Destiny arrived on time for my most recent cleaning, was very professional, and had a positive attitude.
I’ve used Cottage Care for several years and have been pleased. Only one time was there an issue with the employee but Cottage Care addressed the issue immediately and compensated my next cleaning. Their cleaning system is easy for the employees to follow and it insures every checklist item is completed. Their office staff is friendly and responsive.
I highly recommend them.

Cottage Care was HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to me by a co-worker. I was in a tight timeframe and needed a house cleaning quickly. I called and they scheduled me EXACTLY when it was convenient for my schedule, which happened to be the next day. Talk about short notice. Wow I was so impressed with the fabulous job that LYNDI and KATY did. I know it was a big job! They covered every nook and cranny and baseboards as well. They have earned my return business as well as referrals. They also take care of their employees, which is a star in my book. Thanks again Lyndi and Katy. I’ve even been told, by my co-worker, that Caden does an amazing job as well.

I am so happy I found CottageCare! I first called them when I broke my ankle and needed surgery. They make everything easy, from paying and scheduling especially. Caiden is super friendly and does a great job! Highly recommend!

Meisha was amazing!! This was my first cleaning from Cottage Care, and she exceeded my expectations. She was very thorough in cleaning everything from the general cleaning, such as dusting, cleaning the bathrooms, etc, to wiping down all the doors, baseboards, and cabinets. Everything looked great, and it felt so good to come home to a sparkling, clean house.

Baleigh has been cleaning my house for a couple of months now and she is great. She is super nice and very through. We have 5 dogs so there is always a bunch of hair and dirt on the floors and when she leaves my floors are super clean. She deserves some major kudos.

Yesterday I as the second time I’ve had Cottage Care come and Katie was very professional and did a great job in a short amount of time. I love the feeling of my whole house being clean when they leave and I love that the cleaning products don’t have much of a smell so my house still smells like my house not like tons of chemicals.

Cottage Care is wonderful, every team member we’ve had help in our home have been so professional and great. We currently have LaMeisha and she is amazing. She pays attention to detail and I love walking into my home after she’s added her organized touch!

I have used Cottage Care for many many years and they are definitely the best!!! They do an amazing job and are always reliable. I have no idea what I would do without them! It is so wonderful to come home from a long day at work to a really clean house . I notice the little personal touches they leave which always brighten my day. I love them all!!! We have been very pleased with the bi-weekly cleaning service. Every person who has cleaned our home has been great. In particular, Tara has done a phenomenal job cleaning our home. We love each time she comes. Her attention to every detail and focus on each room has been wonderful, and it’s so much of a stress relief on us to have a clean home every 2 weeks! We are thankful for this company and highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

We’ve been using Cottage Care for about a year now. We are on a monthly schedule and the crew that comes out has been great. I’m a bit of a clean freak (when I have the time to clean) and they definitely meet my standards/exceed them. They are also great working around our pets (bird and a dog) and adhere to special requests using certain products on marble/wood. Shout out to Liz for going above and beyond. She is personable and does a very thorough job while also being super efficient. I sometimes have to run out for an errand and trust her completely in our home. Excellent cleaning, quick and trustworthy. Not much more you could ask for from a cleaning service!

I was gifted a cleaning (bless you sister). I haven’t had my house cleaned by a pro in several years. Caden was the crew member who came, and if I could give 10 stars, I would! He went above and beyond, and honestly did some things that I wasn’t expecting! My house is so clean! Very happy camper.

Ciara (Sierra), has been cleaning our house once a month for the past 4 months and I have been extremely happy. Working from home I get to enjoy the clean smell as she works through the house. My favorite is the details in the bathroom. The freshly folded towels and folded tissue and TP. It makes me feel like I am a guest in a hotel 😊

I have been using cottage care for monthly cleaning for several months now. I have a fairly small home with 2 dogs and i believe the monthly cleaning service is very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of service. Service is very easy to schedule and management and the team are incredibly easy to work with and have gone above and beyond to make sure i am satisfied with the service and accommodate any requests. Cierra, who i can not speak highly enough of, cleaned my house the first time and did such an incredibly amazing job that I requested she be sent each time, and the quality of her cleanings just continues to impress me! As an example, In addition to the standard vacuuming, mopping, tub/tile/toilet cleaning, i tend to hoard makeup and beauty products (facial masks, serums, scrubs, lotions, hair products,perfumes etc) but because I have a small bathroom with Very little storage, a lot of the products end up haphazardly on the counter or in the windowsill gathering dust, Cierra not only organized the products but dusted and wiped each and every one of them down so it looks so much more neat and tidy! They are also very dog friendly!! I have 2 small dogs that live with me regularly but had 2 more staying with me for a few months. With 4 dogs, one of which was over 170 lbs, I was concerned that they may not feel comfortable coming to clean, but thankfully, Cierra and the management team had no issues with it. I HIGHLY recommend them (Especially Cierra 😊)

I cannot begin to tell you how great this company is. Destiny came today and everythingis so clean! I always feel so much better when they're done, and my house is so much nicer. The prices are reasonable, the employees are lovely, and I love them, lol.
