Extremely helpful even to just a random guy off the street. Asked me about my problem instead of just selling me a part, noted they could test AC motors and capacitors. Bit of a drive for me but entirely worth it.

They have all kinds of plumbing, electrical, vent material, many things for construction workers or to the public for their projects. Friendly people will help you with anything. A great place to find those things that you can't find anywhere else. They have good prices.

I had a shower faucet start leaking on me in my house I recently purchased. Being a first-time home buyer, and not knowing much about plumbing, I was able to get as far as knowing I needed a new stem. Spent an hour in Lowe's trying to find this thing and even with associates help, could not find the thing and apparently they didn't carry the brand. He referred me to Locke's. I was a little overwhelmed at first by everything they had going on in there, but an associate asked me what I was looking for and I showed him the stem I had pulled out of the shower. He knew exactly what it was, what brand it was, and where it was in their store with a single glance. Super helpful, definitely recommend, will return for any future plumbing or electric needs

Customer service was bad. One male employee has a bad attitude. I watched him with three different customers and gave the same attitude with no help. I will never shop the store again. I will travel the extra mile to get better customer service at another Locke supply. It's sad when a customer help me solve the problem that I had. Please do better with customer service.

The biggest THANK YOU to Jacob and Aaron (SE 82nd store and S Kentucky store) for their unbelievable customer service! At 4:30pm, in the middle of a snowstorm, they coordinated to find the part for my furnace at the closest location to me, stayed open late (terrible road conditions), and had the part ready at the front when I got there. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. And we will have heat tonight which is even more awesome! Thank you!!!!

I always enjoy going to lock supply. Carry a variety of items including plumbing, electrical and flooring products. Staff always seems knowledgeable and willing to help customers. I would recommend Lock Supply being that their moderately priced and normally have whatever you need at just one stop. Sure beats driving around town trying to find what you need to fix a leaky drain! Would recommend 🤠👍

Visit these stores only when there is a need for fitting that is required immediately,other than that online or larger improvement stores, in addition customer service is not that good.
