Blake B. and his crew were terrific. We had a main service line break. A total mess. They were quick to arrive, came up with a solution that saved us some money and were all very professional and efficient. I recommend the company...and especially Blake B and team highly. Job well done.

Nolan was a polite and respectful tech who did a credible job conducting my annual air conditioning maintenance. He was thorough in cleaning the unit. I would recommend everyone purchase an annual maintenance plan. Drabek & Hill is so organized and wonderful about letting you know when the tech is coming to your house. July 2023 service
Drabek&Hill came out to our house to troubleshoot a leak from condensation pipe in our detached garage. The unit was installed by another company, that did shoddy work. They fixed it the same day, and it is still working perfectly. The following week they came out for a routine service call for our house unit installed by Drabek&Hill. They checked everything out and cleaned a filter we didn’t know we had! Hands down Drabek&Hill are our go-to for heating, air, and plumbing. The whole team is pleasure to work with and professional.

New service for “water closet” We called Mr. Comfort because we had them out previously and know their quality of work. Ezra came out and changed our “water closet” to be more organized and re-plumb our pre-filters to the water softener. The 1st photo is before. Second is after. Everything is neat and organized we love Ezra!

2021: Just had a 6 year old mold infested geothermal unit removed and replaced with traditional unit from Drabek&Hill. It took a couple weeks to do research and gather information to make an informed decision. Claude came out and explained everything so that we could understand the issues. Claude was 1 of many that said “it all comes down to poor installation” that is why your having these issues. Now we understand the what, AND why. The proposal broke down all the costs with options so we could pick and choose within our financial comfort zone. The biggest benefactor, was we were able to secure financing with their assistance (also a painless process). In addition to HVAC, because we also had geothermal hot water system too, we opted to get a tankless hot water heater. On day 1 we had a team out, Nathan, Ezra, Eric, and Johnnie charged ahead and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. 4 days later, a 6 year old mold infested geothermal unit was removed and all the bells and whistles we needed to have a happy HVAC & tankless hot water heater system were installed. We love it so far! Not sure how winter will go since we are on propane, but we opted for a heat pump so hopefully that will help reduce the propane use.

Great experience from beginning to end. Fast, same-day service. Was originally scheduled for the afternoon, but they called me back about an hour after I got off the phone with them to tell me they had an earlier spot just open up if I was available. The technician, Rob T, was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Quickly found the cause of the issue and got to work on the solution. Explained everything he was doing , was helpful through the quoting/estimate process, and advised me of my options. I never felt pressured or guilted into purchasing any kind of special plan or membership like I’ve felt with other companies. I’ll definitely do more business with them as needed in the future.

Michael D. did a fantastic job repairing a slab leak, after a few short hours we had hot water again. He minimized the hole to the location of the leak and kept the area tidy.

My Generac generator is off line as much as on. If we had a big power outage, I'd be sunk. I'm older and also wheelchair bound and cannot just walk out to the generator, raise the lid and do reset steps. I've asked for help maybe 20 times in the last couple of years and usually they send someone out eventually, for a huge service call fee to get the machine working. The mobile link wifi addition to report problems has never worked right and I am still charged for that addition to my generator every year for mobile link monitoring service when I get nothing and no help here either. The "guys in the back" aren't particularly good to call back. The ladies at the front desk listen, try to find help for me and work very hard to get someone in the right departments to call back but again, no call back. I had my adult son call about the problems and he was told that the man with whom he was talking to would reach out to the manager and my son would be getting a call. As of today at noon he has not been called. Tonight I have received a message from the manager explaining his business hours and also the D&H electrician, Casey, was out here today to get the generator working again and he was extremely helpful. I am editing my review to reflect my own better understanding. This is a 4-star review because of call return problems and significant costs for services which still don’t work.

Our service specialist/technician , Carl , was very responsive and helpful in answering my questions and informing me of what he was noticing in the servicing of our heating unit.

First the techs were good, and efficient. They were polite, and professional. This company charges over $ 100.00 for a simple outlet replacement...I even provided the outlets. The prices that this company sets are EXCESSIVE. Also, I am waiting for my receipt. Something simple. But for what I paid for a 2 light replacement..and email should have been sent immediately. Also, the service call doesn't get added credited to your work order, it just gets ticked on with the already high prices. Shop around..

They did a great job clearing my drain and were informative with an estimate to fix another issue with my plumbing.

We had Justin C. come out to visit us for our scheduled cooling tune-up before the summer heat rolls in. I'm always amazed at how professional, kind, and willing the Drabek & Hill team members are to explain every detail of what is going on. Justin was no different.

He ended up having to install a halo LED purifier which is a hefty price, but he explained exactly why and was more than willing to walk me through each picture and video he took of the evidence on why it was needed. With the new information he gave, it was easy to make the decision to install it. This maintenance probably saved us tens of thousands of dollars in house repair bills and will greatly improve the health of our air quality.

After a deep clean and other tests of our system, he was done! there was no hassle to schedule another appointment to come out and do more work. The documentation was also very impressive and I know that anyone who works with our account from Drabek and Hill will have a complete understanding of our system.

This is our second time dealing with this company and like I said above, both times they saved us large amounts of money due to future problems. Thanks to Justin and the team at Drabek & Hill, I will be a lifelong customer and happily spread the word of their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure you are informed and have all the tools you need to make a good decision on any repairs or maintenance that is needed with your home.

Oh, and did I mention they call ahead of time, and he even got in and out earlier than expected? Another win for this company and the team that carries out the work!

Electrical work was completed. Technician was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Arrived early and cleaned up after. Drablek was able to schedule quickly and with 2-hour window.

Troy came to our rescue when our water heater sprang a leak and soaked our carpet. He was fast, friendly, professional, and thorough. If all the Drabek & Hill workmen are as good as Troy, they are the best in the business!

They were fast to respond, estimate was on the nose, every single person was nice and informative, work was above and beyond. If there was 1 con it would only be that they didn't reattach washer/dryer to new box. Like they say, "often imitated but never duplicated." Just amazing people

The technician quickly identified the problem and resolved it efficiently. After completing the fix, they explained what had happened in clear, simple terms, ensuring I understood the issue and the solution.

Their warranty is worthless!! They charged me $179 to come look at my a/c unit, which was leaking refrigerant. It would have cost me ANOTHER $300 for him to FIND the leak AND $200 for every pound of refrigerant that need to be added!!!! That service charge should have included finding the leak!!!! You LITERALLY pay them $179 to do absolutely NO work.

Plumber completed task but would be nice to know that whoever bust open the wall for the repair would be able to fix the wall afterwards. Just don’t agree with that policy any other repair company fix things as there were prior. Imagine going to a car mechanic and they repair the lifters but not put the heads back on. Make it make sense.

Fantastic business! Came out within an hour and a half of the call, found the issue, checked out another that was unrelated and fixed that as well. Good price for the service and great communication, the will definitely be our homes go to! Thanks so much!!
