Took advantage of a promo they had on a new HVAC system earlier this year. They were patient with me when it came to scheduling when to have the work done. When it came time for the work to happen, Sean and Derrick were the technicians that came to install my new HVAC system for my house. They were very professional and did the work in a timely manner.

Kaden B. & Lance W. Came to service both of my units. They were very thorough and professional.
They also explained their findings with photos. I would recommend them anytime.

I used their plumbing services. They repaired a leaky shower faucet. Andrew and Hayden were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

Never a problem with Pronto heating and air conditioning. Very reliable courteous and efficient. Very reasonable pricing!

Thank you, Pronto Heat And Air. My A/C wasn’t keeping up with the August heat and I gave them a call on a Saturday morning. Travis came out and found the problem and gave me the option of fixing my unit or installing a new one, without any pressure. Sean and Andrew showed up Monday morning to install a new evaporator. Both of them were very professional and had great attitudes, especially for someone having to work in a heat index of 105 degrees. Great service, thank you again.

Called at 8am and my technician Shawn was here by 12:45pm. He ran the diagnostic test, explained my issues with me in great detail. And had my unit back up and running within an hour. I will definitely be recommending Pronto to my friends and family. Shawn was very knowledgeable and professional. Tremendous Job!!

This time of year, we were blessed with our old ac u it went out. I knew the unit was about 15 years and small, so I had an idea of what was needed and to replace hvac alongside. I had a few appointments before my wife had a referral, and I decided, why not one more appointment. They ended up being my final appointment. It was a last-minute call on Sunday. I called Darek W. He took his time to talk and was easily able to fit my schedule into his the following day! I was impressed with phone conversation and then the smooth communication that followed up to the appointment in which he was on time. His demeanor and knowledge were refreshing. His wide variety of knowledge and growing up in the business really shined above the others. Price for company, product, value, technology, effecencty, and the manufacture they use all seemed to be better than the rest who have large names( I will not mention). After discussing with our wife, we chose to go with what made since. Pronto, The Elite Diakin 4ton. Right away, the appointment was 9 am the following morning. Crew Sean, Mike, Hunter arrived on time. They were fairly quiet, polite, swift, and clean during the entire time. Under eight hours, these guys took apart 15yr old 3 ton ac unit, piping, 15yr havac, disconnected hoses and replaced a few for the new unit, maximizing the systems efficiency and replaced 4ton unit, pipes, hvac system and pipes with and excellent clean up job outside, driveway, attic. I couldn't tell they were there with how well they swept, and vacuumed around them and didn't disturb us or even our neighbors. Parking was fare and orderly. Afterward, the walk through, information, and full understanding of the system before they left. Our house feels 100% different! I am checking out my 1st day ac bill, and per KW, it is half, and it feels like a fridge! I can keep going on and on. Hands down, give this smaller, family feel company with the work quality, product, service, and warranties as the huge corporate companies, your time and i bet you will feel the same. If things change over time I will will up date, but as for right now and for the $, it is by fare at the top if not enough. (Hvac and attic pictures to come)

I would recommend Pronto heating and air to anyone with confidence. They are professional, fast to respond and most of all they do quality work. They honestly take pride in their work and love what they do. I had a completely new system installed both heating and air. Carson and Andrew worked tirelessly in the attic in the hot sun with a smile. When they left my family had air conditioning again. Carson and Andrew were just as happy for us to have again as we were that meant a lot! 10/10 recommend

Kaden B and Matthew B were very polite and respectful and professional. Gave me some great tips and returned everything that way it was in my garage. I’m very grateful for Pronto and the staff they have that always comes to help me today was for my heating and I feel safe and confident that my heater is working well thanks again.

I've used Pronto H & AC for several years now for routine maintenance and seasonal inspections. They are always good with communication and keeping my systems in good working order. Adrian W. did my last inspection a couple days ago and found that I needed a new capacitor. He and Kaden B. came today and got it installed in just a few minutes. They even remembered to turn off my attic light.

Sean and Rey were our HVAC techs and were absolutely a delight!!! Very knowledgeable and courteous, and answered all my annoying questions with patience!!! I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with this company. At the beginning of summer, they repaired a 20 year old AC unit and almost made it go through the summer. About 3 weeks ago, Andrew and Shawn came to install a new AC unit for me and they did a wonderful job! This week, my new unit stopped working. The crew that came out took about 5 seconds to diagnose the problem and about 5 minutes to fix it (bad thermostat). They were fantastic! Carmen in the office is also a miracle worker. I am so pleased to have found them.

Edit 11/6/2925: Lance came out today for my winter furnace tune up. He did a fantastic job and explained the state of my system, even changing my filters for me, which was an unexpected surprise. I greatly appreciate him!

Pronto FOR THE WIN!!! We were having a very hard time finding someone to work on a floor furnace. Pronto had someone on it within 24 hours and the service/knowledge was OVER and BEYOND! Thank you Pronto, Travis & Kevin Talley! You earned customers for eternity! Outstanding work, VERY reasonable pricing and service with competence and kindness.

Adrian and Kaden did a great job with our duct cleaning! They were very patient and willing to work with us! My wife and I wanted to see pictures before-and-after the cleaning and they never shied away from using the camera! They showed us videos/pictures on as many ducts we wanted! They did a wonderful job! Thank you so much for your time and effort!

They showed up at the earliest time scheduled, got the work done quickly, and taught some people at the house what to check for so we can keep the hvac going. About $350 for professionally cleaning the AC and making sure it's good for the summer.

The technician that came to my home complained about doing his job the whole time he was there. Tried to upsell me on services that have always been included, like changing the air filters. He didn't even check the blower, said it had been done the last time. Complained that the person there before him was doing thier job wrong. Complained about how the company is losing money on this service. I have been using this company to service my HVAC unit for many, many years, but this will be the last time.
