Mike and Treble are great! Services my water heater and heating and air units. Arrived when expected, answered all my questions and concerns and even helped me think of things I hadn’t before. Ask for Mike and Treble to do your scheduled services!

Jimmy and Eric came out Dec 11th 2025 and put in new sewer line under my house.They were friendly and explained in detail what they would be doing.
They did a great job and first estimate done by someone was higher than what the finish cost was.These guys were very good.

We found out that we had a slab leak, which was devastating news especially right before the holidays. We reached out to Gordon’s, and Mike Boyle was the plumber assigned to help us. He was a consummate professional from the jump. We called out a leak detection company at his recommendation, and when they had located the leak, Mike made sure to fit us in as soon as possible to begin work.

The day of the repair, he communicated promptly to let us know when he was heading our way, and he persevered with wholehearted digging when we found out that the spot marked by the locators was not directly above the leak. He ended up digging a hole the size of a grown man in order to actually access the leak, all the while minimizing extra costs by working around walls and even the carpet boards so that we didn’t have to spend extra fixing the floors when he was done.

He was thorough and even took the time to explain to us other related issues we might face due to the water’s spread. He made sure to leave us with companies that could help us in those areas.

While I wouldn’t recommend having a slab leak, I would definitely recommend Gordon’s and Mike Boyle, specifically, for his expertise and earnest work to leave the job well done.

Michael B did a great job diagnosing and ultimately replacing my water heater. He is very knowledgeable about every aspect I had questions about. Make sure to hold on to this guy! He would not be someone I would want to compete against!

Edit: 6 months later... Glen came out to help w/ a separate issue. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and got the job done!

Service was great today as always. Gabe came out and was very professional. He provided a thorough report and answered all my questions.

Jose arrived right on time. Although the main reason for the visit was to replace the old filter, Jose also showed me how to replace one, and left a spare. He then did a complete check on our hvac systems, found all good. Even washed the compressor coils. Super great tech. I’d give him more stars if five wasn’t the limit. Additional best part? We are on the Advantage program for hvac and water heater. So, no cost for visits and repairs. Just a sane monthly payment and no expensive surprises.

Mike did an outstanding job. He was prompt and extremely informative on the process of the replacement of our water heater. This procedure was on our Advantage program, which I would recommend to anyone. YesThank you, Mike.

Gary from Gordon’s did an amazing job, he climbed in my not so roomy attic, maintained my furnace, changed filters, did an inspection, and all in all did an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend.

Mike Boyle with Gordon’s service came to us today to unclog sink drains. He was very personable and professional in appearance and performance. I highly recommend Mike if you have any plumbing needs.

Mike Boyle was extremely professional and understanding, working with us as we navigated a number of family emergencies. His work was no less than exceptional.

Treble Myles was waiting when we arrived home shortly after 3pm for a 4pm appointment and we are so thankful he was. Treble was friendly, efficient, listened to what I had to say. He did a quick check of the system, then fixed the thermostat communication problem, reprogrammed the clock and temp ranges, even the variance range as I requested, all in about 30-40 minutes. With a few friendly words and a smile, he left. Next time we need a tech, we hope it is Treble who responds.

Our heater stopped working. Called Gordon's Service Experts. George came out and had us back up and running in no time. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous!

Damian called in advance, arrived on time, was friendly and professional (going above and beyond helping with my water heater) and talked me through every aspect of the job. I was pleased with the service and price, and especially with how wonderful Damian was! Will use again!

Service expert Gary came out today and did service on my system today. He was super professional and friendly!!! Took the time to go over everything that he did and explained everything to me. Highly recommend!!!!

Gary Guffy helped us today with our routine maintenance . He was courteous and informed us about the shape of our system and sonme helpful recommendations. He was very helpful.

Plumbing - Jeremy did an outstanding job. He inspected the showers and valves. Clean and quick.
HVAC & AC - their Technician (I believe his name is Calvin) has been working our HVAC & AC inspections and tune-in for many seasons. Great person, with lots of knowledge and care for his work. Our equipment keeps on running smooth, thanks to Calvin’s maintenance.

Michael Boyle provided my plumbing service yesterday and was outstanding. He thoroughly explained all of his findings on the inspection and not only gave recommendations to solve discrepancies, but also educated me on how to best care for the system to keep things running at an optimum level.

Michael Boyle is the best plumber I have dealt with at this company. He knows tankless water heaters! If you have a problem ask for only him!!! The first plumber in two years of having this tankless water heater that immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it and it was an easy fix!!! I have not had hot water for two years and have called and had many plumbers come out and none of them knew what the issue was until today! He has restored my faith in this company. He is my Christmas miracle!!! Thank you Mike!!! You have no idea how much your expert knowledge means to me and my family!!! He deserves a raise!!!
