Joseph came out to work on my heat pump durning a -15 degree day! We were real worried that it was going to be expensive but he ended up working with us and our budget! He was very transparent with what was going on and all our options going forward. I highly recommend this company. Especially if it’s an urgent matter, icy roads don’t seem to stop these guys!

Dylan/Dillon unsure of the spelling. He was awesome! He came to our house to check out our AC because it was out. He was super informative and made sure to check everything related to our AC. He even found another issue that could have been harmful to us and fixed it easily. After replacing the pump he helped me understand how to maintain the pump in the house. Very nice and helpful! 10/10 service, right now we are in a rental but we will be using this company in our future home with any issues we may have! It also seemed like he had a trainee with him and he really broke down every step with this trainee. He truly went above and beyond in all aspects of his job!

Direct Air is a terrific company with honest employees and fair pricing! We bought our heat and air unit from them in 2022 but did not increase the return ventilation system at that time, although we went from a 3 ton to a 3 -1/2 ton unit. However with the extreme cold We have experienced this winter It was no longer able to keep up with the current vitilation. Direct Air answered their phone at 7:00 in the morning and came out to check the unit that same day. They checked the system and again indicated that we needed the larger ventilation system to adequately maintain the temperature in our home.
Their technicians returned today Friday and installed the new return vents and all is well!
The Heat & Air system has worked great since the day we got it and I highly recommend Direct Air for their honest, dependable, fast and friendly service!
