They replaced our heat and A/C unit; because the heat unit was going to be too costly to replace the control board and it would have to be ordered! They did a good job, but I thought it was somewhat on the higher than I thought it would cost! A major cold front was coming in so we had to get our heater working!

Had Direct Air out for a heat pump tune up and they were great. The technician was thorough and explained what he was doing. Found a minor issue and fixed it on the spot. System is running better than ever. Fair pricing and friendly service. Will definitely use them again!

Mini split wasn't heating made a call to Direct Air office which customer service was very helpful and customer serving. They were able to get service scheduled quickly.
The technician Eric arrived on time and very knowledgeable with mini split systems and proceeded to diagnose and locate a leak on the system. Eric made the needed repairs and the system is back up and working great. Definitely if any other HVAC repairs are needed I will contact Direct Air.

We recently bought a house and the HVAC systems were extremely outdated and we wanted to invert the furnace up into the attic. After having a few companies come out, talk to us, and give us quotes. We decided to go With Direct Air and were not disappointed. Joseph and Scott were wonderful! They were not only very kind. They kept me informed on everything they were doing the entire time! There was also a winter storm coming in the next day. And They worked non stop for 13+ hours to insure that they finished that day! So we wouldn’t have to go without heat! If you are looking for any type of HVAC work to be done, I highly recommend them!!!!

AllTech Plumbing. Heating and Air is a amazing company to work with. I have been using them for years now. You should give them a call remember to get your heating unit checked out before you turn it on. I also had my hot water heater checked out and drained to keep it in top condition. I consider them as my family because they treat you like family. God bless all love hugs and prayers

Damian and David were thorough and professional. David, an apprentice, did an effective job of explaining what had been done on the last maintenance visit and what they found and fixed today. Every tech from AlTech, starting back with Adam Freeman have been superb.

AllTech came out as scheduled, were professional while working throughout our home vacuuming/cleaning all our HVAC air ducts and gave us recommendations to help our system run more efficiently. AllTech is awesome as they not only do HVAC but also plumbing.

We were assigned this contractor through our home warranty. Our technician was a guy named Charlie. In 20 minutes, he solved the six month long history of a leak that destroyed my master bedroom closet ceiling. All, pay attention to your condensation pipes. Makes sure those are not clogged!!

Great experience. Representative did a great job explaining everything and was patient. The crashing was great and all around an amazing company to work with. Tito the plumber and Sam Z the HVAC technicians were amazing. The crew was very respectful of my property as well. Thanks for a great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very nice. Very professional. I experienced a very high waterbill due to the leak and even though invoices are usually sent out 1-2 weeks after the dos, they worked with my landlord to get the invoice out the day after so I could send to my water company for a credit back. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to pay the bill. They are great people and do wonderful work!

AllTech has always been punctual. Never had a bad experience with any of their technician coming to our home. Daniel was great today.

Trey, the install Technician,was personable and efficient. Super nice guy. He was on time and infomative when I asked questions. He installed the compressor and got everything up and running again. We could have used a little more communication from the office staff while waiting for the part, however I know their hands were tied a bit by the home warranty company's lack of communication. I believe had we called AllTech directly, everything would have been taken care of within the day.
