We reached out to get a second opinion on some work we were told needed to be done by our usual plumbers. Xavier came out and listened to what we were experiencing and we provided him with the 3 estimates we were given.. and he had 3 different people talking to him and at times at the same time, as frustrating as that can be he maintained professionalism. Long story short after about 2 hrs and a couple hundred dollars later Xavier and the people at SunTech saved us $16,000. We are even seriously thinking about cancel our Platinum membership with our current plumbers and going with SunTechs membership. If I could I would give 10 out of 10 stars for communication, prices, service, professionalism, and fast response.

Jesue and Xavier were great!!! Perfect timely and smart. They did a great job they were fun and funny. Well mannered and put booties on because the house had just been cleaned.

Every time they come out for a routine maintenance service, there’s an iPad presented with three options for services that need to be complete that are wildly expensive. They push a membership each time. Definite snake oil salesmanship as others have mentioned.

I decide to purchase the $40 a month membership. The one time I need immediate help with a plumbing issue I’m told that they only have one plumber and he’s booked for the day. He can come out the following morning. When dealing with plumbing issues that are emergencies, and with a $40/ month membership it’s really unacceptable. I found a 24/7 plumber that fixed the issue within an hour. To note: when I canceled my service, the operator, Tiffany could care less.

Excellent service on a same day repair to our AC. Drew was informative and kind in his interactions and we're thankful to have people like him around when we're in need of help. From a customer service standpoint, I give him/ them an A+. Quality of work appears to be good, too. We'll continue to use Suntech for our maintenance and repair needs.

These guys are awesome!!! We had other plumbers say that we’d have to rip out our whole bathroom and spend thousands in labor and materials. These guys fixed the issue in a few hours for a fraction of the cost! Highly recommend!!!

I've always enjoyed Sunetech's commercials. So when they were one of the responses to my Yelp request for an estimate on a small plumbing job I definitely wanted to give them a try.

My technician Mike arrived on time and was so friendly and kind. The price he quoted was excellent (other companies quoted me double his estimate) and I knew that it was a fair price for the job I needed. He made the repairs and I am more than satisfied with his work and excellent customer service. He is also a fellow dog lover so as he finished up we had a great conversation about our dogs.

I am definitely a satisfied customer and Suntech will now be my go to company for my plumbing, A/C and furnace needs. I know that am going to need some A/C work here in the very near future and I will definitely be giving them a call.

I have several older rental properties and always dread Summer in Oklahoma because of the outdated HVAC Systems. This year I asked friends and neighbors for HVAC Service referrals.

SunTech was recommended. When they diagnosed my old system, as you'll see it was too worn out and outdated to repair even if we were able to find the necessary parts. It had served its purpose!

KK Johnson in support is literally the kindest, one of the most professional support people I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. She answers your questions with no run arounds and always gets what she says she would do done. Promote this girl to manager already

If cutting corners was their motto, I would not be surprised. My neighbor has their plumbing redone by Suntech and I had the pleasure of having them destroy a part of my yard, leave their trash in my bins, use their muddy equipment in my driveway, and constantly kept walking across my yard. Just blatant disrespect for my property all around.

Of course, I called their office, spoke to Kai and mentioned that I wanted to speak to the project manager in charge of this mess. To my surprise, no response after several days.

I would avoid using this company. They were extremely loud, disrespectful, and left a huge mess.

Brian was a polite, personable young man who did everything in his power to help me. He showed up within approximately 2 hours after I called to make an appt. I needed to replace my a/c, which didn't really surprise me. They even managed to get me on the install list tomorrow, first appt in the morning! I'm happy I called Suntech and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Good work, very professional, upfront and about concerns and or issues about the systems. Both David and Elijah were honest about any concerns/issues about the system and also offered different solutions to help mitigate other issues as well

My AC was broken and they were quick to send Rocky out the next day of calling. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional! I needed replacement parts and a deep cleaning to my AC unit. Best price after calling for other quotes! I highly recommend them for all services. Very thorough and explained in detail with before and after pictures. Fixed it quick! I highly recommend them and Rocky was an Amazing Technician!

I would absolutely not recommend using this company. I had them come out to see what was wrong with my air conditioning system the tech just stared at my system the whole time didn't test anything and told me it was my lower motor. I knew this was a possibility based off research but I was hesitant because he didn't test anything he literally just stared at my system. I asked him to work up an estimate and he went outside paced my yard for a good amount of time on the phone. Came back in still on the phone I felt like I was intruding in my own house with the looks he was giving me so I walk into another room for a second. I decided this is my house he's not going to make me feel uncomfortable at my house. I walk out to the living room and go put something in my kitchen he then tells me without making any eye contact at all that the blower motor was going to be $1,800. I asked him how much the part was and he said 500 and I said so you're charging $1,300 for labor. He said yes ma'am. I asked him how many hours this job was going to take and what their hourly rate is and he said I don't know my boss told me to charge that much. I then asked him if I was going to be emailed a written estimate because based on my research and my system this seemed like a lot. He said I don't know what you're talking about. And I said I would like a written invoice sent to me so I can see what I'm being charged for. He again said I don't know what you're talking about so I called the office and explain what was going on and was told that she would escalate this and remember if management would be in contact with me immediately. She also said I could send the tech on his way and that if they had to send a different tech out they would. Well I had a feeling I should call around so I did I'm glad I did because over 24 hours later I'm still waiting on a call from a member of management but they have harassed me several times by sending requests for surveys. The second company I talked to so they couldn't give me an estimate over the phone but the amount seemed like way more than it should be and they wouldn't pay it for the job. The next company I called sent someone else for a second opinion estimate free of charge. He was very alarmed by the price and the behavior of the tech. He had a team at my house in less than 2 hours and they immediately started testing the components. while testing the components it was discovered that there is not an issue with my blower motor I had a loose wire connection. So not only was this company trying to overcharge me but had I gone through with their suggested repair I would have paid $1,800 and still not had a working system.

Mike Nelson worked hard to complete our plumbing repair for a fair and reasonable price. He was kind, thorough, and explained the process each step of the way, being careful not to overcharge. He arrived on time and his customer service skills are excellent. I would highly recommend this company and Mike Nelson to others.
