I will use this company again in the future. If you are looking for carpet cleaners this may be the one for you. With this experience I would recommend them.

Trying to look at your website, but ALL the stuff popping up is making it to where I don't even want to bother with it... May want to contact your web designers about adjusting their mobile versions viewing so we can actually see what you offer vs trying to work around all the little helpers and tiles floating around...

Great customer service and cleaning...the technician (Eric) arrived at 10:00 AM, even though the window was 10-1. He explained everything and was personable and courteous!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had them come out the week before my wedding to clean my couch. The technician apparently didn’t know what he was doing, didn’t clean everything, got solution on my antique cabinet, all over my laptop, ruined my area rug! They were supposed to come out the next business day to “fix” the issues. But the technician failed to show. When we asked for our money back, we were told we couldn’t get our money back because they want to fix the issue. There isn’t a day for them to fix the issue because of the wedding plans but somehow they still refuse to give us a refund. I haven’t asked for the damages to my personal items or the expenses that I had to come out of pocket to fix their mess all over my house.

So, unless you want your house messed up, your couch incorrectly cleaned, and poor customer service, AVOID USING THEM!!!

The guys did a terrific job! Very nice. Very professional It knew what they were doing as far as treating stains and turning my beat up couch into something that looks brand new.

Eric and Ryan came and helped clean a couch that my diabetic dog had had an accident on that I just could not get the smell out of. They were super informative and great about letting me know all of the next steps and making sure the solution Was able to be maximum effective

I recently had Tyler Lumley from Chem-Okc clean my carpet and couch, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Tyler was incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire experience enjoyable. He clearly loves animals, which made my dogs feel comfortable around him.

He worked wonders on my couch, removing dirt and pet hair that had built up. It looks fantastic now! I also appreciated how quickly they scheduled my appointment. Tyler's attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out.

They came in and got right to work. Our tiles were filthy! I did now expect the travertine ones to ever look normal again but they are absolutely beautiful! All of the other tiles are too! I would highly recommend Tyler to clean yours! He is professional and does an outstanding job!

Im very pleased with the Chem-Dry products, the application process and their results. Very little water is used. Carpets dried quickly and they look great. Cleaned ottoman looks like night and day. Very reasonable pricing. Technicians knowledgeable and efficient.

Worst experience ever. Booked for a day and told they would come between 2 and 5. At 4:30 they called to say they could not make it and that they would come the following day also between 2 and 5. At 4:45 the following day they called again and said they could not come and asked if they could come the following day. I asked that they call me prior to the arrival so that I did not sit around waiting for a 3rd day and never heard from them. The first day I was told they could not come because the chemicals in the truck were frozen because it was freezing outside. This lady was in Dallas and I informed her that the temps here were low 40s, not freezing. The following day I was told the hoses on the van were broke and they were supposed to get new ones and then when she called me back she said the van was going to the shop but would be fixed and good to go the third day. I was trying to get my rug cleaned quickly and they knew this each time they scheduled me. Do not recommend scheduling any service with this company.

Very thorough in doing walkthroughs and explaining what techniques would give the best results. They were done within 2 hours and the carpeting looked immaculate! They spot checked their work and then did a walkthrough with us to show the results. One gentleman was training the other and spoke a great deal of knowledge about how to do the job right. We've done business with Chem Dry for years and have had next to no issues.

Eric did an awesome job! He was very kind, honest and professional. He listened carefully and seemed genuinely happy that I was happy with the results! I really liked him a lot! I’m very hopeful after the carpet dries, it will continue to look, smell and feel clean. Thank you for working me into your schedule today.

Have been trying for weeks to get a quote from them. They came and spent quite a bit of time measuring, taking pictures and gathering info, but have not sent a quote. No response to phone calls.
