Technician Austin showed up on a Saturday to troubleshoot our AC which was blowing out hot air instead of cold.
After troubleshooting,He explained what was wrong, a switch over valve failed and the part will need to be put on order because we have an older AC model. Since it’s winter, We will not need the AC for a while and have time to get the fix

Our service technician (Austin) was very nice and thorough. He explained everything he did, and what we could do to keep things running in top shape.

Jason arrived on time and inspected a wall heater, serviced my central heating and provided information on the installation of a mini split. He explained the condition of my units and also provided them in full detail via email.

I’ve been with this company for a couple years now and I wouldn’t use any other heating and air-conditioning company at all. Jason fixed my AC today and I thank them for it. This is an A1 company.

Jason was highly professional and knowledgeable. We called on Sunday and within hours the tech arrived at our home to inspect our furnace. He came back the next morning with the material needed and we were back up and running.

Yes it was in the middle of this snow and ice storm and my heater quit working I called other heat and air but they couldn't get out, I was about to give up when my sister told me to call Interstate so I did. I was so happy they sent out a tech in an hour or so very nice young man got the heater going praise the Lord.

Jason replaced ventilation from our gas water heater after we got a new roof and the vent was misaligned. He fixed it quickly and it came out looking like quality work. Highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough! We’ve had technicians come out two separate times, and both techs helped us save money and figure out some problems. We are on their monthly service plan for bi-annual check-ups, and would recommend that to others!

We bought our house 3 years ago and just used the number the previous owner left for our AC. So happy we did! Every time we've called them they've been clean, efficient, and professional. The techs are awesome and always take a moment to say hi to my dogs, which they love, and have never once talked down to me or made me uncomfortable. Excellent service!

Heating maintenance was performed as expected. The technician was friendly and professional. His inspection seemed to be efficient and comprehensive.
My Issue: we are in a inspection schedule that does not make sense. The late winter, early spring inspection (like this one) is focused on heater system maintenance. The 2nd inspection, done in the fall, focus is A/C. That doesn't make sense. In the 1st inspection, I would like to know that the A/C is ready for summer. At the 2nd inspection, I would like to know the heating system is ready for winter. Can this be adjusted? Maybe do both inspections next fall and then change the rotation to do 1st - AC, 2nd - heating system?

Chris was great. Nicole took my initial call and got someone out to help with my water heater within two hours on a Sunday. She was top notch.

Trey was a great technician! He was very polite, informed me of everything that he needed to fix with pictures, and was very quick fixing the issues with my heater. I would highly recommend using them if you need any HVAC work done!
