I called for a Chimney Inspection for a Real State Transaction. I explained everything I was concerned about in detail, this phone call happened last Monday, 07/01/19. He quoted me a price of $125 for the full inspection and report, we agreed to meet at the property Wednesday at 1pm. I texted him Tuesday morning to confirm, no answer. I called Tuesday afternoon, James answers the phone and tells me that he decided that he is going to charge me $200 instead, because he is going to have to use the longer scope/camera.. Seriously???, I just spoke to you yesterday and you told me it was $125!, the scope of the work I need done has not changed in 24 hours!. Anyway, at this point I tell him I will let my husband know and I will call him back to confirm.
I call him back maybe 5 minutes later, tops, to let him know that we are backed against the wall and we will have to move forward with the inspection because I have the Real State Team scheduled to be there so we can gain access to the house.! NO ANSWER. I leave a message. Here we are, Wednesday at 1pm, NO SHOW!, I call closer to 2pm, right after the HVAC guy does his thing, AGAIN NO ANSWER!
UNPROFESSIONAL, YUK!! - I HATE WORKING WITH PEOPLE THAT CANT KEEP THEIR WORD & ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY.

I had another great experience with James and James#4 ,they came back and repaired my Crown and some crack s in my fireplace.

They did a great job. Arrived at the scheduled time, protected the area around the fire place and got to work. After the chimney was cleaned, they cleaned up then work space and we were done. I'm happy with the work and feel muh safer about having a fire this winter. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Ricky Anderson came and cleaned both our fireplace and dryer vent. Ricky cleaned everything well after completing the work. I am very happy with the work Ricky did and will definitely use Happy Hatter in the future🌞

Prior to moving in I did have both inspected by another company. I had so many questions that sweeper quit answering them. He did what was required and left.

The Happy Hatter answered all my questions and explained everything that he was doing.

James came to my house and supposedly cleaned my vent. Long story short he DID NOT. He also bent my vent duct behind the dryer and his son some how messed up the cap on the pipe on the roof. He has returned NO calls. I hired Matthew with Lint Busters to come out and to the job. He is great. Hire Happy Hatters if you have money to waste!!!

James was responsive, nice and professional! He was willing to come to Kingfisher to clean my rooftop dryer vent and his rates were very reasonable in doing so. Recommend!

You can't go wrong with Happy Hatter! James calls you back even if you don't leave a voice-mail. Job was done in no time at all with absolutely no mess left behind. Now I can use both my fireplace and dryer without fear of burning my house down. I'll definitely be a repeat customer and would highly recommend!

We have had numerous contractors in our house over the years. Ricky Anderson was by far the very best one we have ever dealt with! He is a technician for The Happy Hatter that really know his stuff! I normally do not like to hover over someone while they are working but Ricky was very attentive to our needs!! He wasn't leaving until we were very happy with his work! We were extremely pleased with his attention to detail and cleanliness! We will only use Happy Hatter for our fireplace needs from now on!!!
