On a 28-degree day, I came home to find my heat not kicking on. I called Pronto and within an hour Sean arrived, diagnosed the issue, and had my heat running again. His professionalism and the company’s prompt response made a stressful situation so much easier. Very thankful for the great service and would absolutely recommend them!

I had a yearly maintenance check with Pronto Heat and Air,Travis did an excellent job. He was thorough and identified a flame rollout issue that could have potentially been dangerous, which I really appreciated.
The communication throughout the entire process was clear, timely, and reassuring.
Andrew and Rey handled the installation and did a great job Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish, on top of my other experiences when they worked on my ac unit. I highly recommend Pronto Heat and Air for their professionalism, safety focus, and fast response.

We have had a service agreement for years with Pronto for our spring and fall tune ups. The technicians are always friendly and professional. The past five weeks our system has been giving us fits. We’ve had to call them out seven times. They have taken such good care of us in working to resolve the issue. They didn’t charge us a service fee since the issue was reoccurring. They continued to show up happy to problem solve and work to get it figured out and responded in a timely manner every time.
