Received excellent service after hours on a cold winter night (temperatures in the single digits) when the heater went out. Bill came by and quickly identified the issue (a bad flame sensor) and replaced the part and had the heater back on within an hour. He was courteous and professional and I will be a repeat customer.

My AC went out on a 100 degree Saturday afternoon. They were able to get to me within a couple hours of me calling and were extremely helpful and got it up and running quick. I am a first time home buyer and don’t know anything about hvac…. they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need or confuse me into buying anything, very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!!!

Our air conditioner quit working in the night. I called Bill with AIr Factory first thing in the morning, and he worked us into his schedule for the day. He provides excellent service at affordable prices. He came several years ago to work on our other unit, and he was just as efficient and affordable then. Bill and his company are outstanding!! You will not find better service or quality work anywhere else! I called so many companies late on a Sunday night trying to find someone willing to make an after hours service call to a rental house we have that had the AC stop working when it was 90+ degrees outside and I was either getting no response or forwarded through answering services to people that never called me back. I called Air Factory Heating and Cooling and Bill picked up immediately! He mentioned that they don’t normally service the area our rental house was in because it was pretty far away but offered to make some phone calls and try to find someone closer for me. He ended up calling me back a little while later asking if I had found anyone else to help me yet and when I informed him that I hadn’t, he so graciously said he’d make the drive and help me out! Nobody else in the entire OKC metro had been willing to do this and I am forever grateful! He made it out there after midnight, diagnosed the problem, kept me in the loop with phone calls, texts and videos of the problem and was able to install a brand new condenser for us the very next day so that our tenant didn’t have to go and stay at a hotel. Such great customer service, dependable, quick and very reasonably priced! Will not be using anyone else!

Eric is a legend! He came through at midnight to appraise my air conditioning. He laid out all the problems for me and made it clear how much it would be. Went to go get the parts and fixed it the same night. Service was so fast I hadn’t even figured out it was done by the time he left. Highly recommend their great service

Bill & Jeff were able to get two heaters in my older home working. They showed true professionalism and were knowledgeable about the gas floor furnace and wall heater, the were patient and showed me how to work both which was a god send with a young child in the home. When our 25-year-old AC unit began dying, I received several bids. Matt’s quote was reasonable, and I appreciated that he even crawled into the attic to look over our ducts. He explained the possibilities and limitations of our setup in great detail. The Bryant AC and furnace he installed solved the problem we had cooling the far end of the house, and we noticed a substantial savings on our electric bill. I would recommend Matt to anyone with a heating or air conditioning issue.

This guy is not only a liar but a thief . Stole my tools a month ago . Does not do things to code .
