Updating my review ICS replaced my 16 year-old system quickly and saved me a service call when our system failed before the new unit was available.

ICS has helped me out twice this past summer and fall with issues with my AC and furnace. The company was extremely timely, efficient, and cost appropriate.

Jamie Schiermeyer and his team have been servicing our heating and A/C needs for several years. We look forward to the Spring and Fall checkups to make sure everything is okay. And when a problem occurs I can count on Jamie to be honest and prompt to make the repairs. Great company.

Jamie and Drew explained all of the options available to us for our HVAC and were very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. They were professional and courteous, and it was an excellent and timely install. Will recommend them to others and will call on Jamie again if need be. Also recommend the annual upkeep service. This is the second home in which I’ve used Innovative Comfort Solutions to replace the system. The services and work are wonderful. The team here is quick to assist and explains processes throughly. They provided me with multiple options prior to replacement and went over the pros and cons of each. During and after installment the team ensured I understood what was done and maintenance going forward . I trust the work completely. Highly recommend!

Jamie and Asher did an excellent job for us (replacing 2 systems). They were prompt, professional, and considerate (They took their shoes off and thoroughly cleaned up after all work).

Jamie (owner) also demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and expertise regarding HVAC systems. He offered valuable insight and recommendations to match our needs.

We are signed up for their continuing maintenance program and plan on using them for many years to come.

Company/ Jamie was great. They came out the same day and were able to find the problem and talk us through the options for the fix. They came and fixed it the next day. They walked us through all the repairs that were needed and were very transparent with price. They offer a one year warranty on service and parts. Overall we are very happy with the service we received and will recommend them to other.

Jamie and his crew did an excellent job swapping out my old heating and A/C systems with all brand new equipment! They are very knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. Communication was top notch throughout the process and they were very thorough in explaining the system and helping me get all of the warranties registered. 10/10 recommend.

I haven’t had heat since Saturday. I’ve had the same company for the past six years come and do my heating and air problems. They said they would be here this week. I talked to them again today (Wednesday)because I hadn’t got any word and he said they can’t make it out. I just happen to come across. Innovative comfort solutions number On Google. I called them. They worked with my schedule because I’m self-employed so I didn’t have to miss work. They actually had time to come out today and he fixed my heat. He was very informational and gave me pointers. His wife was absolutely amazing. She is the one who answers the phones. I was a complete mess Because life is just relentless I have been having to deal with my mother’s passing and all that comes with it and was just having a very hard day and Michelle was so kind and so patient and she listened to me and I just am so grateful. They took care of me and my problem. I even signed up for their maintenance agreement. I will continue to use and spread the word of innovative comfort solutions. I just can’t thank you guys enough.

These guys are superb! They got us an incredible system at a super competitive price. They took the time to educate us on how to save and become more efficient with our settings. They stand behind their work and the professionalism is second to none! I wish we would have went them the first time we needed HVAC help. They are definitely recommended. Jamie is an amazing guy, too!

Absolutely love this business. They installed a new hvac in 2023 and I could not be happier. I ask them to come out every year just to check on it and clean and Ryan and Bill are fantastic. A company with integrity!! Thank you!
