He was very kind and honest. Explained things extremely well. We have had issues for about 2 years with our heating and a/c unit and always pay for nothing to be fixed. We will be using Martell heating and air again!

We moved to the Spencer area last year and just now got are A/C unit hooked up by Martell Heating and Air. I searched every website near me for someone to hook up my A/C and sent out countless emails and calls to find the best one with reasonable prices because we are on a stricter budget and more than half of them never contacting me back and the ones that did were really high prices until Michael contacted me and came out to look at my unit for a statement and he was the lowest price one. He came back out and hooked up my A/C and was very professional, kind and kept me informed of what he was doing. He did a great job and went the extra mile to make sure it was working properly as we had a few electrical problems. He went beyond expected of him and he was very nice about everything and made sure I was happy with his work because as he said the customer comes first and he really means it. I was very pleased with his work and will not find another person for my heating and air needs. If you need someone for your heating and air you would be stupid not to give Micheal a call. Promise you will be happy.

I had a new Ruud system installed by Martell Heating and Air Conditioning and was very impressed with the company. Both Michael and Chaz were extremely professional and courteous. When Michael discovered that the part I needed was not in stock, he temporarily installed 3 window units so my family could be comfortable during the hottest week in 2021. Michael worked with Ruud to expedite getting the part and provided status updates daily. Work was performed very quickly and they cleaned up in the areas they worked in. Prices are reasonable and service is top notch. I would highly recommend to others.

Michael came out and quoted me on a new heat and air system. First impression-on time, professional and very detailed oriented. I already had a heat and air individual which I liked, but saw a review on my Facebook, a friend of mine posted and thought I should check him out and see his reviews. I had three bids total on my heat and air install and Michael was the less expensive, most knowledgeable, gave me options and was very detailed on his readable estimate along with brochures. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I am a researcher myself and very particular and he exceeded all my expectations. I called him back that same day and said your the one! He came the next week and installed it. I upgraded which was totally worth it and I am glad he told me about iwave which gives you cleaner air. The next day he emailed me the warranty information and he registered all of it for me! Highly recommend him without a doubt! stay away from big companies and support Martell Heat and Air. Highly recommend Martell Heating and Air! They came out really quickly and did an excellent job! Repaired my unit and cleaned it meticulously because there was mold growth we believed to be causing sickness. The cost was very reasonable for everything that they did! My new go to hvac guys!

Martell’s was amazing! I called and told them the problem and they came out and fixed it. Another company was more worried about trying to sell me a entire new HVAC system. Martell came out and replaced the blower motor which was no where close to the price of a new system. They are honest and professional, they look out for the best interest of the customer and not just trying to sell the most expensive fix. Definitely recommend them if you need HVAC work.

Martell Heat and Air has become my first call for any heat and air issues. They are responsive, fairly priced, and always on time. I've used them for summer/winter tune-ups and repairs for the last year or two. I appreciate how every effort is made to give same-day service, and how they take the time to explain what needed repair and what likely caused the issue. Wish there were more stars to give.

Honest. Professional. VERY courteous. Our AC had quit working, and we called Martell. They QUICKLY diagnosed the problem and quoted a repair cost. We gave them the green light to proceed. Now, here’s where they stood out: the cost of coolant had gone up dramatically overnight, which would have made our repair cost much, much higher. The tech, Michael, got on the phone and found some coolant at the previous price. He drove approximately 25 miles to get it just to stay within the quote. I knew then that we had found our new AC goto guys.

I’m not saying the cost if the repair was cheap…AC repair is expensive, especially if most of your coolant had leaked out (as in our case). But it was reasonable and more than fair. Awesome small business. Awesome results. I highly recommend them.

Contacted Martell Heating & Air on Tuesday and they arrived on Thursday as scheduled. Technicians came to the door, introduced themselves, and went straight to work. With attention to detail and quality service, our AC is working much more effectively. The process of service was was described in great detail with helpful tips to prevent future issues. Definitely going to recommend this company to others and will be using them in the future!

We returned from a short trip to find our A/C running continuously and not cooling very well. The first heat & air company we contacted replaced two components in the air handler and did not fix the problem. They offered to try and find another suspected part, but were not positive that would be the fix. We contacted Martell Heat & Air, after receiving a recommendation from the company that supplied our system. Michael Martell stayed in contact and arrived promptly. After troubleshooting the system and isolating the problem, the faulty part was replaced right away. They recommended an additional service, consisting of installing P-traps in both our systems. The entire job was finished quickly and at a reasonable cost. Michael and Chaz were very professional and courteous. We highly recommend Martell Heating & Air and will be contacting them for any future heating and air conditioning needs.

Keep in mind. I am writing this as it was going down. It’s 4 degrees outside and snowing. Messaged Martell Heating & Air and within 20 minutes a message back saying I can swing by. It’s also Sunday morning. Got our heater up and running and explained the issue and mentioned about possibly wanting to return to take a look for a follow up. Give this local a call or message if you want the job done. Michael was my tech and just all out professional and just a genuine dude. Solid company and definitely will be calling for any issues down the road. 5 stars across the board!

10/10 Highly recommend. Saying we're incredibly happy with Martells is an understatement. We called 2 billboard AC companies to come out and fix our system, they kept trying to overcharge us and replace parts that weren't broken. Martell's came out quickly and fixed our issue even quicker. I wish we would have found them sooner. Very honest and professional company. Glad to have a new company we can use and trust.

Our aging HVAC system finally gave out a few days before Christmas. After researching and asking around, we contacted Martell and I promptly received a response from Mike. After he attempted to help us with one last ditch effort at repair, it was determined that our best and ultimately most economical option would be to replace the entire system. Even with the holiday season, Mike and his team were able to get everything in place and installed within a week. From first contact to follow-ups to help us make sure things were running correctly, we have been most impressed by the professionalism, quality, and value of the service received from Mike and the Martell Heat and Air team. Would highly recommend!

Once again Mike and his crew went above and beyond and got our heat pump fixed the right way after the previous company installed and wired the system completely wrong. Great company, great service, great prices. I highly recommend!

Called at 3 pm when it was 100 degrees (85 in the house) when my AC condenser stopped working. Martell Heating & Air was able to work me in their schedule that evening and my air was back on within minutes - I was very thankful and will use him again. Very courteous and knowledgeable also. Absolutely fantastic experience.
We paid a fair price for craftsmanship level work. This is not someone getting in and out for as cheap as possible to make as much profit as possible. Michael showed commitment to our house. This was a lot of money for us and he absolutely delivered. He had a 4 ton heat pump system replaced and he did it in 2 days. He did a bunch of extra unforseen work and didn't try to swindle us into countless change orders. This man treats others the way he wants to be treated.

I would not only recommend him, I would hang out with him. Great experience all around.

It’s really hard to find a decent contractor or even a contractor that shows up. I have nothing but praise for Martell Heat and Air. They quickly diagnosed and repaired my AC problem. You definitely pay for what you get and this company is definitely worth every penny!
