An absolutely positive experience in every way. I was given very clear details about what I needed and, more importantly, what I did NOT need.
The installation was scheduled one day out— And completed in six hours on a Saturday! That is very important when it is 95° outside!
Ryan and Allon were my installers and they were respectful and very knowledgeable! They went the extra mile on several things during the installation and knew to take care of things other companies had not suggested.
There are definitely a lot of reasons “It’s hard to top a Hill”!

Hills &Company was amazing when my heater went out ,very professional and Matthew made sure to explain everything. Cassie that took my call was so kind and helpful also ,I highly recommend them.I will be using them again when needed definitely a 5 star company!!

3 stars because everyone we spoke with were friendly, but where they lost us was the cost of the labor they were quoting us. Our hot water tank wouldn’t light and kept giving us the gas valve fault error. After looking on the manufacture’s website we came across this company so we called them and set up an appointment. The part was covered under the manufacturer warranty, but they quoted us almost $840 in labor to replace the faulty part. Ultimately decided to cancel our repair and go a different route.

Tyler did a phenomenal job with our seasonal heating system tune-up. He was thorough, professional, and quickly identified and replaced a part that had gone bad. Excellent service all around—highly recommend!

Jeff H. came out to give us an estimate. After doing a thorough analysis of our airflow, he gave us several options for replacing our 20+ year old system. Jeff was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the pros and cons of the different options. After selecting the system we wanted, Agustin and Alan did an excellent job installing our new system. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They answered all of our questions and made sure that we were pleased with the installation. The final cost matched the total on the proposal. We are very pleased with the result. We would definitely work with Hill and Company again.

Jeff Holloway came to quote for a new HVAC when our old one failed. He was excellent. Did a thorough analysis of air flow and walked through options that Hill could do and what I could do myself. He gave me the complete information that I was looking for, that other providers lacked.

The install crew was professional and left everything tidy.

Communication with the crew had a gap about a specific run, and I noticed the issue during installation. (Lack of a damper for a troublesome room) A call between me and Jeff H cleared it up.

All in all I was pleased. I recommend Hill and Co if you have HVAC needs.

I got three quotes from local companies for a new AC unit. Hill & co. was the most competitive pricing, the most honest and straight forward, not to mention very thorough. They got me the best system within our price point and were the most helpful. The guys who completed the install were professional, showed up on time and finished on time. Highly recommend .

Tyler came out on Oct. 16 to service our heating unit. In addition to describing all that he would be checking, he took photos and went through those afterwards as part of a review of our system, showing that all was in good shape. Great job! I appreciate the thorough and informed nature of our system maintenance.

Was able to get us in the same day. Michael Buckmaster let us know before he arrived when to expect him. Michael was knowledgeable and listened to our situation. Michael as very respectful of our home. He worked diligently to find what was in the line, he didn't just give up. He let us know each step of the way the costs and what the next steps could be, before beginning anything new. He provided a detailed reciept and was super friendly about the costs. I will definitely be using this company and will be requesting Michael again.

Our AC has been out since early August and we were being toyed around by our home warranty company, The girls at the scheduling department could not have been nicer and got us scheduled immediately (it took our warranty company 2 weeks to get us an HVAC company.) Their technician, Paxton came out and got us up and going. He could not have been more kind, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain all of the components to our system and how each one worked and how they worked together in our system. Give this man a raise. Thank you Mr Hill, for all your help, with my parents house. My original review was not so favorable. Since that time Mr Hill personally reached out to us. He helped my elderly parents with the repair costs, when he had no legal obligation to do so. I can’t thank him and his company enough for that. I discovered a leaking pipe in my wall at 3:30 am on a Saturday morning.
With it being 6 degrees outside, I knew shutting off my water could cause pipes to freeze before someone could show up to fix this issue, but having water spraying in the wall of my living room wasn’t ideal either.
I did a quick google search for 24 hour plumbers in OKC and started calling down the list.
Hill was the 4th company listed and the only one that had anyone available. Within an hour, help had arrived and the issue was being fixed.
The plumber that came out, Michael (if remember correctly,) was excellent - quick, smart, knew his trade well.
Price was very reasonable, not even taking into account it being 3:30 am, icy roads, and 6 degrees outside.
Hill will be my go-to plumbers from now on, and a big thank you to them for all of the help at the worst time possible.
