My AC unit had a clogged drain pipe due to an improper installation from Another company. Joseph fixed the issue and showed me how to prevent further blockages. Fast, friendly , and Informative. I'll definitely be calling advantage heating and air for my future HVAC needs. -Aaron K

Excellent customer service. Came out on a Saturday and stayed late to put in a new unit. We are repeat customers and highly recommend. Dave is highly knowledgeable and honest very happy with his service!

Dave and Chance were able to get out to our place quickly after our unit was struggling. Most heat and air companies were trying to sell us a new unit on the spot before checking to see what a fix would look like. These folks were able to get our 24 year old system up and running within an hour and quoted us a price for a new system later this summer much cheaper than other big name brands in the area.

Advantage came out within an hour of calling them after 10 PM, and they had our AC unit running again in about 30-45 minutes after finding the issue!
The guys were super helpful and even addressed a couple other issues while they were servicing the HVAC unit!

HVAC went out and called a couple of companies as it sounded like we’d have to replace the whole unit for thousands of dollars. We called for a second opinion from Advantage Heat & Air and so glad we did as the first company was way over priced! They were timely and helpful in options and advising the true issues. This company and their employees really go above and beyond and treat you like friends/family and give honest options and opinions! They’ve earned a lifelong customer and I’d recommend them to all!

Dave and his crew at Advantage came out on a Sunday with short notice after I returned from a trip and found my AC had stopped running. Dave and his crew did a get job installing a new furnace system in about 6 hours after walking me through all the options and educating me. He and his crew were respectful and worked diligently to get the job done the same day. After they finished he even sat down and made sure I registered the product correctly! I highly recommend Advantage for your HVAC needs.

Got our air conditioner fixed in less than 10 minutes. Friendly fast and experienced. On top of that he came out at 11pm on a Wednesday. I recommend you call this guy before you call anyone else!

And if you’re worried about price, he’s one of the only ones that will not charge you an arm and a leg. He’s extremely reasonable and will work with you.

Great Job by Joseph! While I was in need of A/C assistance on the weekend and narrowing down an issue that a different company was unable to find. Joseph took the time to go through the whole system and troubleshooting over the phone to give possible solutions. Even though I ultimately didn’t use Advantage, (only because I had an appointment the next morning on a weekday) Joseph spent over 15 minutes on the phone and the diagnosis he gave (fan motor assembly) ended up being the issue. Joseph’s ability to help me out even not being a customer, shows his selfless character and love for his job! Thanks again!

Ohh Man, I was in bad shape had one company quote me $6,000 for total replacement of ac unit. Called advantage for second option, talked with Dave who was the greatest caring person. He understood and helped me with unsurpassed customer service.

Absolutely outstanding service from Advantage heating and air! Our AC completely conked out during a hot and humid Oklahoma summer day, and we were sweating 50 cal. bullets. We called them, and Dave arrived promptly ,even a bit early! he was incredibly professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way we could understand, and gave us clear options. The repair was done efficiently, cleanly, and for a very fair price. Our house is finally cool! Great Job all around!

Our ac went out Wednesday night. I called and was blessed to have Joseph answer the call. In speaking early Thursday morning he was hoping to be out by noon same day. He called to inform me that the scheduled job he was on might take longer and asked if he could come Friday morning first thing. I agreed and we hung up. My husband and I were driving to town when I received a call from Joseph stating the job was finishing earlier than expected and he could come Thursday afternoon. We were elated and turned around to await his arrival. He showed up and diagnosed the problem that unfortunately was a replacement for new ac units and coils. He and his worker Chance left to get the new equipment and arrived back a little after 5 and worked so quickly to get us cold air. He even worked with us to get financing for the remaining money needed for the equipment. He and Chance are extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and all around the kind of people who genuinely care about you and their profession. Called at 8pm with an A/C unit blowing warm air. Dave arrived in 20 minutes and quickly diagnosed my older unit needing full replacement with compressor not working. He was even nice enough to waive the service fee due to the impending cost and offered to have a new unit installed the next morning. Fantastic service!

Joseph and Chance were absolutely amazing! They were extremely personable and professional. They got us out of a pinch in 80° weather with a teething child. If I was able to give a hundred stars I would do just that. Advantage will be our go-to heating and air conditioning company and I will recommend them to any and everyone.
