Had a brand new Furnace and HVAC put in. The last unit was built in 1978. The guys from Altec heating and cooling did the best job of putting the new units in. The work was beautiful, the care with covering the new piping with new material and then sweeping up when he was done. They did beautiful work.

You have an exceptional service, it greatly appreciated. I appreciate both technicians who came to attend my plumbing problems at different occasions. Devonne and Mickey are both so knowledgeable, thorough and nice. You have great staff members including your administrative staff. When I make calls, they will be willing to help and warm. I rated 4 due to the fact that there is always room for improvement but otherwise I don’t have any concerns with your service. Thank you.

Devonne was absolutely amazing. I will forever recommend him and this company a million times over. He was kind, knowledgeable, and fast. He laid everything out for me and explained everything that was going on. He will be my go to plumber from now on. If you want a great plumber, ask for Devonne.

Terry worked hard to get the right coil, along with a salesman whose name escapes me. Terry was great, as was Buzz. The guys in the office were patient with my frustrations. Hopefully this fixes the problem over the long term.

The two men that came in and replaced my furnace were very professional. They introduced themselves and told me what would be taking place. Before they left, they ensure that everything was clean and tidy, and gave me a rundown on how the new furnace was going to help save money. Very, very professional…, I would recommend them to do any job in your home.

The service was amazing and no pressure sales. You can tell this company really appreciates their workers and that trickles down to customer service. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a honest company that takes pride in their work.

Charlie came to our home and took care of our pipe leak last week and our tub leak today. Both issues were fully resolved! He is super personable, knowledgeable, and got in and out quickly. We will always request Charlie at AllTech for our plumbing needs.

I called around multiple places, and I was getting astronomical prices for an HVAC system replacement. Matthew showed up with haste, listened to what my goal was, and gave me a couple offers to choose from, straight to the point. I'm honestly impressed with his offers, once we got the finance part of it on our end figured out, he was able to schedule the team the next day. Seth and Sam showed up, I showed them the floor plan, and they wasted no time. Job took a little longer than anticipated, but I wasn't bothered by that at all. Seth seemed eager to show off their work when they were done and I am not disappointed. With AllTech essentially being a one stop shop for Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing, these guys will get the call with any other problems or improvements I need done.

The customer service was nice, but I got a second opinion and many of the things that I was told were needed were not actually needed. I was told both the float switches were broken, they both work. I was told I needed insulation on the trap. The angle that it is installed at doesn't need it. It would be more of a "belt and suspenders" situation. I saved $500+ not going ahead with their estimates for repairs. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

They were right about one thing. My AC unit did need some more refrigerant, so I'll give them that. Went ahead and fixed that up, but the other company I had inspecting things caught that easily.

Technician Joey demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism during his visit. Within just 5 to 10 minutes, he accurately diagnosed the issue and thoroughly explained the necessary steps to address it. His technical expertise and ability to clearly communicate the process reflect a high level of proficiency that deserves recognition.

As a new customer, I would like to request Joey’s continued support in servicing my unit to ensure it is well maintained. His dedication and skill give me the confidence to remain with AllTech, and as long as he is part of the team, I will gladly continue my business with the company.

Mr. Rigby troubleshot my heating system and found the issue very quickly. He thoroughly explained what caused the outage and gave me exact part number of item needed replacing. Had Archie out to some basic maintenance on our furnace. He was on time and friendly. He got right to it and knocked it out.
Chris came out to work on a leaky faucet on our washing machine. He had us fixed right up in no time. Also super friendly guy.
We will be requesting this company in the future because of them.

Terry was our contractor and he was awesome! He was very courteous and explained to me what he needed to do before he did the work. I am extremely happy with the work he did and I highly recommend him and his company to everyone needing their heat or AC worked on!

Rigby texted to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he introduced himself and said I’m here to take a look your AC and get it running again. Great calm and cool confidence! Of course those words were music to my ears. Before stepping inside the door he stopped and put on shoe covers. Needless to say in less than two minutes, he had already impressed me. Now, of course, my three year-old Yorkie took a little bit more convincing. Rigby went to work and discovered that I needed a new fan. He didn’t have it on the truck. He went to go get it and came back right away and installed it with ease. You know now I am as happy as a lark and I’ll be as cool as a cucumber this summer. Great service. Justus came out first and was very kind and diligent and explained what my hvac issue was in great detail. Next day Matthew gave us our options and never pressured us into what we chose, and gave Great outlooks into each option, I really liked that. 2 days later, they got to work, we have air again. Micheal and Jose did such a great job and everything was done in one day with no issues.Thank you AllTech!

The men removing existing furnace and A/C units and installing new upgraded units were quite proficient in their work. They were very quiet while moving inside and outside and very polite. I appreciated their character and work ethics. This was a next day job, as cracks were located in the heat exchanger upon inspection resulting in a lawful gas shut off.

The Technician and his assistant where knowledgeable and went straight to work upon arriving. They were able to fix the problem and get our AC running again. The tech was very good and explained everything they found, what the repaired and he explained services available to help our system run smoothly. We had a very pleasant experience with Alltech and their technicians.

Alltech always comes through. They’ve been our go to provider for our semi annual checkups and any issues that have arisen. I trust their work and their workers.
