James with Happy Hatter is truly the best of the best! He was able to quickly come in & get our fireplace serviced just before the winter hit & we’re so thankful! Incredibly fairy priced & an honest company!

These guys are the real deal. Honest about what they're going to do, showed up on time, came prepared, and communicated thoroughly along the way. Answered all my questions about the process and cleaned the jobsite up at the end. There was a ton of lint in our dryer duct - I'm not sure it had ever been cleaned before.

The father/son duo offers competitive prices for rooftop dryer vent cleaning compared to some of the major companies that send fliers in the mail. Keep your dollars local and support businesses like this. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Our chimney was cleaned today by the Happy Hatter! Excellent job! Rickey went above and beyond fixing our flue that was stuck with years of buildup. He had me look up into the chimney, it was so clean you can see the Tera cotta! He cleaned everything up afterwards, we can’t tell he had been there at all! Thanks!

They were so sweet in offering to go on the roof from the front yard so my dogs could stay in the backyard playing! Ricky came out and did a thorough cleaning on my insert fireplace. He cleaned the flute to the roof vent, and found a big amount of creosote that others had not found. Thanks Expert Chimney and Ricky.

I called this company be cuz they were recommended to me by a friend. I was not disappointed they came out and clean my chimney and we're very professional so I asked them to clean my dryer vent and they just Went ahead and did that on the same day instead of makin
g another appointment I will definitely use them every year and I am going to have my air ductscleaned by them also
