Since I can't respond to the response to my review, I'll leave another. The plumber was gone for over an hour getting an auger, I called at 40 minutes to make sure everything was ok. I was told they didn't have it at the Locke Supply that is literally 1.3 miles from my house and that he was on his way to another. Understandable, however there's another not too far so it seemed odd that it was taking that long. I called back again to make sure we weren't being charged by the hour and dispatch confirmed. If he's not here physically working, that shouldn't be counted as time because HE didn't have the equipment. I did tell the plumber that we had used a 4ft auger and admitted to Pat (the owner) that we could have done some of the ones, where the water drains. The problem are the one around it and no it was not like that when he came out. He did those but I can see it's my word against his. And yes Pat did mention that he could come out and look (I also offered to send him a picture) but when I also mentioned the auger usage fee, that's when he made the snide remark of, "No plumber would even come knock on your door, for what we charge." At that point I could tell this was going to be ugly and I didn't feel comfortable with him coming out to my home, so I said just give us the service fee back and we won't use you again. And as far the cost of the service, I had cash for all but $25 and told the plumber I would pay that and call in with my card to pay the rest. HE offered to call dispatch and see if could just pay the cash amount. I had the money to pay the whole thing, so do not put that on me. Again we just know better to document our stuff before people come out and work on it.

We receive annual services from pronto. They just replaced our air conditioning unit and we appreciate all the hard work and time Shawn and Andrew put into replacing the unit. They reviewed the thermostat, reviewed the warranty with us, and answered our questions.

Terry serviced my heat today for winter months. I cannot say enough good things about him, sooo polite and professional and offered blue light for my furnace to clean my air in our home.
I’ve always had excellent service every time I have used them and I have two homes under contract with them and they are just all amazing. The staff the owners. Such servant, hearts, and fun, loving attitudes.
You will not be disappointed by calling them today. I can assure you this.!

They are very friendly and conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. I am so glad that I found this HVAC service. They are great.

Super impressed with Sean and Kaden taking out the old and putting in the new, the electrician James had really old to deal with and modernized it all, Matthew came in to finish charging. These guys worked extremely well together and the end result an awesome system that looks as good as it works! Thanks guys !

If you need HVAC repair or replacement, this is the company to call. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, prompt; from the employees answering the phones to the service team! Sean, Andrew, and Shahim replaced my system in sweltering heat with the attitude and attention of true professionals, staying late to finish the job so we would have the AC that night. Kaden B and Mike S completed the furnace connection and clean up and took time to answer my questions. Top quality all the way!

I had to find someone to work on my heater on a late Saturday afternoon. I called Pronto to inquire about service call and it wasn't anything unreasonable. I explained I have an older unit that I could not replace and didn't want to spend extra money for someone to come and do a sales call. They were very understanding and came within the hour. Danny the technician quickly diagnosed the problem, but it did require a part that needed to be ordered the following Monday. Danny understood that I needed to get it fixed, but also understood that it could be a hardship for me. Danny was very kind and professional and explained everything to me even with a video he took of my unit in the attic. I talked to the owner on Monday to order the part. I explained I was trying to secure financing and she was very understanding and still ordered part and it was replaced by the following Tuesday. I blind called this company because my regular heat and air person was no longer in business. Pronto will now forever have my business.

Amazing!! Highly recommend. I called them to scope the ducts in a home I am wanting to purchase and they were out within an hour!

This company is amazing. It was late Sunday night that our A/C went out. I got there number from my parents who have used them for years. I called and they had someone out to my home in 30 minutes and an hour later our A/C was fixed. The guy was great and took care of everything. He even waived the fee for a coil cleaning and signed us up for checking our system and replacing our filters in our home twice a year. Will be using them from now on.

The name is fitting for the service. WOW,fast,efficient and great customer service. My technician was incredibly knowledgeable about the situation at hand and his recommendations on maintenance of my unit was spot on(i just wish I remembered his name so I could give him the proper recommendation that he deserves)

I called Monday morning and had a new A/C by that evening. Pronto gave me both repair and replacement options at a better price than prior estimate. I will definitely be staying with Pronto for my future needs. Sean and Andrew were the best. Ask for them!
