Yes, Colton was great. Fixed my plumbing problem and put in my new Water Heater with no problems and very little noise. It was hard to believe how good this work was. Thank you so much.
Also John Butcher and Joshua McCully did all the HVAC removal of old equipment and installation of new. Both men did their jobs with no problems. Both were very good at their work and courteous. 5 stars for both John and Joshua.

Chris from Comfort Wave was great to work with! He replaced our water valves and installed our dishwasher quickly and professionally. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He was very fiendly, and reliable. We’d definitely call Chris again and highly recommend him.

The electric work is fantastic and worth every penny. The rest is incredibly overpriced and I hate it. If I didn’t have to pay for labor I would have them that it all back. Everyone on the crew was very nice and respectful. The work was completed very quickly. I just don’t care for the system that we purchased, the amount or placement of vents, or the fact that I still have to use space heaters in addition to the new system. For the price I am paying it should be to my liking and efficient but it is neither.

Chris Horn was great! HVAC issue was resolved in one trip. He explained everything to me and then educated me on next steps.

We had our first service call from Comfort Waves Home Services in OKC. While I usually like to go local, the price was too good to pass up. We saved over $300! Stan, who was our service technician, was awesome. He was affable, knowledgeable, and explained everything so that we understood without feeling we were being talked down to. A very good quality in a CSR for a company.
In addition, when the appointment was set up, our technician was on the way, and when I asked Stan to see if we could get a sales representative to talk to us, Nicole was the company representative with whom I sole on each of the occasions. She too was warm and friendly, putting me at ease. She was never pushy, always ensuring that my needs were meet in the appointment process.
A great team, a great company, with great prices. I would happily recommend Comfort Wave Home Services for all of your HVAC needs!

Christopher did a fantastic job on our unit. He found out it needed cleaning since it had not been cleaned in 10 years. During the cleaning, he noticed the insulation had come loose and was blocking the blower on one side. He was able to repair it for us insuring the unit works more efficiently. Christopher has been to our house three times and has always been professional and courteous. He definitely knows his stuff where heating and cooling is concerned. I would recommend him to anyone. Nicole has always been able to get our appointments with Comfort Wave in a very timely manner. She is courteous and ensures your concerns are addressed before hanging up. She is an wonderful asset to Comfort Wave.

He went through everything with complete expertise explaining the system and what needed fixing, a small important part, with transparency while answering all my questions about it. John Paine and Colton Lavielle did such a good job for us. They had to repair our sewer line. Very friendly and explained everything to us every step of the way. We would highly recommend!

Update: Daniel the Plumber is amazing, him and his colleague Colton did an outstanding job on our home. They are Professional and explain everything little questions we have. They have so much experience and are willing to educate the homeowner. They made this week seem effortless and we would have them come back to do work in our home anytime. Highly recommend giving them a call and ask for Daniel.
They work clean and go above and beyond to take care of your home like it is their own!

Isaiah completed my HVAC inspection and was very thorough and friendly. He took the time to discuss all aspects of my heating unit and its performance. He showed me images of the unit and discussed best practices to make sure everything continues to work well. I can’t say enough good things about ComfortWave and it’s due to people like Isaiah. Excellent service. Great job!

To review on my service call this morning.

I had an 8-10 window for my service call and the service technician, Parker, called me in advance to confim the appointment and make sure the time frame was still good for my schedule.

Parker is incredibly professionally communicative, was incredibly professional and friendly while on the service call, was and is incredibly knowledgeable and informative of and about my HVAC system in my home.

I would recommend Comfort Wave and Parker to anyone that reads this that needs HVAC tune ups or work done on their own home systems.

From our brief time (only due to his experience and expertise to do the job correctly and efficiently) and interactions, i can guarantee that no matter what amount they're paying Parker, he is worth more.

I can confirm here, Comfort Wave as a company hires good, hard working, and incredibly professional employees.

It is due to that, that i will continue to do business in the future with Comfort Wave.

Our system went down Saturday morning following Christmas. Fortunately, the weather has been mild. Contacted Comfort Wave for repairs. The dispatcher was very responsive and kind. The repair man, Chris, was on location quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable. Had us up and running in no time. Will definitely use them again.

Comfort Wave came to my residence the technician was very polite and explained to me what she was going to do. She was an an electrician and was very forth right and polite. Very professional and courteous HVAC technician and company. I have enjoyed working with them. Josh and John did a great job installing it today!!! Sebastian is great too! He cleaned out my dryer vents! I also scheduled a plumbing inspection and electrical inspection soon. I’m now a member. Quinton the plumber did a great plumbing inspection. Joshua did an excellent job with the electrical work! He replaced a switch that was out and changed a light bulb! Excellent work by all! Still very happy with the professionalism and work quality! 10/01/2025 Q came back and worked on my water heater, and did a great job servicing everything!
