Better off going anywhere else. They installed the HVAC system for our newly built home in 2022.

The technicians didn't hook up an entire half of the system because, to quote them, "they went to lunch and then probably forgot". I had to call them and send photos of the work they didn't do. So now our blower motor has shorted out after only 3 years and they will not warranty their labor because "oh I dunno, it should've gone out quicker than that".

They also installed the dryer vent pipe against code with a wildlife cage on the roof causing a blockage and water damage to parts of our ceiling from condensation dripping. They argued everything was fine until I sent photos of the blockage collected via drone and the PDF of the OK Building Code with the guidelines for roof vented dryers. Then they finally decided it was worth it.

Poor work, poor customer service, poor outcomes. Buyers beware. Every system they touched has had to be fixed at least once.

Drabek & Hill were able to send a technician to my house within hours to fix our heat before the first really cold day of the winter. Justin was awesome, friendly, informative, and fixed our issues quickly. Will definitely continue to use them for HVAC needs.

On the morning of July 25th 2025, a technician from drabek and hill arrived to fix my air conditioner. The technician spent approximately 2 hours troubleshooting before indicating that he wasn’t able to fix the problem and needed to send out another technician with a different skill set. The technician charged $119 which was paid with check #1349 immediately following the troubleshooting, and indicated there wouldn’t be a charge for the follow up technician. The follow up technician apparently replaced a circuit breaker and confirmed there wasn’t a charge since I had already paid $119. The second technician stated that a third technician needed to be sent out after the circuit breaker was replaced. The third technician stated that his troubleshooting led to a bad motor and I opted to replace the system rather than just the motor. The third technician stated there wasn’t any additional charge and had a sales person call me regarding a system replacement.
The initial technician spent almost 2 hours troubleshooting, so that tells me the circuit breaker was working when he began troubleshooting and he likely caused additional damage to the system. The second technician fixed the problem caused by the initial technician, and all three technicians stated there weren’t any additional charges.
3 months later, drabek and hill is now saying I owe them money for the circuit breaker they damaged while troubleshooting and likely caused the need to replace the entire system.

Replaced my ac and heat system and replaced the main plumbing line in my home and did a great job. Excellent crew and highly recommend. Honest and dependable.

The installers (James & Dylan) were very polite during the three days installing a new central gas furnace and air conditioner. Unfortunately the thermostat is too high on the wall for the elderly homeowner and they didn't relight the gas water heater. Luckily I caught the lack of hot water while visiting and figured out how to relight the water heater.

I had a terrible water leak over holidays, resulting in having to have my whole house repiped. No one wants that, and SAFECO insurance denied my entire claim. But my plumber, Naun, was a bright spot in this whole mess. He was so kind and easy to work with, punctual, hardworking, and knowledgeable.

I felt I could trust him every step of the way, and he helped keep me calm in such a miserable situation!

We have been using Drabek and Hill for a while now. They are professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Today they helped us with a backed up sewer. Michael D was awesome!

I am very thankful for Drabek and Hill. They have helped my business numerous times. Most recent project was running 220v & 115v power to our bakery’s newest item “walk in cooler” powered by the coolbot. It has been a game changer in out micro bakery. Thank you Drabek and hill for assistance. I will used them again soon.

I called 5 other "24/7" HVAC vendors, Air Factory was the only one who came out at 11pm, Billy did a very thorough inspection and was very professional and informative. I will definitely be using Air Factory moving forward! Thanks Billy!

Daniel came out at midnight to fix my system, he was very quick, professional and efficient! I will definitely be a repeat customer for any issues in the future.

Bill came out and helped us when our air quit working and he came late at night to take care of us. He saved us and was so kind and professional. I highly recommend! We will be using them from now on.

Bill and Jay were professional and gave me various options on fixing my unit. Would recommend asking for them by name.

Bill is an absolute gem! Bill and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me to get my HVAC system hooked up before it got cold; despite the fact that my warranty company was a nightmare to deal with! Bill is hard working, kind, compassionate, and honest. He took care of me and made sure everything was properly installed and running efficiently. I really appreciate him and I would strongly recommend Bill with Air Factory Heating & Cooling to anyone! Great company but even better man!

Bill came out after hours and diagnosed my system. He is recommending that the warranty company replace my old r22 system

Bill and Daniel were awesome! I called on a Saturday afternoon and they arrived within an hour. They did excellent work and I will definitely use them in the future!

We contacted Bill Allen after a recommendation by our neighbor. He replied immediately and assured us that he could perform a service call same day. He fixed our problem and had our heat going in about an hour, and left us with some recommendations to help our furnace run more efficiently in the future. Thanks so much! We were not looking forward to a second night of no heat!

Let me tell you this! Do NOT use anyone else! We purchased our system from Suntech in Edmond about 2 years ago and have had problems with it every 6 months. Suntech came out and quoted me 1400.+ for warranty work. Met Bill Allen and Daniel yesterday at my office that also had A/C issues and they fixed it in no time. So I called them and they drove 45 minutes to my house and worked until 9:30 at night, figured out why it was breaking down every 6 months. We are all fixed, have cold a/c and my wallet is NOT feeling the pain! These men are phenomenal and honestly care. You would be a fool not to call these guys.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. I gave them a call the next morning, and they fit me in. Daniel did an exceptional job. He even changed my filters for me and gave me some pointers. Best heat and air company around.

So, my 5☆ Is just for costumer service. Super friendly over the phone. Was able to get me a same day service. Can't stress how nice the guy was, even when I ended up going with my Home warranty(which I never used before) they guy still came by to make sure that I was going to be taken care of!

Bill came out after 8pm on a Sunday to get our AC back up and running. He did a great job and had us back in business in about an hour. Thanks for the prompt service, even after hours!

Bill and Dustin were fantastic! They were able to come out same day when I called, on a rainy Sunday no less! Would recommend their services to anyone and will use them again anytime for HVAC needs!
