He did a great job getting and installing a new furnace for my house. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and answered all of my questions.

We originally hired Martell to install three minisplits and service the existing units at our business. He was responsive and knowledgeable. The work was done professionally and quickly, passing all inspections. More recently (June 2025) our home AC fan broke. We reached out Thursday night and he was fixing it less than 12 hours later. Great local family business!

Great company with great staff. Had A++ experience and cost was minimal. Elijah was my tech - I'd take him every time!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from SunTech. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest or competent AC repair.

The technician came out, opened the panel near the capacitor, and told me the wires were fried. He then gave me an exaggerated explanation about how the entire unit needed to be replaced and claimed he couldn’t do anything unless I agreed to pay $875 just for further diagnostics — which would be wiring and possibly a Capacitor, really… then more “looking.”
Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from a trusted, independent AC technician. Please message me. I will be promoting him. Don’t call these big company’s!
Get on Nextdoor app, I found a locally owned business man and he immediately found the real issue — a bad wire and a bad capacitor. He replaced both right there, and my AC was up and running within minutes. Total cost? $120.

SunTech didn’t even perform a basic tune-up. No filters were changed, at the least and I had to pay for AC Tune for and I was left with a long-winded sales pitch instead of actual help. It felt like a clear attempt at upselling an unnecessary replacement instead of fixing the real, simple issue.

The unit may not be brand new but it’s in great shape, runs amazing, but it’s working just fine now. The problem wasn’t the system — it was SunTech’s approach. This company seems more interested in making money than making repairs. Not professional, not trustworthy, and definitely not a company I’ll be calling again.

Suntech to the Rescue.
We have a Geothermal unit and love it. First time we ever had an issue, a blown capacitor, suntech came to the rescue - on a holiday weekend, with it being 100 plus outside.
I went and got the maintenance plan, saves me a ton in service checks.
Our current episode though- 60x stars for them. Our unit d.i.e.d. ..died. parts issue on a warranted machine. Suntech did there best and then some. I ended up getting a new unit it was so bad. And the new unit and setup is beatific. The install team - Cody & Freinds - know how to build a Geo. We are still finishing it off but the duct work alone is 1000 times better. Look - try em out- professional and family.

Came home to a hot house. SunTech sent an awesome tech out within 2 hours. He fixed me up. Explained. Super honest and just a nice nice guy. Try them ! You'll be as happy as I am !

I called around 11:00 to ask about pricing to have someone come out to my house to check the furnace. Andy was friendly and patient while I tried to explain what I needed. He explained the difference between a service call and tune-up. He was able to schedule me in the same day but I wasn't sure if they would be able to get me on the schedule. To my surprise within an hour or so I received a call from Brian, the technician, that he was headed to my house. When he arrived he was cordial and professional. He completed the inspection, turned the heat on and checked for carbon monoxide throughout the house. He informed me of the condition of the heating system. He told me about the options I had and recommended carbon monoxide detectors until a decision is made. He mentioned there is financing available if I chose to go that route. I appreciate the friendly and professional service we received, especially getting us in so quickly. Thank you Andy and Brian!

Mike and Alec arrived at the time they said they would and went right to work. The price they quoted was more than fair and they did a great a job. Mike took the time to explain the problem and showed the part that needed replaced. When they were done, they cleaned up and had me inspect their work. I highly recommend Suntech for your plumbing needs!!!

The techs Xavier and Josue very professional. Xavier was very thorough and took his time to explain everything. As a widow and learning how to get stuff done on my own I appreciate the time he spent with me.

Would definitely call again! Of course very hot day and ac stopped cooling. Found this company online and gave them a call. Feel so lucky and blessed. Tech arrived a little over two hours later. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Quickly ascertained the problem and fixed it after easy to understand explanation and decidedly fair pricing.

Quick and friendly service! No outrageous weekend fees. Had us up and running in less than an hour and arrived within the hour I called.

I called them because they had installed a whole new unit in a house I sold, and did an excellent job for a fair price!

Today, the technician Rocky arrived exactly on time. He was polite and courteous the entire time. He quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem with our A/C. He thoroughly explained the bill, as well as SunTechs program with no pressure. Great guys, great company!

I’d give the zero stars if I could, technician came in just trying to sell a unit. Lied about trouble shooting the system, if he had he would have found all the poor service work the company have been doing for years. He saw 2 senior citizens and thought he found a pay check. We’ve paid for a service plan for the past 6 years only to find out that the last couple of years they’ve not been doing anything but finding new thing to charge us for each year

He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked multiple spots to see what the issue could be. Whittled it down to a faulty thermostat, thus, I will be replacing it.

Excellent service every time. Love that they send picture of the tech that is doing your work before they arrive. Honest and trustworthy professional service.
