I was having a heating issue and the temps in our home were dropping during this awful snow and cold front. They came out same day and fixed the issue so my family would be warm and safe. I have waited a couple days to post this review just to confirm the repair did what it was meant to do: get my gas pack A/C to cool my home as it should again. When my A/C kept cycling yet the temperature in the house was up to 10° higher than the thermostat setting, I used a well-known online platform to find the best companies in town to check out my A/C. The first company tech came out, checked it out and said it needed a new compressor and it would be so expensive and uncertain to replace it, I'd be better off replacing the system. Because the tech never followed through with a quote as he said he would the next day, I put in another request on the same platform for replacement of my Carrier heat pack unit and got 2 responses within a couple hours. One was from Matt at Oklahoma's Best Heating and Air. Matt came and was ready to give me a quote on a new Carrier system. But, then he asked what the unit was doing and what the first tech had said. He checked it thoroughly and said he may be able to repair it. The compressor was ok, it was just being stressed due to the coils having 19 years of debris clogging them...and possibly a floating restriction in the system. He took the whole top off the unit and thoroughly cleaned the coils, its first such cleaning in 19 years. But it didn't fix the problem, so it was something else. He said to have a chance at saving me from the expense of a new unit, he needed to evacuate the entire freon system and clean/vacuum it out to remove any contaminants and floating restrictions. It would not be cheap, but he would do it if I wanted him to. As I could not afford to buy outright and was dreading the financial squeeze of payments on a new system, I took a chance on Matt. I'm glad I did. Now the old system works better than it has since I can remember. He extracted the r22 refrigerant, blew and vacuumed out the system, placed a relay to bypass a part of the mother board that was faulty, replaced a filter with a dryer that will help prevent further contaminants in the refrigerant system and recharged the system with the less-expensive 407C, saving me at least $250. This man knows what he is doing, he measures everything and goes by the book! No, all this wasn't cheap. But, he saved me from having to buy a new system, which on the low end would have cost me at least $6,000 more than his bill. Matt is the HVAC professional that I will exclusively call in the future, including whenever it does come time for a new system.

Matt is a truly upstanding guy who is reliable, trustworthy, and great at communicating with the issues at hand. I am always comfortable even texting him if I have a question and he is always open to helping me if possible via phone before having to come out and run any diagnostics. I highly recommend Matt for your heat/air needs!

We were very happy with the service that was provided! We first had someone else who kept pushing the date further back and the unit needed to be replaced, it was leaking. I called Matt and he came out the same day and started on the job as soon as we were ready. He charged what he quoted and he finished within the time frame that he gave. He explained the whole process and made sure that we understood. We would definitely use him again and recommend his services.

Matt was extremely professional throughout the entire process. We had to replace my entire system in order to allow for proper airflow around my home. I was provided with the manufacture's phone number in case I wanted to verify the information about the new system. Additionally, Matt taught me the ins and outs of my system so that I could understand exactly how the efficiency was gained. My old system ran constantly and could not keep up. However, this new system not only runs less but keeps rooms cool that didn't receive proper airflow before. I will never have search for a heat and air company again. Professionalism, honesty, willingness to work with the customer, and fair price are all things you can expect from this company.

My ac was out for 3 weeks. I am in my 70's and had been enlisting help any where I could find it. However, I came to find not everyone will do honest and affordable work. That was until I found Oklahoma's best heating and air. I can honestly say they deserve that name. A newly employed worker (Matthew) came out and did a great job portraying their best quality's. Matthew came out at the time he said he would. He worked from dawn to dusk, and he fixed everything thoroughly. He did not complain once about the heat. Best attitude and best service.

Fair, Honest & Dependable! I had a ground up total install. Matt is very knowledgeable and helpful. I got several bids and felt that Matt gave me a very fair and honest bid. He completed the job on time and budget. I will recommend Matt to anyone who needs HVAC service or install.

Matt was extremely helpful providing great recommendations as well as listening to what we wanted as a solution. Having not installed a in-wall unit in the past, he did considerable research to find the best product (cost, reviews and warranty) which would meet our needs.

I cannot stress enough the great communication he provided, and was quick to respond to all my inquiries and questions, making certain we were aware of all the options and costs. He kept to his promised schedule, working around the others crews we also had working at the same time.

Lastly, he was professional in his installation including ensuring the 'fit and finish' when completed. I applaud his diligence and follow-up.

Matt needed to replace our central heat and air system. He did what he said he would do and at the price we agreed to. The work was done quickly and he went above and beyond on the installation. We will definitely be using his company in the future. Absolutely 5 stars.

When my parents needed a new furnace and A/C installed, Matt was Johnny on the spot. All his work was excellent. He took the time to do everything right and is more than happy to explain why he does certain things. I came away knowing more about HVAC than I ever wanted to. I will not hesitate to use him again.

Last Thursday night, our AC was throwing out warm air, and that’s when my husband and I realized that there was something wrong with our HVAC. I was able to get Matt’s number by a great friend of mine that she and her husband recommended to us. Once my husband called Matt, he was able to go same day to check out the issue and managed to fix the issue that same day as well. We’re really grateful for Matt to come out that same day and fix the issue we had with our HVAC. We got our AC running and it was a matter of time once we started getting cold air again. Due to the extensive heat, we’re very thankful for Matt in addressing that issue that same day. Matt is very professional and my husband and I highly recommend him and his services. If we ever have an issue again, we will definitely be calling Matt!

Matt was amazing and patient. He took the time to answer any questions I had about the products he thought were right for my home and spent more than enough time explaining all the ins and outs of HVAC. He and his team did amazing work and even worked long hours to make sure my family weren't without AC in the middle of the summer.
