Great Company! I had a couple of bids and his was the most reasonable. Duane gave me several levels of the units to choose from and was very knowledgeable on all the products. Work was done fast and they cleaned up after themselves. I have referred many friends to them and they are very happy as well. I am very pleased with the performance and quietness of the system.

Great company to do business with. I had a problem with my compressor 3-4 years ago and they could have sold me a new unit at that time but made necessary and much less costly repairs instead. My compressor finally cratered this month, August, so I called Smith Brothers and they installed a new unit in less than half a day. It’s great to have honest people that you can trust when they are needed. Thank you for your service.

The Smith Brothers company was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They came in and fixed my furnace quick and fast. They did not try oversell unnecessary services. I was very pleased with their service. I will be using them again in the summer when my AC needs to be serviced or repaired.

15 minutes from first calling we had a group at our house. They were able to service one unit and offer a few options for the other. The previous company we had out offered no solution and told us they would not be able to do any repairs. It was nice feeling like we had more than one course of action. We still decided to replace the unit and within a few days of ordering they were here, and had it installed. We were very happy with everything!

The city inspector just came by and signed off on Smith Brother's installation of heat and air (full system except for duct work) in our home. I am well aware that companies invest a lot of time into pricing and presenting their products and services to customers when they make estimates for us. Smith Brothers gave our 4th estimate. If they had been the first or second estimate; we would have known sooner that their plan was the one to go with. Obviously we are grateful we "found" Smith Brothers. Duane was excellent at presenting solutions and explaining our options in replacing out 29+ year old system. We knew we needed to upgrade; but we didn't want to "break the bank". This company works hard to provide value with their products and services.

Duane and the install team showed up at the appointed time. They knew what to do and how to do it. The installation looks neat, works well, and they cleaned up well after the work was completed. We have confidence that we will be able to trust their competent professionalism for any future service/maintenance heat/air needs.

I had used Smith Brothers a while back when another company insisted that I needed a whole new heat and air system. Smith Brothers foreman, Mike, was honest and only put in a fan blower and saved me thousands of dollars. Now after using a 17 year old heat and air system, it was time to change and I knew I could trust Smith Brothers. Duane,the owner, came in and explained my options and we put in a new York system and it works great!! Quiet and very efficient and it has already saved us money on our first month with the A/C. Their service is impeccable and they back up their work. Duane and his sons work in the business and they are very courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I rarely write reviews, but Smith brothers is an exceptional company. They installed a new heat & air unit for my brother’s house who is disabled. Having priced units 3 years previous for my own home, I had a good idea of what I wanted to pay. They installed mine and did a great job 3 years ago. They gave me a very good deal for my brother’s house. I saved literally a couple thousand that some of the other big names guys would have charged. Smith Brothers are very respectable and courteous. I was impressed at how fast they diagnosed my brothers bad a/c unit. I already knew what the issue was and knew I needed a new one before they said anything. This company will do you right and make sure you are happy with the results. You will not be disappointed.

June 21, 2021 - Our Air Conditioning went out over the weekend. Called Duane on Sunday. Because it was Father's day, all his guys were off, but he said they'd be out first thing Monday and they were. Fixed the condenser and no charge since my system was still under warranty. I love these guys and how they take care of their loyal customers. Been with them for 6 years now. Duane has a great team. Special shout out to Nathan and his assistant today - thanks guys.

I have used them several times over the years. They replaced the smaller unit when we first bought our house, and just today replaced the larger one after “keeping it alive” for several years. These guys are pros, very responsive, and take the time to explain what they are doing. Once this unit died several people told me to get as many quotes as possible. It never occurred to me to call anyone else - I’ll call Smith Brothers every time.

I initially contacted Smith Brothers via email regarding getting an estimate to replace my homes heat pump system for the down stairs and upstairs. Very swiftly I received a call from Duane Smith and visited with him briefly and set up a time to come give me an estimate(same day). Duane came out and was very professional, knowledgeable and provided us with multiple options for replacing these systems. Duane was very informative about our questions about different products and their efficiency. Once we selected what we wanted to have installed the Smith Brothers crew came out within 24 hours to swap out two condenser units and two air handlers, including Duane Smith the owner. Everyone who showed up to do the work was very professional and it was a pleasure to have them around the home. Special thanks to Mike for walking me through the new systems and answering any questions I had. I thought it was great to see a family run business working together and they were able to do this in 4 hours. They were on time, did a great job, and we couldn't be more please with the result. To anybody looking for an HVAC company please consider Smith Brothers, you wont be disappointed.

This company is awesome! We had air conditioner issues and after a horrible experience with another so-called highly rated company (repairman was accompanied with a salesman), we called Smith Brothers. They had a completely different take on the situation and had our issue fixed within just a few hours of my call. They were SO honest and reassuring and saved us $$$$$! Mike and his crew are the best! Really, you need to make this company your first call.. best choice and so lucky we chose them. We are so impressed!!! A great family business!

Smith brothers has hands down the best customer service that I have ever had the pleasure to experience. When it comes to expensive repairs to heating and cooling units you want the truth not just someone that’s trying to take more money from you. I highly recommend smith brothers to everybody that ask me if I know a reliable HVAC company.

We recently had a whole new HVAC system installed in our house and Smith Brothers took care of everything. They were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. The quote was detailed and the suggestions they gave were excellent! The price was reasonable, the install was done promptly and the whole crew was very clean. We highly recommend them!!

My heater decided to act up right before the freeze, Smith Brothers was able to send someone out same day. They ended up replacing my old thermostat and checked and changed my filters as well. Really fast and friendly service. Talked me through everything and explained the issues and cost.

We’ve had them out several times over the years, from repairs to routine maintenance to replacing both AC and heating units. This time one of our units went out and they came out and troubleshot it. The job wasn’t hard but required the additional help of a licensed electrician (the recent storms caused the issue), and when they left they volunteered to speak with the electrician if he had any questions. He did, I called Smith Bros and set up a quick three way call. They started talking about stuff I didn’t understand, but when the call was over the electrician knew exactly what needed to be done. That was just exceptional service that you don’t see anymore. These guys are highly recommended.

Best service you'll find and honest. I was at work and my elderly father called with a/C failure. 100 degrees out, they had out back online in 1 hour and waited on payment until I was off work. Very cool. Thank you Smith Brothers!

Great service and products. Dwayne and his team did a great job installing a new HVAC system 7 years ago into my home and continue to provide exceptional service. Prices are very reasonable and often cheaper than most competitors. A+. They are coming soon to replace the crawl space ductwork for the intake with insulated and updated products. Can’t wait!

I had my whole A/C and Heater unit replaced in my attic and the system outside. They did an amazing job! Mike and the other guys were awesome, stayed on the job until they were done. They made it look so good in the attic! Very friendly, David was our entertainer he was hilarious 😊.
