I have used Mainard & Sanders for nearly twenty years. They have installed a new system for me, made repairs as needed, and conducted my regular maintenance. In my view, they are the best in the business. They are friendly, on-time, and always there when you need them. They care about their customers and will do anything within their power to exceed your expectations. Their work is high quality and efficient. Particularly, John and Chris are top-notch. You cannot go wrong with Mainard & Sanders. I highly recommend them.

I have been with Mainerd and Sanders for over 20 years. They are always professional and on time. If delayed I am notified of the reason. John is great to work with, kind and professional. Also the receptionist who answers the phone is always pleasant and has a sweet sense of humor.
Today Brandon was our tech and he took his time to figure out the problem with our unit. He was very patient, conscientious and always kind. Than you Brandon for figuring out the rather unusual problem!

More than satisfied, we did without heat for more than a month due to another company. One phone call to Mainard & Sanders our heater was running better than a new unit. So verry happy with the service techs and their attention to detail. Won't be going anywhere else.

In the HVAC business a man occasionally needs to get equipment and material. I have found no better a place to trade for wares than this here store. You may pay more or you may pay less but i come here for the service and there is no price for that.
