Sunbelt is the best heat and air service business in OKC - hands down. AC just went out this afternoon with the temp at 100. They were here in less than an hour and fixed in even less time. My unit is over 20 years old and not once did Bill (the owner) tell me I should just replace. The integrity and honesty of this company is unbelievable.

Update (a couple years later). Just can't say enough good things about this company. My unit is now over 25 years old and Ryan got me up and going - again. Explained well enough that even I could understand. I hope he and Bill know how much they are appreciated.

Great people to deal with! My a/c went out one August evening and I called first thing the next morning. Ryan came out that afternoon and fixed it very quickly. He is very knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing, while answering my many questions. I would definitely recommend!

Great service and excellent communication. I needed to replace my compressor motor and Bill was able to get it done and explain why the previous one had locked out and stopped working. There was another complication that come up the next day and Bill came out to fix it and did not charge any extra fees (unlike others in this area)

I highly recommend Sunbelt Heat & Air and will be using them for my future HVAC services

My tech was Justin and he fixed my AC quickly and explained what happened and caused but it. He took pictures and explained!! Very thorough

John Zajac came out today. Did a great job of diagnosing our furnace issue. John had great communication skills in explaining the issue to me, and had a part on van to repair without delay. Very happy with his professionalism .

Highly recommend them! After having two horrid experiences with two other companies I was concerned that All Comfort was going to be similar. Thankfully though, I was wonderfully impressed and actually enjoyed their service very much! Pat the owner is a delightful person and the people that work with him are genuinely wonderful as well. They all seem to enjoy what they do and have a great working relationship with each other. They were so incredibly quick to replace my unit I was flabbergasted. They did it the SAME day they came and assessed the problem, WOW! Their kindness, quality, and character are exceptional. They seem like a great company to use and work for. A lot of wholeness within those that work there. Even a father and son both work for the company, not something you see often anymore so it was something that showed me the health of the company that there's even generations within the service they provide. Great company, great people, great service.

American home shield sent out one company that did not correctly diagnose the issue with my heat and air system and AHS would not cover the issue. I asked for a second opinion and they sent out all comfort specialist they got the issue figured out and got my system up and running with nothing out of pocket! Both technicians they sent out did an awesome job and were extremely personable and highly professional!

Service Tech was personable, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable!! Educated me while he looked everything over and quickly analyzed the problem. He ended up fixing an issue that the previous service company- NOT All Comfort Soecialist- created when they services the A/C side of things this past summer. Highly recommend this company and the technician we were lucky enough to meet, Donald!!

From the initial phone call until completion everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to come out a day early because of a cancellation and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Dylan was was our technician and he was great! I will definitely call them again!

Donald came to repair our 1994 Heating Unit. It had completely quit. Fortunately, our fireplace and electric portable heater kept us warm during the night.

He called ahead to let us know he was enroute. The wife didn't ask for an ETA. He arrived very courteous and congenital. He has 20 plus years of experience and went right to work. He troubleshot the unit and determined the ignitor and temperature sensor was the problem. He changed the ignitor and cleaned the temp sensor. A nice blue flame was produced. He then checked for CO (carbon monoxide) in a floor vent and determined it was a zero reading. He cautioned about closing off vents as this affects the return air back to the heater cabinet and therefore affects the flame and can produce CO into our house. Lesson Learned - Do not close off any heating vents. They can be turned down but do not close them off.

Conclusion: This heating tech is a professional with decades of experience. He is a tribute to his company uniform. He is welcomed back to our home.

I had a fantastic experience with All Comfort Specialist Heating & Air. Travis, the technician, promptly came out on the same day and efficiently fixed the issue. Their quick response and effective solution exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of heating repairs.

Travis came to service the mother in law suite we are renovating. He is super knowledgeable, efficient and had great suggestions that we’ll apply moving forward. It was a pleasure working with him!

I would recommend these guys to any of my family or friends, they came out the same day I called and fixed my furnace with ease. I had an ongoing issue with it for over 2 years and had two other companies come out and tell me they couldn’t find the issue. John and another employee (forgot his name) were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

My home repair warranty assigned this company... had never seen ads for them before so I was skeptical. Not only did John make me feel comfortable and treat me and my house with respect, but he was also super knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I was informed every step of the way. Within half an hour of him showing up, he identified and fixed the problem with my igniter. Was worried I would have to stay somewhere for days until someone could get out since yesterday was Christmas but they got out first thing this morning and I can stay in my own home warm and cozy now. Thank you so so so so so very much!!

I could write a novel on what great service I received from ALL COMFORT SPECIALIST LLC. After having 4 other local companies not able to fix my gas furnace in December 2023. After almost of a month without heat and other companies giving me the cold shoulder, the superheroes at All comfort specialist swooped in to save the day!

This company did not give up unlike the 4 others that looked at my furnace (heat pump) and said sorry I can’t help you. All comfort heating and air never once took that route and ensured I would have heat again in 2024! I am grateful for this company every day (especially the cold ones).

Between the gentleman and lady I spoke to on the phone (who were always kind and responded quickly if I had an inquiry) from the first day I called until the last day of the repair, I was treated as I was important clearly explained and responded to any inquiry and when I hung up, I felt as I was truly a valued customer.

Back to the amazing technician Mr. Don and his direct report Mr. M (words cannot express how thankful I am for those 2). I truly believe if it was not for this companies determination to fix my furnace; I would be on company number 9 and still without heat. Upon arrived, I was notified when Mr. Don was close and he was always on time (if not a few minutes early) within the scheduled appointment window. He made sure to properly address himself and also explained in detail about my furnace and how it works in addition to clearly explain what would be needed to resolve the issue. Mr. Don was the Super Man we desperately needed.

Many thanks again to the superhero’s at All comfort in the okc area. If I could give 10 stars I would.
If you are questioning if you should call this company….do not hesitate. I sure wish they were my first call and I guarantee they will be the only company I will use in the future!!!

Service was scheduled quick. Technician (John) had to figure out a pretty complicated issue but he did it, and got my heat up and going. Really appreciate someone who takes the time to do the job correctly.

Had my furnace replaced by all comfort. Johnathon zajac came and helped me several times to keep the old one running until i could get financing in order and then got it replaced same day as financed. Got a good price and 0% financing for 18 months. Answered all my questions and installers did a great job.

Had them do some work through our home warranty company
Edited (6/11/24) for work found weeks later by a separate contractor. Steer clear of these folks. They attempted to hide damages they caused (using plumbers putty) which in turn cost another $900. Stay away from this company. Run in your home warranty wants to use them. Nothing good can happen.

Edit to update (June 13). The company refunded the cost of the lost refrigerant. This needed to be noted.

We have had all comfort out several times over the years for different heat and air issues. Company is great at communicating, quick to come and show when they say they will. Travis is usually the one on our job. He’s always been very courteous, friendly and does a great job explaining what’s going on.

John from All Comfort did an excellent job with my furnace tune up. It's working great, our power bills have lowered, and we no longer have any issues staying warm. He was friendly and willing to help us learn more about our unit so we can be more efficient.

Travis and Pat were ultra kind and solution oriented. I had All comfort specialist, heating and air come give me a second opinion from what my home warranty company told me would be an $800 job and it didn’t cost me a penny more than the service fee when they showed up. They gave great tips on maintenance as well. Saved the day for sure!
