UPDATe - H & H apparently sold . The new owner was contacted about a weekend emergency service. I was told it would be Monday as the business was closed for the weekend .. won’t go back.

They came out very quickly when my AC went out. They were friendly, professional and very affordable. I will certainly use them again if Ineeded!

Awesome compny to do business with. They rushed out to fix our problem and got us up and running again in no time. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need heat/air service.

Not helpful at all. Took me forever to convince him that there was a problem - even with three separate thermometers telling him that he was wrong. He ultimately left the problem not fixed with our 9-month-old child having to be cold. Thank goodness for my husband being an electrician, who was able to fix the problem.

Look for someone else if you need something actually done.

My house has never felt so evenly heated. No more cold spots near the windows or hot spots upstairs. They balanced the airflow perfectly.

A friend suggested I give Vu a call since my unit was not cooling. Vu called me back promptly, but due to thunderstorms he couldn't get by that evening. He was at my home the next day, and checked my unit. It needed to be replaced, and he had a new heat pump at my home and installed the next day. Vu and his crew was prompt, courteous and professional and I will continue to use Vu as needed. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

This company is amazing, my home warranty company sent out another company that looked at my AC and put a band-aid on the problem and was 30 minutes late, after waiting a week for the appointment. Vu came out assessed the situation, found the issues and I had cool air the very next day which was a SATURDAY. He worked with my home warranty company to get the majority of the cost covered and I have an entirely new unit now! He was so thoughtful and considerate to go above and beyond because I have a child to make sure the repairs were expedited. I WOULD DEFINATELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

If HVAC Services by Vu was a race car, it would be a Bugatti. These guys rolled in and quickly identified the issue, repaired it, and transformed a 95 degree play room, into the coolest room in the house. Approximately 25 minutes total and they even had time to meet the Cane Corso. You’ve got our utmost appreciation and will be our recommended service provider from here on!

My fiancee's AC went out and we started looking at getting it replaced, we got multiple quotes and Vu was the most reasonable a long with coming highly recommended by a family member. He was able to replace the system in a few hours and did an excellent job. My fiancee was very happy with his work and his responsive customer service. Later in the year my AC went out, and it was an easy call to have Vu come and replace my old system. Vu is now my go to AC expert.
