry in about 1-2 hrs. My wife said they only spent about 30-45 min, but it was most definitely NOT clean. used my wifes rug cleaner 3 days later and this is what the water looked like after. If your a carpet cleaning company and you get paid to clean a carpet, than at least clean it.

He came in and did an excellent job on a 20-year carpet and made it look almost brand new just very little moisture and should be dry in just a few hours. Very nice and polite and would do it again and probably will

They responded to my last review with lies. I did mention I may have a couple of spots but when the guy came and looked it over with a light I was told I had no pet stain/urine issues but that people usually add the other add ons when doing a move out, so I did that. I never declined urine treatment. I was also charged for 4 rooms when I only have 3 and my master bedroom did not exceed your 200sq ft. rule. I was told it would add an extra $18 per room on top of the initial$140(totalling $200, I paid over $280 somehow!).
I was told they would come redo it but unfortunately my move out date was before they cluld come back, but I shouldn't have needed someone to come back after almost $300. I never got the phone call that I was supposed to receive from the owner, instead a text from the tech and only to be left on read from him as well. I was going to let this go because I haven't heard back if it was deemed ruined by the rental company or not but kept getting emails to review and honestly, I should be warning others of the potential damage that could happen to theirs as well but to respond back with lies is wildly unprofessional and unexpected. I have several witnesses to attest to the condition of the carpet before/after and it was absolutely your company that caused these new issues.

Jason did a thorough job on the 2 upstairs bedrooms, hall & stairs. We have a lot of traffic from grandchildren, and some who sneak treats upstairs & so you can imagine some of the stains. It all looks GREAT!

Always on time, their pre-spray for carpet makes it look brand new, and I do recommend getting the stain remover to have on hand.

I originally wrote a poor review and the company called and spoke to me about the situation and offered to do a re work to make it right. I really appreciate companies that go above and beyond in customer service. Tyler did an incredible job and I’m really glad I trusted them. They cleaned my sofas and dining chairs very well. Well worth the money
