I have had a whole saga wit my heat and hot water after finding a gas leak. AllTech sent many techs to help and we eventually were able to locate the leak and get it sealed off. Everyone i was in contact with through AllTech was terrific. I especially want to mention Sarah (who helped me in the phone) and Chris B, who came to me house repeatedly to make sure the problem was resolved even when I wasn't on his work order for the day. He recognized that the issue was taking a really long time to figure out and I could tell he really cared and wanted to make sure my heat and hot water were restored as quickly as he could. He really put my mind at ease and I could tell he was an expert at his job. I cannot thank the people at AllTech enough for all the work and specifically CARE that they had during the whole process. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

The technicians arrived on time and was ready to get to work. They were very professional and customer service friendly. The technicians were very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I am very pleased with everything. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had a heat & cooling system installed. The outside conditions were horrible...ice & snow on the ground with the highest being 25. Terry & Seth stayed at it all day. No frequent warm-ups in the truck. Everything was cleaned up afterwards & the system was setup. Explained the basics as well.
The guys were professional & thorough.

Tony was the tech that came. I can't say enough good things about him - personable, professional, always smiling, always positive. He answered every question and often asked if I had any concerns or other problems.

He is a great asset to this company.

It should be noted that my service was rendered through an American Home Shield Home Warranty service call agreement.

The initial guy who showed up for the first service call reeked of weed when he walked in the door. He then proceeded to present an additional estimate for service to the person who met him at the house to let him in — who was not the home owner nor privy to the AHS contract. We called the AllTech office immediately the same day, after the person told us about those fees, and in the time since then, the office ladies and the AHS rep assured us verbally that there would be no additional charges. This is not our first water heater replacement in 15 years of AHS contracts, and we have NEVER had added fees to pay to the service company on top of the AHS bill. Ever.

Today: Brought a water heater that wouldn’t fit.

Contractors stormed out of the house when I told them it was their mistake and it would still need to be fixed today. They should figure it out because I was assured that a water heater had arrived that would fit the space. It’s been 2+ weeks without hot water here — my 93-year-old grandpa has been displaced for that entire time.

The assistant was cussing outside the home after storming out about “not having to deal with any of this shit, today, it’s ridiculous, just need to go home for the day.”

Then: They put in a 30-gallon instead of a 40-gallon tank to replace what was there previously, because they mistakenly ordered one that wouldn’t fit.

When they returned from the warehouse, they beat on the door, and then wouldn’t speak to us for the first 20 minutes they got back into the home after getting a new smaller-capacity water heater. Then, there was all kinds of additional whispering that they didn’t think I could hear, about up-charging for various other things, as well as inappropriate conversation. It’s a very tiny house.

They nicked an electrical line on the water heater during the install, because they were mad, and had to strip the wire and replace it after it sparked when turning on the breaker.

Argued with me about additional payment today.

Again: My husband and I had both received verbal agreement from the AllTech office ladies and an AHS rep that the initial fees presented were going to be waived. We had a water heater pan on site.

I have submitted complaints to AHS about all services rendered with AllTech:
—How there is always an upsell through the company, and when we don’t agree to it, we are always met with hatefulness, added fees, longer service call times, zero communication — I have called repeatedly (10+ times) with no return calls about this water heater — and declined AHS services because of how the service call language is written.

I have asked AHS to provide me with other contractors for all services rendered for heat and air, or plumbing, and do not want AllTech at our properties again. I have asked that all complaints be forwarded to the AHS company contract rep.

AllTech plumbing was professional and knowledgeable. They got the job done without issues. We would definitely use then again and recommend them to others.

Alltech Heat & Air is a top notch company to do business with! Everyone, from the office staff (Breanna/ Amber- AHS Rep) to the Technicians (Charlie- Master Plumber & Sergio) were kind, helpful & extremely skilled!
Charlie has been to two of our properties within the past week- one of which was a massive cast iron crawl space drain replacement job on a 77 yr old home. He & Sergio worked tirelessly, to restore our drainage system prior to impending inclement weather, with a skill level & expertise only achieved thru many years of experience.
They did an excellent job (worth 10 stars & a bonus) and we will definitely use them again for any future plumbing, heat/ AC needs we have. Thank you Alltech!!

If you ever need a professional group that cares about getting things right for their customers, then you should call AllTech. It is hard to find a company today that has great customer service. They kept me informed during work from beginning to end, from scheduling to completion. I thank you all for the A/C, hot water heater, plumbing and appliance repair professionals that have performed services at my residence.

Alltech is a top notch company. Purchased a new heat pump and iair handler that was installed the next day. Blower cooled the house back to normal in an hour and a half. Really happy with the company and all the techs and sales folk I met were outstanding. Would do business again with these folks for sure. Prior military is prevalent throughout their company and they have an amazing 20% discount for veterans.

I had an excellent experience with AllTech! Their technician, Tony, did an outstanding job fixing the plumbing issues in our toilet and replacing the faucets. He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. Tony worked efficiently and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left.

It’s rare to find someone who combines great skill with such friendly and respectful service. The quality of the repair and the new installations exceeded my expectations. I’m very pleased with the results and highly recommend AllTech, especially Tony, for any plumbing or repair needs.

Experience was great from start to finish. Called the Tuesday before Thanksgiving in a panic, of course right before the holiday had already been out of hot water for two days and need a hot water heater tank replacement. The young lady, I spoke with was able to get me an appointment for Wednesday morning and explained that if I would send her pictures of my current hot water heater, she would make sure they brought all needed in case I agreed on the estimate and they could install same day.

A young man showed up on time, introduced himself as Chandler and was very quick to get started, very polite. Explained everything that needed to be replaced. Quoted me a price that we then we agreed on and he had it installed and complete within two hours. Met with me again went over everything that he had done made sure I understood all and was good with it. He explained warranty, took my payment and then asked me again if I had any questions or concerns he could address before he left. Good news was he had already covered all. Top notch all the way around, Will highly recommend to family and friends.

I called them on a Monday and the earliest appt would be on Friday between noon and 5pm. He showed up a 9pm and I felt bad for Sergio and told Shawm that I would have be willing to have him come out the next day, but he sent him out anyway. When Serigo arrived he said he didn't have that part and would have to order it. I get it. So, they finally got it fixed on Tuesday. This was a simple toilet fix.

My biggest complaint is about Shawn, not the tech, Serigo who went out of his way to help us. He was Great! I had to iniate all contact expect for two calls. He would say he'd call me back on Friday night but he didn't. I called him to get answers. He was rude and snippy and by that time so was I. Unless you want the runaround I do NOT recommend the effort to work with them. BTW, Shawn is NOT the boss!! He is staff.

Used AllTech for the first time to have our tankless hot water heater flushed and I am extremely satisfied with the service. Our tech, Sergio, was amazing. He was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was very patient in answering all my questions. I will definitely be using AllTech again for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you, Sergio!

We had a legendarily huge project and the guys at AllTech were amazing. Front of house was average, but Chase was the BEST service manager I've ever witnessed. Tony has customer centricity down pat. Chandler, JJ, and Mason all completed the work professionally and as quickly and safely as possible - took care of our things, ensured our gates were always secure so pets wouldn't escape, were friendly and easy to talk to, and definitely knew their stuff! 10/10.

I've had the pleasure of doing business with John (Service Tech) as well as Colby and Derrick (Install Techs). It is my opinion that each conducted themselves in a professional manor. Their knowledge of their trade and work ethic is above standard. Each were perfect gentlemen and respectful of my property. I am extremely pleased with the work conducted. Might I also mention that the name Pronto perfectly describes their service. I did not have to wait for a service technician nor the install. Surprisingly timely...PRONTO!

Travis came out to service my AC. Service was professional and on point. He was able to get our AC up and running in a timely matter. It was a cost effective repair before the summer heat gets here. I highly recommend Pronto’s services….I appreciate their help.

I want to start this off by saying, I'm grateful that our clogged toilet was fixed. This is not to get out of paying a bill, it's to bring awareness to other people to be careful when choosing people to work on your home. The plumber arrived, plunged our toilet (which we had already done and used a 4ft auger) and had to leave (for over an hour) to go a larger auger (7ft), which I thought was strange that he didn't have with him but according to the owner, "if he didn't have the equipment, he just didn't have it." After he came back with the 7ft auger, he was here 15-20 mins and the clog was cleared. There was a service call fee and an auger fee (I thought was very high but was informed by the owner that "no plumber would even come knock on my door, for what we charge.") The big issue is, the plumber scratched our toilet bowl and claimed they were already there. Now, when you use an auger, it's unavoidable to get scratches down where the water drains, we understand that. The problem are the scratches around the drain. We have one bathroom in our home and yes it's a toilet but we keep it very clean and taken care of. Unfortunately I now feel we will need to take evidence of our stuff before anyone works on our stuff, in the future. We are getting our service call fee back, which is appreciated, but with how everything was handled we will not be using this company in the future. It's a disappointment because they came highly recommended and were able to get to us quickly....

Daniel was awesome!!!!!!!!! 10 stars just for him. We came home from grocery shopping and was gone no more than 4 hours and came home to a hot house and gave them a call and Daniel was our tech and he was great even in the rain. Had us chilling before he left and we was happy with the whole experience.
