Patrick K. and Raen were wonderful! They were courteous and arrived ahead of schedule for my annual furnace tune-up and plumbing inspection. They identified issues and were able to return same day to repair them to accommodate my work schedule. Comfort Wave Home Services came this afternoon to fix the heater in our house.
We are very happy with the service provided by the Technician Trey Howard. He was punctual, very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and reliable. He fixed the issue fast and the price was very reasonable.
We want to recommend Comfort Wave to anyone in need of their services.

Be very weary using this company! They replaced my water heater, but caused a ton of damage in the process. They cut a hole through the bottom corner of the wall in my son’s closet,
so his closet is now exposed to the garage. They caused a leak by damaging a pipe exactly where they replaced the water heater. They are now denying responsibility and left me to figure out thousands of dollars on repairs because of their horrible work. I unfortunately have to take them to small claims court to get them to take responsibility. They have ruined our Christmas season as there goes all our holiday money. I highly regret using Comfort Wave and would recommend using anyone but them.

We just had a full HVAC replacement done by Comfort Wave Home Services. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, the communication was excellent. They provided a detailed estimate, arrived on time, and left the workspace spotless. Our new unit is quiet and incredibly efficient. Daniel, Jayce and the rest of the installation team were great!
