All Comfort Specialist was the company that replaced our broken evaporator coil, connected to our home warranty. We had a lot of issues with the warranty company but one All Comfort came into the picture things moved very quickly and we were up and running in just a couple business days. Their techs are professional and timely, and at the end of the day our overall cost was much lower than we were quoted from other companies. I feel like they operate with high integrity and are not out to hurt the customer at all. Thank you for getting our house cooled down again.

After multiple trips here from another company over the course of a month, All Comfort Specialist Heating and Air was called in by my home warranty company. Travis correctly diagnosed the problem and found a broken pin on the computer chip in the system's computer. My furnace was repaired by installing a new board within hours and now I have heat! This company is very professional and has excellent communication with their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all of your heat and air needs.

Wonderful service and our tech Justin was informative and extremely helpful! We trust this company and have been using them for several years now. We highly recommend them!

It was a great experience. The technician was thourough and walked through potentials with me as well as set me up with a few solutions for said potentials. He was professional and didn't talk down to me as I've had happen in the past. Over all it was a nice service visit and will be using the company again for any future needs.

I only went through this company because of my home warranty.
They came out twice to look at my unit within 3 days and never reached back out to me. After a week, I called them back for a follow-up and left my info with gentleman more than once . He assured me that the owner would call me back the next day. Now, it's going on a month and still no returned call. I am pleased to know this isn't the only HVAC company in town.

Very professional brought parts with them so they only needed to come out once. The technician (Travis) was very professional and kind he did a great job. Thank you for getting it fixed so quickly.

My Central AC unit had stopped blowing cold and it was diagnosed with have zero refrigerant in it. Jacob Horn was extremely thorough on working through a logical process of diagnosing where the leak was (condenser coil). He is very proficient in his trade. He has amazing customer service skills and was able to answer any question I asked. He was able to explain it in terms that anyone could understand. Overall it was a great experience and the issue was resolved.
On a side note:
The home warranty company on the other hand is a different story. If you have something bad to say about this company, it most likely isn’t their fault. They can only perform what the home warranty company will approve. So before directing your frustration at the office staff and technicians, look a little closer at how the process works with your home warranty company. You might realize your blame has been misplaced.

John came and did an AMAZING job. He was fast, efficient, kind and professional. And scheduling an appointment was fast as well and the gentleman that scheduled for me was very nice. Great customer service goes a long way. Kudos to this company!

As usual, these guys take such good care of us. They have installed new heat&ac systems in 2 of our homes. We had an issue with the heater in my sons room, and they were out the next morning. Issue discovered and resolved in an hour, and heat is back on. We highly recommend All Comfort Specialist. Honest and straight forward folks.

We have American Home Shield (home warranty) they contract with many air companies. We’ve had to deal with a few over the years. Most of them who’ve came out only wanted us to buy a new AC unit, not fix the parts that are broken/covered. I asked for another company to be sent, and they sent All Comfort Specialist! They got us fixed right up, didn’t try and tell us to buy a new unit and we have freezing cold air again!! Absolutely love, and highly recommend this company and all their staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shad with All Comfort Specialist came out to my house, diagnosed what was wrong with my AC, and got it back online. Shad was very polite and professional during the entire process. Will definitely be using them in the future for my AC/Furnace needs.

Awesome experience with All Comfort. I have 2 old gas furnaces 20+ years. They provided reliable repair and maintenance. I recommend them versus their competitors that just pushed for system replacement.

Travis was awesome in addressing my issue. My upstairs room was not cooling at all and would get into the 90s even during the evening. He was on time and worked diligently to get the problem addressed. Fortunately, he already had the replacement parts with him so there was no need to wait. I can now feel air coming through the vents and see the temperature lowering. Great job!

11/13/24 Update

My home warranty company called them again for a winter checkup on my system and the appointment went well. The Tech corrected my mistake in installing my thermostat. Very much appreciated. Satisfied customer in both visits.

All Comfort Specialists has been very professional and knowledgeable. John was our technician and was amazing. They are great to work with. Highly recommended for all your Heating and Air Conditioning needs. Thank you for getting us taken care of in this miserable heat.

Donald (at All Comfort) was literally one of the BEST service providers I have hired in years, and with 5 properties I have dealt with many, many providers from every profession when it comes to home repair/maintenance/upgrades/etc! Donald arrived early, was incredibly professional, easy to talk to and walked me through every issue like I was in trade school ensuring that I had the knowledge about the system (furnace & A/C) going forward! He ensured every issue that I had was quickly resolved to my standard (which is incredibly high) and was so accommodating and respectful. As am a woman homeowner and having maintenance professionals around when I am alone is always an anxiety inducing event, but Don could not have been nicer! I will not be using another provider for my furnace needs ever… 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!

Justin Gryder was exceptional!! He explained what was happening with my system and made the necessary repairs very quickly. He also gave me suggestions to help keep my system working efficiently in the future.

I woke up during the winter storm and saw that my house was 54 degrees while it was set on 76. I called at 6am and Rob answered and he was really friendly and said that he would call me when he got to the office. He followed through and called me just like he said at the time he gave and guaranteed that someone could come that day for my emergency. He also stayed in touch with me and told me that he could actually have someone come in earlier than my scheduled time. Travis P. was my technician and he was absolutely amazing. He worked really hard to solve my problem and when it was discovered that I would need a new part or new furnace, he clearly gave me my options, told me exactly how things worked and he even lit my fireplace for me so we could stay warm. I’ll be ordering a new part for my furnace and I will have it installed by this company as well. Everyone was so nice, efficient and knowledgeable. I really appreciate it and I’ll be a lifelong customer!

If I could give zero stars I certainly would. When our upstairs heater caught on fire they sent Don out to look. When he fist got here he asked me where my husband was so he could talk to the owner of the house (I own the house). He told me multiple times how I was lucky to be alive and that if I didn't have a new unit (financed through his company) that I would never have another restful nights sleep. He turned in the report to my insurance company and they said that only a single part needed to be replaced. When I called to get a 2nd opinion or to understand what had happened the company refused to talk to me further unless it was to schedule an appointment. When I reported don for all the inappropriate comments they said they would investigate and nothing came of it. When I called today to get an update because I still do not have heat in DECEMBER they said the only people that could help me were the owners who are out of town and they didn't know when they would return. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE WORTHLESS AND YOUR TIME AND MONEY IS BETTER SPENT ELSEWHERE!

This company came out from a home warranty call. The gentleman was fine; however, the repair failed within 30 days and they had to come back. The gentleman said “If it breaks again, they (the home warranty company) will have to call someone else because I have already lost money having to come back.” Well, it has been a bit, and I am embarrassed to say I have not kept up cleaning the reusable filter. I went to clean it yesterday AND THERE IS NO FILTER!! This man removed and apparently kept my reusable filter! Beware!!!
