Oklahoma Air made several service calls on my existing (at the time) HVAC system. They were able to get old system working. At the end of life cycle on my old system, I reached out to Oklahoma Air for a replacement system. Mark came to my house and discovered a couple of issues with how my current HVAC was installed. He provided three solutions Good / Better / Best and let me decide without pressure what was best for my home. Install was scheduled and the job was completed earlier than planned. The crew that came to my home was very respectful and polite.

Amazing service. I had a new HVAC system installed (the whole package) after my old system bit the dust in the middle of summer. We have been using Oklahoma Air for our a/c & heater maintenance for 2 years now. They are always on time & very professional. Not only maintaining our units, they also cleaned our dryer vent (to prevent lint build up) & fixed our noisy bathroom vents. A great company!

Oklahoma Heat & Air spent 2 1/2 days at our house installing a new AC unit, along with re-arranging intake vents and ducts. Chris and his crew were very respectful, friendly and professional. The guys cleaned up where they had worked at the end of the day. Since this was done in August, Mark brought over two portable AC units to keep us and our dogs cool and comfortable while the work was being done. The suggestions made regarding where to place intake vents have made such a difference in the way our house feels now, compared to before.
When we received our first electric bill, the cost had taken a deep dive!
We highly recommend Oklahoma Heat & Air - have done business with them for over 15 years - and have super solid confidence - not only in Mark and his employees, but the overall great consistency of service year after year.

We've been using Oklahoma Air for over a decade now. They are always 5 stars! We have a spring/fall contract every year. The techs are always courteous and on time. If they happen to run late they let you know with a quick phone call. When I had dogs I needed to put up prior to their arrival they always called when they were on their way. When our vents in our floor collapsed, they came in under price of the other bids we took and we were very pleased with their overhead HVAC installation. David and I highly recommend Oklahoma Air!

Oklahoma Air was the most reasonable, quick and professional service available. We called and they sent out a technician the next day to check on our HVAC system. After deciding we needed a new system they were able to install a new HVAC within just a few days! Everyone else was a couple of weeks out. They followed up after the installation to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have been loyal customers for 2+ years and won't be using any other company for our heating and cooling needs. We are very happy with the friendly customer service and reliability Oklahoma Air offers. If we ever have an issue with our unit, Oklahoma Air sends help right away - quite a blessing with the extreme temperatures we experience in our state! They are also reasonably priced and were able to provide us with a new AC and heater at HALF the cost of a quote from a competitor. I highly recommend Oklahoma Air!

We have used Oklahoma Air for all our Heat and Air needs for the past decade. We recently moved to a new house that needed a new zone and the original old units replaced. Oklahoma Air was prompt on providing a fair quote and different priced plans. Once we settled on a plan, they were installing our new units within a week. The crew was extremely professional, efficient and worked around any of our needs/schedule. I would highly recommend Oklahoma Air to anyone in need of Heat and Air work.

Oklahoma Air is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! We bought an entire new HVAC system, an air sanitizing system, and had them install 2 new air ducts and vents. They were extremely professional and courteous and did an amazing job and they absolutely stand by their work. Don’t be fooled by other companies that offer monthly payment maintenance systems because you end up paying three times what the equipment actually cost. It is so much smarter to get a high end Train system from Oklahoma Air because they offer financing and you can make payments on it that are very affordable. I did a ton of research before we got our system and I promise Oklahoma Air is, by far, the best company to use!

This is a true story and literally just happened, Monday July 10th 2023. We arrived back home late last night from vacation at 1:30am (late plane flight!)…only to find our house at 80° and not cooling. We have 3 dogs at home + a 5yr old so obviously this was not cool (literally & figuratively)…fans turned on & windows opened to allow for sleep…

Because they’re awesome & a 21st century company I sent Oklahoma Air a text message (yes, they have a text line!) and asked if we could get somebody out to our house at anytime after they open for regular business hours. I expected a response midday given the late night message & hoped that we could have someone take a look before the day closed out. We fall asleep…

Not kidding, I wake up to a phone message at 7:45am (checks notes, yup, 6hrs later…) from Oklahoma Air asking to call back ASAP to schedule service. I immediately call back and we have an HVAC technician at our house by 8:30am, 7 hrs (!!!) after I messaged in the middle of the night! Shane (tech) was super professional, immediately diagnosed the problem (condenser fan motor), and worked diligently over the next 1.5hrs to replace it. Our house was back to fully cooled by 10:30am before the impending heat wave approaching OK.

To anyone that is reading this…seriously, you CANNOT and WILL NOT find a better, more professional, and responsive HVAC company out there. This literally happened and they didn’t blink, sprung into action, and further solidified us as customers for life. Moreover they are local and pricing is very competitive & fair.

What more can you ask for? Nothing.

Arrived when they said. They worked hard until the job was done, tested, and cleaned up. This was an entire system replacement, coming in thousands less than another big-name company. Even though there were a few things, which I feel, would have incurred additional charges, the quoted price was honored. We had been without AC at the beginning of a weekend. We contacted owner, Mark Kaserman, on Sunday night, and he showed up Monday morning to assess not only the HVAC, but suggested ways to improve airflow and duct changes.
All work was done within 48 hours after his assessment. Did I mention this was a total system replacement of a 27 year old unit?
It had been 89 degrees in our home for four days…our butter had melted, toothpaste liquified, and we wet ourselves down, as well as our two dogs, before stationing ourselves in front of several fans.
Such a relief to have a business backed by their word and integrity! Both traits sadly are in short supply in these times.

Got home today and noticed my compressor had been knocked off it's pad (probably due to the yard crew). Called Sam, the owner's son, and he had me send photos. He then replied and said they would try to get out before the end of the day. A few minutes later, received a text saying Sam himself was on the way. He worked diligently to get the compressor remounted correctly and then informed me that this service would be "no charge." Just like his father, Sam was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Since I purchased my new system from Oklahoma Air 2 years ago, I have extremely pleased with all aspects of maintenance and service of the Trane unit. Today's prompt response further cements in my mind this family owned business' status as an A+ air conditioning service company!

Very pleased. I went with Mark and his team at Oklahoma Air to install a 2 ton Mitsubishi mini split single zone system and am glad I did. The price was where I thought it should be and their scheduling was fast but the best part was the quality of the job at the right price. I could have gone with the higher quote thinking they might do better work but that would have just wasted money. From a customer who expects the best I've just been won over.

Incredibly impressed with Oklahoma Air. I was in need of a new heat and air solution for my home as the previous one was old, not installed properly, and just not properly heating/cooling my home. Mark (the owner) came out to my home, to inspect my current setup and answer any and all of my questions. When he presented my options to me, at no point did I feel pressure or like I was being sold to. He explained why each option would be good for me and the differences between them. Not to mention, considering the work involved with the project and the really nice Trane equipment, the prices were incredibly fair. The install team treated myself and my home with respect and were very willing to explain things to me as they were working. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. I now have a comfortable, quiet system that I don't have to worry about which is such a relief. Thanks to everyone at Oklahoma Air and I look forward to working with them more in the future!

We recently had a plumber working in our kitchen who was jackhammering near our freon line. I called Oklahoma Air to inform them and they immediately sprang into action. Mark, the owner, had a team come out and put our freon into our air unit just in case our plumber hit the line. Sure enough, the plumber pierced a hole right through the line and that quick visit from OK Air saved us about $1,400 in freon. A few days later Mark’s team came out and moved our lines into the attic and were in and out in under 2 hours. Great quality work and very respectful. Will continue to use then for AC and Furnace tune ups and any other work at our home.
