Knowledgeable, fast, friendly, honest, dependable, fair. We had 2 units and a furnace replaced plus installed two returns and a new vent. Wrapped up on time and on budget. 2 days. Price was what I expected and I feel like I got what I paid for. Addressed all of our issues from the builder installed units and made small improvements that will make a big difference. I would give them a 4.5 rating if I could. Only minor areas for improvement for a full 5 starts would be in cleanliness and final quality assurance. There were a few handprints we had to clean up after they left, and a small amount of sheetrock dust that they couldn't catch (dropcloths may help). I would have appreciated an "end of service" walk through and general "quality of service" check to show all systems were operational and all contacts were connected. I'm 99% confident we'll make it through the warranty period.

Edit. My wife said I was too harsh, they earned 5 stars. They did, it's a messy job.

Our air conditioning unit went out on a Friday afternoon after 4:00 pm the first weekend in August. I called and left a message after hours. At 8:01 am on Saturday morning I received a call from their office and one of the technicians Tristen was at our home within two (2) hours. He was very professional, explained what had happened to the unit. He then gave us a quote to replace the unit and we were scheduled for a Monday install. Mike and all of the individuals we have worked with us at EJ's Heating and Air over the past ten (10) years have made a very unpleasant situation better. I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their hearing and air issues. Customer Service, quality and professionalism are still alive and well at this company. We will be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you again for everything.

We love EJ Heat and Air! Our AC quit and they came out right away and replaced the fan motor. We were worried we might need to replace it. They are always fair and honest and never charge you for something you don’t need! Great company! We have used them for at least 20 years!

This Summer we had our 20 year old AC go out during one of the hottest weeks. Grateful for Jason at EJ’s who came out to our house quickly to address the issue. He made sure we knew all our options and took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. I’m not sure if it’s because they knew we had a hot house with kiddos, but our new AC unit was installed in record time. The install crew was fast, efficient, and professional. All around great service and company. Highly recommended EJ’s Heat & Air!

I needed help with getting my system inspected, bringing it up to code and getting permits. No other company in town even gave me the time of day. I called more than 10! They all responded "we didn't install it", sorry can't help you! When I called EJ's I got in touch with Tina and she took the time to hear me out and then went to work right away helping me. I had a very short amount of time to get this resolved as I am moving soon and need to sell my property. Justin came out looked the system over, suggested things that needed to be taken care of and got me on the schedule. They made all the updates to code at a fair price and got my system approved by the city. Highly professional team and did a fantastic job. 5 stars all the way.

EJ’s did a great job. The crew was very nice and though the job took some time they completed every thing as promised. Recommend whole- heartedly.

It’s now about 6 months with new system. I appreciate more and more every day. My house is now liveable and my utilities have remained remarkably low.

I called E J's heating & air for a second opinion for my downed A/C unit. They were prompt and fixed my A/C in 45 mins. The "other" company I called told me it would be better to replace my unit. I won't call out the "other" company by name, I only want to encourage you, if you have an issue with your A/C unit, call E J's Heating & Air 1st. They are honest and more than fair on the repair cost, I can assure you! The quote to replace my unit by the "other" company was $18,000!!! E j's saved me over $17,000... Thanks Oakley!

My wife and I have used EJs Heat and Air for 12 years, from the construction of a new home in Edmond, Oklahoma to our most recent home in Oklahoma City. During that time, the services that EJs provided ranged from the installation of a new HVAC system to the replacement of an existing system as well as an occasional service call to troubleshoot and remedy a heat and air-related issue. Additionally, we've recommended EJs to both friends and family members who've utilized their services and, in each instance, were happy with the results.

Their top-down customer service- from the owner and administrative staff to their field service technicians, are both knowledgeable and friendly who take the time to listen to your questions and concerns and answer them in an understandable manner. Indeed, the service technicians with whom I've had the pleasure of meeting take the time to explain what they're about to do before they do it and, if you're inclined to do so, interact with you as you're observing them doing the work.

All of this to say that EJs Heat and Air is a professional HVAC service company that is customer focused and results oriented. For this reason, I highly recommend EJs for your heat and air needs.

We have been an EJ's customer for over ten years, and they are absolutely the best heating/air conditioning company I have ever used! Oakley is a very professional and knowledgeable technician - he always does an excellent job and keeps our units running. The office staff and all the technicians
are very competent & friendly! EJ's has always responded promptly and provided exceptional service with fair pricing, highly recommended!!!

I was very satisfied with their service. They were able to send a technician within 3 hours after I called. The receptionist was very nice and kept me updated through the whole process. The technician listened carefully to my concerns and promptly made a diagnosis of the problem. He took care of the problem within an hour of arriving. My unit is located in the attic and their were no complaints about getting up in the attic. The only thing I found weird was that they did not take credit card payment on the spot. They send you a bill over the mail and then you have to call to pay with credit card over mail. Not a major inconvenience. However, if you are very busy it is just one more thing you have to do. In my opinion, price was competitive to what I have been charged in the past by other companies. Would definitely consider using their service again.

EJ's Heating & Air were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly fast to respond and get someone out when our AC unit died a horrible and painful death. Their prices were absolutely fair and reasonable. Tina, on the phone, was wonderfully professional and patient in answering all of my questions and my mom's questions (my mom was helping me since this was my first time dealing with this kind of thing and I was clueless). Lundy, both Jasons, and all their crew were incredibly amazing in getting out here quickly and getting our home taken care of and getting AC back so FAST. It was awesome. They were all super friendly and professional, I cannot thank them enough. I could tell they were all trying to get us the best price for the ACCURATE AC unit that our home needed. And it was truly a fair price. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you EJ's for taking care of my home and family! (Just for clarification- The picture does not do it justice, it is absolutely up to code and our second unit is not- but wasn't needing replacement yet so still falls under old rules. It is leveled and perfect.)

EJS Heat and Air replaced the entire HVAC system and did a great job. Professional, on time, and easy to work with. The new system works perfectly—highly recommend them in OKC.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. We just had a replacement for an 18 year old air conditioning unit that had finally seen its day. The replacement is quieter and more environmentally friendly as well as being more efficient. The replacement job was quick and there was no mess for me to clean up. And the new unit works as advertised.

OK Air has been servicing our units for years. They are courteous and give us a call if the time schedule changes. They take their time to make sure the units are cleaned well and serviced properly. It eases my mind to know they are checked each year.

Oklahoma Air, Heating & Cooling is a FANTASTIC company. I called at 1:30 today about issues we were having with our air, and our air was working by 5:00 this evening! The lady I first spoke to when I called (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name!) was so patient with me. She reassured me, and answered all of my questions. Our tech Steve was awesome, too! He arrived right on time, was professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He even answered all my questions about how specific things worked, what certain wires did, etc. I was "blown away" by the amazing service we received, and by the cool air that is now pumping through the house. Thank you for taking such good care of our family, and for not overcharging us. I will be recommending your company to my friends and coworkers!

Oklahoma Air installed my Lennox Heat and Air Unit July, 2014. They come out twice a year for the units maintenance/health check. They are professional, pay attention to detail and always thank me for letting them take care of my Heat/Air needs. I recommend them to others.

OK Air Conditioning is a superb company. Got home from a week away and my heater did not work. Called OK Air Conditioning the next morning at 6:00 a.m. on a Saturday. A technician, Brennan, was at my house by 8:30 a.m. Fixed the problem in a short time. He took the time to explain to me what was broken and what he was doing to fix the issue. The cost was reasonable and fair. This company deserves your business and is the top AC/Heater systems in OKC. I am going to sign up for their annual Preventive Maintenance Plan, another outstanding and reasonable program offered by this company. I most highly recommend this company......you can't go wrong.

Have used Oklahoma Air for several years before they installed my Trane HVAC system in 2013 and have used them annually on their maintenace plan every year since. They also installed a new hot water heater 2 years ago on the same day the old one started leaking. Have never been disappointed in their service.
