I had a less than one year old A/C unit blow up on me in late june. It took untill almost August to get it fixed. Now the heater will not turn on. Brand new a little over a year old and not even into its second season ( mind you this happened last year also ). Technicians are great though. Came out on the 4th of July to work on A/C no problem there. Whoever is making the calls there is not very good at what they do. Its a less than 3 year old install, come on, stand behind your work and dont hide behind " warranty periods"

From initial phone call to Oklahoman HVAC with Natasha and subsequent conversation and interaction with Charles (technician) I thought both were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

The technicians were on time, called when close. Introduced themselves had uniforms and well marked van. They were very respectful and knowledgeable. Got to work immediately. Charles showed up, even with an injured hand and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Went out of his way to offer any changes to the airflow in the office building as well. The lady who took my service call was very polite and friendly.

The tech Kerry came out during the snowstorm and was able to provide a quick answer and quick fix to my furnace issue. He was here within 90 mins or sooner of calling. I appreciate his work and willingness to come out in the terrible conditions. Ill always use them for my air and heat issues.

The gentleman was very kind and helpful. He done A thorough check of my heat and air system inside and out. The service he provided was free didn't cost me anything. He made A couple suggestions for me.

These guys were professional from the beginning to the very end. I had four quotes and they offered the absolute best value and I even qualified for a $1350 OGE rebate. The two young installers were so polite and when they ran into a small issue at the very end, they stayed late on the evening before Thanksgiving to make sure the install was complete. Highly Recommended.

Oklahoma Heat, Air, and Refrigeration did an excellent job correcting our kitchen vent and ductwork. They were prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable from the first visit through completion. What really stood out was their honesty — they identified problems with the previous installation that we never would have known about and took the time to explain what was wrong and how to fix it properly instead of just doing a quick patch.

Derek managed the project and made everything straightforward and well-organized, and the technicians (Charles, Ryan, and another team member) were courteous, efficient, and careful in our home. The work was done correctly, sealed properly, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way.

If you want an HVAC company that actually fixes the root problem and not just the symptom, I would absolutely recommend Oklahoma Heat, Air, and Refrigeration.

Mike, Levi, Nicholas all showed up to take care of the issue. I couldn't get the heater to work, then I could not get the air conditioning to work either. They let me know the issue was my thermostat and rather than tell me they would be back with parts later to fix the problem, they gave me the option of fixing it myself for much less. A contractor who will put his customer's financial position ahead of his own gain is rare. And even though they dispatched three technicians, I was only billed for one service call. This is the second time I used Smith Brothers, and I will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs.

This is an A++ company! I purchased a 1938 home with known HVAC issues. Duane came out and looked at the systems and we discussed the problems and possible solutions. Ultimately I decided to replace both furnaces and AC units, plus duct work. (I had another estimate that was significantly higher.) The crew of 5 that came out to complete the work were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They explained what they were doing when I had a question and immediately let me know when they ran into issues. Duane helped me fill out the warranty paper work and make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Smith Brothers - they are honest and do great work!

Smith Brothers did a fantastic job all the way around. They were on time, had what they needed to do the job, took care of all surfaces, and were as professional as anyone I have ever experienced. I would recommend them for ANY heat and air job.
