Very knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job!!! I would recommend this company and Michael as well as Remington who assisted him in installing or fixing anything related to plumbing in my house. They represent their company very very well. Nice gentleman, as well as knowledgeable and clean up after themselves very very nicely. Most importantly, my wife likes them and likes the job that they did.

Zerrell did a very good job on my check up. He answered all of my questions and was very kind about it. It is so exceptional to receive quality service and I very much appreciated it. Well done. Will definitely continue with this company if this is the case in the future as well.

We have called upon them three times now and are looking to use em for our business location. Prompt, communicative, get the job done. Very happy with their service so far.

Rob T was fantastic. He fixed something in my attic with my air conditioner that actually fixed a recessed light in my home that had been flicking since this one was built a few years ago.

We have had an electrical company actually come out and could not figure out why that light was flickering so they suggested to just replace the recessed light.

I love the before and after pictures and videos that is sent with all the work that is completed from this company. The accountability is impressive, and this young man was very polite and courteous.

The services from Drabek and Hill were impressive and I now intend on using them for other services for our home as well.

Great service experience. Greeted, on time, with a warm smile by Michael stating "I'm here to service your equipment". He explained what he planned to do and it appears he accomplished all the service and followed up with a service report. He also took the time to explain how the electronic air filter works on my air handling unit and how/when it should be cleaned.

We had Dylan out to give our system a tune-up and prepare it for the summer heat. He was very professional, on time, and knowledgeable about the services we needed to stay cool in the heat. Will be using Drabek & Hill for our service needs in the future!

Zerell was an amazing technician. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, the air conditioner, the parts, and he used all the technical terms. He made sure that he checked and double checked his work every time he did something. I can totally appreciate a technician like him! Somebody, please give this man a raise!

Casey did an amazing job helping us understand everything going on with our electric issues. He took his time to explain our options and was great to work with. Mark the service manager was really helpful too! You can't go wrong with Drabek!

I was having problems with low water pressure in my kitchen and not getting hot water quickly in my master. JR came out and provided several options and talked me through what would be the most efficient and best option for me and my needs. He came out on the day that the work was being done to insure I was happy with the work and also followed up with me after several days. His customer service is superior and I truly felt comfortable and at ease that I was making the right choice. I can not recommend JR enough!

Marcus, the plumber, was extremely professional and well spoken. You can tell that he is very knowledgeable in plumbing and fixed my issue, quickly!

I have to admit, when my husband first told me he signed up for the year maintenance with Drabek & Hill, I was a bit frustrated that he didn't shop around to see if he could find a cheaper option. But now a year in, I am so happy he did it. The two times they have come out to do maintenance of our HVACs they have been so kind, timely, and have gone the extra mile to explain things to me and triple check that our units are prepared for the upcoming summer/winter months. I feel like we are fixing things before they become actual problems in the middle of winter/summer. Because with 3 kids, I can't imagine having those big issues when it is 90+ degrees in the summer.

10/10 recommend. Will be re-enrolling for the maintenance for sure.

Geoffrey did an incredible job on my air conditioner he cleaned the leaves and dirt from the inside of the air conditioner, which no one‘s ever done. after cleaning the coils, he even washed the Coils he cleaned the outside panels baby looks like new. Geoffrey Explain the detail the condition of my air conditioner, and some tips for operating it. My unit is 20 years old and it’s never been cleaned like that.

Twice yearly service of HVAC system. Always done efficiently & cleanly. Very happy with Drabek & Hill.

Shoutout to Mark for the help tonight when no other company would answer. Awesome customer service we appreciate it a ton!

I was looking for a new electrician to just install 3-4 outlets. The customer service rep was very unresponsive and bored, it sounded like. She explained that there was a roughly $180 just to come out, but couldn’t give me a rough estimate on how much 3 outlets installations could cost.

I understand there are variables such as outlet placement and what not that can alter the price, but this just sounded like a bait and switch waiting to happen.

Next thing I know, I’d be stuck with them and their potentially outrageous prices since I was alrdy $180 in the hole. Found another company that did a free estimate and was able to go over a full price breakdown before charging me a penny.

Do better! Be honest.

Drabek is the best. I had Generac and HVAC people here today and both are working perfectly
