After not having hot water for dayyys. These dudes came in clutch & helped us out with a new hot water heater. Made our weekend. Couldn't thank them enough. 😁

We needed our air conditioner charged badly, and after a nightmare of botched plumbing by Air Comfort Solutions, I called around. Once I called Vu, and he answered the phone, I knew this is who I wanted to try. Very courteous and professional. Arrived in about an hour (on a Sunday) and got our house cool that afternoon. Even inspected inside the house for potential leaks before the job was done. From now on, if it’s an HVAC issue, I’ll call Vu. So should you.

Vu is a fantastic contractor to work with. He has great products at great prices. My unit went out the evening before and he was at my house with his crew the next morning installing a new one. I’ve shared his contact with many of my friends who have had great experiences!

My air conditioner capacitor went out due to a power outage the other day. I was out of town and had to coordinate services with a family member since I couldn’t be there, and Vu kept me in the loop and let me know what was going on! He was punctual and got out within an hour of me calling and had the issue fixed. Will use him going forward!

Edit to add: Vu also does plumbing services and helped me with a plumbing issue without the expensive weekend rates!

Excellent with Above and Beyond Service! The first HVAC service company I called could not repair our unit because they did bring a ladder (unit is on the roof). Since it was Friday afternoon, they told me they couldn’t come back for another 2 days and that my unit would need 4-7lbs Freon at $150 a lbs. I called HVAC Services by Vu shortly after at 2pm Friday afternoon. He was at my place by 4:30pm. He keeps a ladder on his truck and immediately knew what was wrong and filled the unit with only 2lbs Freon. Our A/C was up and running before the long weekend. He was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend HVAC Services by Vu!

Vu and team installed our brand new unit last summer and we are very pleased with their services. They completed the service in 1 full day! Our previous builder left us with a complete mess, but anh Vu came to the rescue and helped with both the mechanical and plumbing work for our shop. He did an amazing job, and within just two weeks, everything was finished, and we were able to open our shop on time.

Wow!! Our AC went out on Thursday about 1pm when the heat was the hottest. We called HVAC by Vu, he came to check our unit within 2 hours. Diagnose the problem, recommended us to get a whole New Unit verses getting just a new compressor. We are so very happy that we got a Brand New Unit with less noise and so much cooler. Vu and his team replaced our unit the same day within only a few hours! And presto we had AC. Vu and his guys were awesome and delivered on their words. We highly recommend Vu! When you need some cooling in this miserable heat dome, HVAC by Vu is the way to go!! The price is very reasonable and very affordable. He even sent us a text to ask how the AC unit was doing after a couple days later. Now , that is what you call Excellent customer service!!!!

I had a small leak that turned into a big leak that drained the coolant out of my entire system. AC was completely out and temp was 99. Everyone I called said it would take at least 2 days and were charging inflated prices. I guess the high temps had them plenty of work and they knew people would pay it. I scrolled down the list of companies on Google and was fortunate to see HVAC by Vu. I called Vu at 1pm, he was at my house by 6pm, and had my system back up and running by 7. Vu had very reasonable prices and was willing to work out some creative solutions, which was a relief since we have been dealing with a very tight budget since my wife’s injury. Vu is truly a local hero. There is nothing like working with local small business owners and we are very grateful for Vu. His prices were not over inflated like the big companies, much quicker service, and he was a true professional. I will be calling him for any HVAC issues I have in the future. Thank you Vu!
