Service call was excellent! James was professional, informative, and friendly throughout the process. They kept me updated during the time leading up to appointment and timely on the time they set. James stayed late (after 5:30 pm) on a Friday afternoon to get us an invoice and got us set to get work done on Monday. We were offered multiple options with varying values based on preferences. Very impressed by the whole process!

I have used Oklahoma Heat and Air for years. I had to have a.new freon line run on the exterior of my home & routed thru my closet. They brought fittings to cover the line. Things look nice. I am happy. Both Charles & Kris are honest & dependable. Great, reliable company.
