I would recommend Martell to anyone. He was quick to respond, complete his fix action, and all for an extremely affordable price. Honestly, he was the cheapest around. Will use him again.

I was given Michael’s contact information from a colleague and contacted him regarding hvac work. He was quick to respond to my issues and even more promising, provided me with an estimate in my budget. He came next day, as promised and on time. He completed all the work, took pictures, and explained everything. If you need an hvac person you need Michael! I wish I had found him earlier!

Excellent HVAC company. They worked with us and had our A/C up and running. Unfortunately, it's an old system and finally just died one day. Martell HVAC is hooking us up with a new high efficiency system so hopefully we will have no more worries for a couple of decades.

I’ll never use another heat and air company. They’ve done so much work for us and always upfront. Other companies have always tried to overcharge us or not even show up. If you need work done I highly recommend this company over anyone else. They go above and beyond.

I am so happy that i found him, him come the same day and fix the problem whit our air Conditioner and Heather , on comparison whit the Big company's that broke your account banck for fix a simple thing , Michael fix for really good price. I did call another person first and him told me that i need to remplace my heather and another parts like spent 3000 dollar so that scared me tooooo bad, We didn't have money for do that. .... and when i Did Call Michael him scheduled the appointment for the same day and him came and fix the system with aout problem fast and left everything working the cool air a heat air. and also give to us recommendation how take care or system, him was very nice , and decent person and him explain abou the repairs and told me the cost before do so him didn't give a surprise bill, well close to give a Big Hug for fix our Air Conditioner whit out broke our account banck Lolo. 😀😀😀. Installed new heat pump and, air handler and April Air unit in July 2023. Systems have worked great to date. Changed the April Air filter today and installed a temp sensor on my heat pump. Awesome and friendly service as always.

Michael came out and gave us a quote for a new heat and air system. He was extremely reasonable and we signed on the dotted line without hesitation. He installed the system a few days later. Needless to say, we will always use Martell Heat and Air. You won’t be disappointed!!

My heat unit was dripping water and had shut off upstairs, right before the frigid cold temperatures started! He was on vacation and still was willing to visit with me about my issue. He got with me as soon as he got back and fixed the broken pipe and even installed preventative measures so that it wouldn't happen again. They got us going right before the bad weather started! Always great service!

Called on Saturday morning and Michael came out quickly. Assessed the problem and promptly fixed. Took pictures of the problems and repairs, took the time to explain what the problem was and what was done to fix it. I was very satisfied with his work and felt his prices were reasonable. Would use and recommend in the future.

Michael answered my phone call at 7am on a Thursday morning and worked me into his schedule same day. He was communicative, friendly, and fast. Exceptional service, got my AC up and running, and kindly allowed my elderly mother to talk his ear off. I’m so appreciative for his thoughtful and professional demeanor, and for a working AC. I will refer everyone to Martell Heat and Air. I called Michael on a Sunday evening with to expectations that he would be at home till sometime that week. He was here at my home the next morning at 0730, on a day it was going to be 104 degrees. He did an amazing job cleaning and making sure my A/C was up to working conditions. Not only did he do that, he did it quietly while my 18 month old slept. I will drop my previous company and always rely on Martell Heat and Air.

Martell came out when comfort pro wouldn't. I live about 25 min. From both and my home is in the middle of all of them. He is honest and upfront. Thank you and I appreciate the service. I highly recommend them.

They installed unit in new home being constructed 2 years ago. Promised there would be diverters to even out flow throughout house. As my old house didn't have and the variations could be significant. They did not install even after promise to do so. But I didn't raise stink about it, and contractor died of Covid prior to completion of house so it was pretty chaotic. When I moved in AC was not working, I called and was told they were on vacation and it would be a few days. It was 5 days. I didn't say anything at the time because when he got here, he figured it out in about 5 minutes. It was the electrician had labeled breakers wrong and there was no power. Not his fault. Fast forward 2 years and that pretty new AC unit isn't working. I called and he said I will be out Friday. This was a Tuesday. Friday came and went, no show. Nothing Monday, messaged Tuesday and he said he meant the next Friday. I wasn't concerned as it isn't hot and emergency heat work so no big deal. He ended up calling Wednesday and was free and came to look, but I was not able to be there when they arrived. The outside coil had broken and it was a warranty issue. Later he messaged and said 1275.00 to fix it. Said labor and freon not covered. I Said I was going to get a second opinion. Second opinion agreed with his diagnosis. We worked a deal to do it for 600 and I supply the freon. After I told him to do it, he messaged back and said there was shipping charges to get the part and it was 160.00 or maybe more. They wouldn't have exact number until shipped. So I dropped them. RUUD dealer stated my unit had not been registered as is normally done either. Another licensed heat and air beat his warranty prices to fix. And they showed me the poor quality job done at some of the line connections. So if you have this company do work for you just know, warranty means nothing. No cost break at all. Changing prices seemed very shady to me. And shady to not install diverters after it was specifically mentioned. Also house would normally have a 5 ton unit, but it has spray foam so it can be downsized some, but I ended up with a 3 ton unit. Absolute minimum. No wonder it struggled in hottest summer. As 20 ft ceilings makes a lot to cool. I was generally dissatisfied with just about every aspect of our dealings. Warranty means nothing if you stand by nothing and dont offer a break to customer.

Michael is fantastic! Called and he came out next day. I had a guy out a couple of days before who said I needed to replace my whole unit and quoted six to seven thousand dollars. Michael came out and said replacement was not necessary and fixed it for $250. If you need a fair, reasonable heat and air company I highly recommend this one!
