Scheduling is pretty inconsistent, but it still didn't take long for them come out for the initial appointment. They also gave an expensive initial quote, but were very accommodating with price matching. The install of the AC unit was quick and really well done. A little old school, but very dependable and dedicated to service

Very professional. Kind and fast. Came as soon as they could. I will call them again although I hope I never need them.
We have dogs too and they were kind and didn't mind them.
Affordable too. Won't break your bank account..

We had A/C problems. The fan was blowing but the compressor wasn't. Called a company recommended by a FOAF and he said it would be next week, before he could get out. We called Smith Brother's at 1:00 and they said they would have someone out between 3 and 5. They came out, were able to trouble shoot the problem fix the problem and ensure that we knew what to do if the same thing occurred again. Nate and his apprentice were very professional. When we find a company we trust we become very loyal customers and will highly recommend to family and friends. Thanks to Walt and his team.

I called Smith Brothers yesterday morning, September 17th, at 905am to get some work done on my A/C unit. The gentleman that answered told me there were 4-5 jobs ahead of me and to expect a repairman to arrive in 1-2hrs and took my contact info. At 1pm, I called again to inquire about the delay and attain an updated arrival estimate. No one answered the phone, returned my message, or came to provide service. I HIGHLY recommend finding another service company that is attentive to your needs.

Amazing fast service! Very honest, good pricing. Would recommend to anyone having heat and air issues. While other companies were trying to get us to replace the whole motor we called smith heat and air for and 3 rd opinion. They came out quick! And come to find out it was just the condensor! Not the whole motor saved us lots of money! Not to mention very friendly service! Great company!!!

Awesome customer service, turnaround time less then 2 hours from the time I called in and they had me fixed and were out the door. Very honest and dependable, he showed me and explained to me the problem and once I understood and agreed he replaced the part. We will definitely be using them for our future needs.

This company's technicians are professional and spot on. They figured out the problem with our unit properly and in timely manner. They also didn't try to rip us off like so many other HVAC companies! They were polite, honest, good at what they do, and offered us pretty competitive price and warranty from a decent brand. I have listened to Smith Brothers commercials on the Bott Radio Network for years now! This week my HVAC Unit went out, and Smith Brothers came to my rescue! Duane made the impossible quite possible, and I can rest in my cool living room thanks to him and his team. Thank You Jesus! From now on, it’s Smith Brothers for me!

Highly disappointed with the latest service call that we received. Our blower motor to our unit had stopped working. We were given a quote of $2400-$2600 repair cost. Was also advised that we would receive an email citing the specifics of our issues with our current unit. The email was never received.
Luckily, my husband who is also mechanically inclined, was able to source a new blower motor from lock supply for $170 and replaced the blower motor that is currently working.
Therefore, leaving a total of 2230-2430 for labor costs alone. Utterly ridiculous.
In the past, I have used this company twice before and had them replace our compressor and another for a minor maintenance issue.
Sadly though this is the last time I utilize this company. Shop around and do your homework before paying outrageous labor costs.
Like I previously stated, I would’ve loved to see the email that was promised on the other various things that were wrong with my unit however, like I said it is working now and I still think it’s very unfathomable that a part and labor would still be additional $2000 over $170 part irregardless of my 13-year-old unit. Can we say price gouging at its finest.
And for future customers, please note this response of how they addressed this review, one calling out my free estimate with outrageous, labor cost, by the way, we did look at the OEM cost for the part that was actually less at $115, however, they happen to be out of that part And we elected to go ahead and purchase the $170 one. So your explanation is meaningless. I find it ironic in your explanation that there was other things ““ that were wrong with my unit yet it’s completely working fine now. Future customers just beware!!!

The A/C went out in one of our rentals, my regular heating and air man
was out of town. I knew of Smith Brothers. So I gave them a call.
They responded quickly and got the problem fixed, correct the first time.
We have several rent houses, and have since sent them all of our heat and air repair and replacement work. They are reliable, friendly and have competitive prices.
We highly recommend them.

I read all the reviews and knew that I would be calling Smith Brothers. The reviews were not wrong. They came out quickly to give an estimate. Then I called and scheduled moving the central heat and air unit to a new location. They were out on the date scheduled. They finished, cleaned up and completed the move in one day. Great company. They are now my central heat and air go to company.

I've used Smith Brothers for all my A/C & Heating needs for over 10 years. They are honest and fair folks and do fantastic work. I haven't dealt with a single employee from Duane on down who didn't go out of their way to take care of me and my family. I know you'll never find a better heat & air company in all of Oklahoma.

Great communication, installation, and service. I purchased a new furnace last winter with the plan of also purchasing a new a/c this past spring. ( I wanted to pay cash for the entire service, but needed to split up the installation, which they were more than happy to do. The entire Smith Brothers team was professional and explained everything in detail. I even had them add a vent in the bathroom, which was cut in so well that it looked like it had always been a part of the house. I had many questions from doing research online and speaking with a previous customer of theirs and the team was honest with their answers and didn't try to sell me items I didn't need or want. I would highly recommend this company. They definitely have a life-long customer here.

Smith Brothers Heat and Air company installed a new air conditioner and a gas furnace for our home. Smith family members (Duane, Nate, Dalton and Chase) gave us timely and excellent service. They were a pleasant group to work with. We chose the American Standard brand. So far, so good. 5/3/2018

My regular Heat/Air guy that I used for over 15yrs passed away and I needed to find a new company to take care of me that I could depend on for years to come. I believe I have found that in Smith Brothers. I knew it was past time to replace my Heating Unit and Hot Water Heater I explained that to Duane and he came out that same day and checked everything out and explained what I needed and told me what it would cost me. It was much better than other companies I checked with. They came on the day that I needed it done and changed out my Heating & Air Units and Hot water Heater all in about half a day. They were great and I am so pleased with the work and the price. I have found my new Heat/Air company and have already referred them to others. Very Impressed!

Levi and Nicolas replaced the 5 ton compressor for my condenser that had prematurely failed, and corrected the problems by another company that had resulted in the failure. I had a number of questions for them since I was concerned that it might fail again. They explained that the failed unit had probably been charged incorrectly which damaged the compressor. When they recharged the system they were able to get the subcooling temperature to within 0.8 degrees of the specified temperature, and the allowable differential is up to 3 degrees. I highly recommend Smith Brothers Heat and Air.

Wow! Called today because our AC wasn’t working. Less than 3 hours later the AC is fixed and the house is cooling. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonable. This was my first time using Smith Brothers Heat and Air but I will certainly call again when I need service.

We have several units at the Henry and Anna Overholser Mansion and we've always trusted Smith Brothers to do excellent work. They came out in a timely matter and made sure all units were working. The team is friendly, helpful, and get the job done quickly!

Smith Brothers Heat and Air, response time 0 minutes visit less than an hour. Very respectable. Courteous. Saw my problem, came out twice to give me the best advice on an obsolete unit and helped with financing that worked for us both. They not only did an excellant job and cleaned up after buy offered to clean up more than what was there mess. They deserve a ten star rating or higher. Recommend to use every time.
