I had a great experience with Dale & Vic. They did a wonderful job in cleaning up my air ducts. Were extremely nice and professional the whole time and they were very fast too! Would highly recommend them for any similar air duct cleaning service in the future.

Duct Squads did an excellent job on my home A/C. Every member of their team was courteous, honest, and genuine. They're not like the other guys, they're the real deal. Duct Squads actually investigated my problem and tried to find the best solution for me instead of just immediately trying to sell me something I didn't need.

I would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing any problems with their air conditioning. From bad airflow to poor insulation to a complete A/C rework, these are the guys you need.

Called in the morning and had a crew out to our home at noon. From the pleasant conversation with Candy who answered the phone, to Jonah that showed up less than an hour after I made the call. Jonah was friendly, professional and explained everything to us after he did his initial overview. About an hour after Jonah arrived he had cleared the dryer vent and was on his way. Highly recommend for dryer vent cleaning.

We are moving into an older home and my wife suggested having the ducts cleaned ... I googled and found Duct Squad and for whatever reason called them first. So, their telephone receptionist scheduling person is Candy and she is an absolute sweetheart on the phone. Got us scheduled same day, they showed up on time and -- um -- I was late. But they did an inspection, it was clear Avi and his brother knew what they were doing, gave me a reasonable quote ... I checked with my wife and she said GO. so we did. An hour and a half later they were done, and showed me before and after pics of what was in the ducts and what they looked like now ... and some great advice on some things to do to maintain our air quality. They also did our dryer vent, which I consider to be a safety issue due to fire risk from clogged dryer stuff. Highly recommended, very professional and detail oriented guys. Greg.

Duct Squads was recommended by my long-trusted appliance repairman. They did a good job, showed me the videos both before and after cleaning the duct. An overall great experience. My underground ducts are now fixed with a 15-year warranty. The guys were courteous and efficient. Even offered to pay for an item of mine that was already broken by me. They were unsure who/what broke it, but the fact they offered to pay speaks volumes. Most companies would try and hide the issue or not take responsibility. Duct Squad operates with integrity and professionalism and it shows in every encounter with any of their employees. I highly recommend them. Keep up the great work!

If you are like me and enjoy quality service, (Who doesn’t?) then look no further for duct cleaning. These folks are down to earth, professional, kind and courteous, not to mention they do an outstanding service on your hvac. The gal who answers the phone and makes appointments is an absolute pleasure to speak with and sells the company. My 5yo had many many questions about what was going on and what tools they were using and the techs took the time to patiently and kindly explain what was going on. Hands down best service provider I’ve ever had.

The crew arrived on time and from the time they hit the door til they pulled away it was one hour and fifteen minutes. This included inspecting and writing up the estimate. All the ducts, including the dryer vent and fumigating the system and at a fairly reasonable price. Very courteous and efficient team. Worked extremely well together. A must-use business.

Christian and Nate were great, they were helpful and friendly. They were timely and thorough about cleaning out ducts. Also, I spoke with the manager after they had serviced my ducts about having more work done and I very much appreciated the integrity that the manager in letting me know that what I was wanting was a simple fix I could do myself rather than charging me for them to come and do it. Honesty is something I greatly value so it spoke volumes to me of how much they want their customers to have a satisfying experience. Also, another thing I appreciated is the whole staff communicates very well with each other, the receptionist was able to contact whoever could beat serve me every time I called, there wasn't an awkward run around that I've experienced with other companies, highly recommend them!

EDITED: Upon hearing I was displeased and that the first tech did not preform proper cleaning. The company called and was very apologetic and sent another tech out to do the job correctly. Giving 5 stars because not many companies go the extra mile to make things right. Thank you. Second tech was very friendly and very thorough and cleaned ALL the floor vents this time. Thank you for good customer service.

First tech:
Got a coupon in the mail for a "whole house duct cleaning including return vents". When they guy arrived, he immediately started trying to up sell from a $39 coupon to several hundred "duct cleaning with spinning brush cleaning with a spray sanitize formula". I kept telling him we just wanted to $39 coupon deal. He literally opened 2 return vents, vacuumed them out and said he was done. This is a complete scam and worthless. I had taken the time to remove all my vent covers so he would have easy access and he never touched them. Horrible customer service and rope-E-dope scheme attempts to get in your house with a coupon to convince you to spend hundreds of $$. Will never use again.

Drey was a great technician to work with. Duct Squad got me scheduled quickly, and he did an awesome job cleaning an extremely backed-up dryer duct. They even warranty their work. They've made a lifelong customer out of me.

They were quick to schedule, quoted on site with no trip charge and fixed immediately after I accepted the quote. Love the process and the service by everyone I spoke with on the phone and Lior who came to do the quote/service. Would highly recommend and will use Duct Squads again as needed!

Our dryer vent line was completely cleared quickly and efficiently; the price was very competitive (and I did receive a upfront estimate); and my dryer has been re-born. Thanks to all. Lior and Nathan from Duct Squad just finished at my house, and man they were awesome. Truly Class A guys. They came in, cleaned my ducts like real professionals, did a free check on my dryer duct with video footage, made recommendations on the best air filter options (which I ended up purchasing through them at a discounted rate), and got a discount on the whole service just for asking. Awesome experience, would hire again (in 4-6 years).

Outstanding service !!! Great staffs and customer service ! They got a great team working Mateo, Nathan and Christain. Some of my vents got quite a bit of sand in there. They were able to remove them and used the camera before and after for me. Well worth the money. Wouldn't be using anyone but Duct Squads.
