Absolutely could not be more pleased by what this company did to fix my AC issue! Another HVAC company cancelled on me late in the day. I called Air Factory at 5:25pm and told them my situation and they said they would come to my house to fix my issue THAT DAY! They ended up coming to my house at around 9:20pm. The technician, Daniel, explained what was happening, how he was going to fix the issue, and most importantly did it all with the kindness and grace I would not have expected from a person working a long day late into the evening. The cost for all this was very reasonable! My 84 year old Mother-In-Law is handicapped and would have had to sleep another night in a hot bedroom with only a fan if not for this company. She, my family, and I are very grateful to Daniel and Air Factory!

Awesome service at a very reasonable price. Cannot recommend enough. Knowledgeable, fast, and committed. Daniel arrived on time and within half an hour, he had the house cooling down. Friendly, experienced, and fair pricing. What more could you ask for?

Bill Allen came out to help my mom with her furnace on a Sunday. Very kind, informative & due to her home warrantee will be back to finish the repairs when they have approved. Company is very reliable and Knowledgable. Would definitely recommend him for all your heating & air repairs.

Came in 10 inches of snow and fixed me right up for a fair price.

Billy came within the hour I called. My filter was so dirty because I didn’t know where it was and he didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all! He explained how to take care of our system and is really friendly! I felt comfortable having in our home and will be using him for all future mishaps.

Had issues with a brand new mini split within months of install. Bill's technician came out and located it was leaking freon. Apparently, the flanges weren't tightened down properly. He fixed it, at least for a little while. The mini split began having issues again 6 months later. I called Bill to have him take a look at it again and he said that it would likely keep happening because mini splits are sensitive. Instead of coming back out, he recommended I purchase a portable unit instead, so that it wouldn't keep happening. Though I was a bit frustrated and disappointed that he didn't feel he could correct the problem, I was appreciative that he gave me a partial refund back, so that it could be applied to a new portable unit. It was a fair compromise so I did appreciate his willingness to do that.

Bill was amazing to work with. I was out of town when my heat went out, and he was so flexible and made it just a few hours after my call and installed a new thermostat. He ran a new wire needed by the new thermostat really quickly too! I’ll definitely be calling the next time I need HVAC help.

Bill and Matt came out late and helped educate us on our furnace. Cleaned it up and gave great suggestions and amazing customer service. These guys were amazing and should be the first ones you call if you are having problems or just need a tune-up. Thank you for your hard work!

Bill and Daniel are amazing. I talked to them this morning (Thursday)and they came this evening. They explained fixing the things I needed done so I could understand. I know nothing about electrical stuff so I appreciated that. Extremely fair pricing. I expected it to be much more so I am quite relieved. AND they are coming to do the work on Saturday at no extra charge. That’s what I call great and outstanding work ethic. Don’t see that much anymore! Thanks guys!
