I highly recommend HVAC by Vu. He delivers exceptional customer service. He installed a brand new system in less than a day and I had no issues until today when my thermostat completely lost power. I called in and he was here within the hour and he solved my problem quickly and efficiently! A true standout! Thanks Vu!

Vu got the part we needed and fixed our furnace in less than a few hours from calling. I called multiple other HVAC places and none of them said they could get the part or that I would need to replace the entire furnace but Vu fixed it easily. The receptionist was also very helpful and nice and helped us get exactly what we needed as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Vu and will call him first next time I need something.

If I could leave 10 stars I would, Vu and his team went above and beyond on their AC replacement at my house. First of all they were clean and efficient removing my busted 4 ton unit and furnace, replacing with new all in under 3 hours. On top of that they went out of their way to help me with a couple of things I needed around the house while there. They’re true professionals, with great customer service and competitive pricing.

After another HVAC service provider attempted to correct our A/C issue unsuccessfully, HVAC Services By Vu came in and immediately identified the issue, ordered a replacement unit and came in to complete the swap-out of the old unit with the new. Very impressed with the work and would definitely use this HVAC service again!

Vu did a fantastic job today,They added a brand New Air Conditioning System and they added New Ducks and Vents.

Vu is a first-rate technician with many years of experience. He has saved me thousands in my home HVAC by replacing what was broken rather than the whole unit, as other companies had suggested.
Today, I called him at 6 AM on a Sunday August 20th 2023, the hottest day of Summer. My daughter’s house AC condenser fan motor had seized. Vu, personally took the call and the unit was fixed in a few hours. Many thanks to Vu and his knowledgeable crew.

HVAC Services by Vu did a great job! He came same day to help with my cooling system with this summer heat. Not only did he upgrade my system, but walked me through the new system to make sure everything runs smoothly. Vu even stayed to make sure the system was running before leaving to make sure everything works inside and out. Even said if anything was wrong he would come as soon as he could as I have a baby that doesn’t like the heat ❤️

When the weather outside is hot and the unit is 21 years old at the in law house. Time is precious to get them cool off asap, before having a heat stroke in the house. Unit replaced with 24 hours, now that’s service that was unexpected. The business resolve the issue faster then DYI research. Trust them 100% to care for your HVAC on the family necessity well being.

Fast and professional AC went out at 9:30P.M called them at 9:40 got here at 10 PM They were done and leaving at 10:45 p.m. I have a young kid and let them know and they assured me they would have It fixed and fast. They sure did. I now officially got an “AC man”

Mike was on time and installed the unit and billed me exactly the amount on the estimate he gave a few weeks before. He did a great job.

Called the guy at 10 AM for a job and he couldnt get there til about 11 PM. But he came out figured out the problem and got my AC up and running. He even talked to me on the phone when I had another issue and helped me figure it out so I would have cooling for the time being. Just great customer service. Good guy.

I can't say enough nice things about Martell Heating. My renter desperately needed A/C on a Sunday and Martell rode to the rescue. I was expecting to see a bill for $200 at least since it was a Sunday. It was HALF that!!
