Betsy, the scheduler, was very nice to an old man and she answered all my questions (sometimes two and three times) so I felt very comfortable with Comfort Wave.

Tanner is very professional and hardworking. He is definitely a 5 STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.He fixed a joint that broke off( no extra charge) and repaired a couple of other things that I wasn’t expecting ( no additional charges or maybe it was included but I still wasn’t expecting it). He took good care of me.

Nichole was very helpful and friendly. Made scheduling my appointment easy. Braxton was very friendly and thorough. Explained everything he was inspecting and why. Would not hesitate to call them for service in the future.

John Payne did a great job fixing a leak in our bathroom. He arrived early and had it fixed in 30minutes or less. He even took his shoes off at the door so he wouldn’t track in dirt and snow. The price was very affordable as well. I will be using them again in the future.

We were freezing. Our heat hadn't worked for 24 hours. During the night, it had gotten down to 58 degrees in the house. It felt colder than that. I called Comfort Wave the next morning and they were able to get a technician out to our house within about 3 hours. Sebastion called and said he was on the way. He was prompt, thorough and efficient in trouble shooting our system. He was extremely knowledgable and found the issue and corrected it. We are very pleased with our service from Comfort Wave. We are warmer now!

All of my dealings with this company so far have been great! I made the call for a plumbing inspection at 0915 due to a concern for a leak. The lady on the scheduling side got me in for a same day appt. Naturally my suspected leak was discovered on the same day I was leaving town. She made a call to see if they could put my visit at the beginning of my window to help accommodate. They showed up at noon on the dot. Technician Chris Cutter was great! He walked through my whole house with me, answers my zillions of questions, told my kids to listen to their mom (which worked btw), gave me next steps, and made it smooth easy and super quick for us. All of this for a very fair price. High recommend!

Absolutely will use comfort wave home service again, Becca was able to work our personal schedule and Nicole followed up to make sure our service was the best. Stanley was our technician and he was absolutely professional and answered any questions we had, he was honest with us about our furnace and didn’t try to sell something that wasn’t necessary like most companies do! This company I will recommend to other family and friends.

Stanley was 10/10, 100% recommend! He was very kind, professional, and definitely prompt! Knows his job very well and answered all my questions & helped made our home safer!

Rodney, Colton, and Omar were amazing today. The install went well; each of them going above and beyond the normal call of duty to handle everything. From a flaky, rusting gas pipe to multiple trips in and out of the attic, they handled it all in a very professional manner! I’m loving the new generator, and actually looking forward to our next power outage. Well done, gentlemen. Well done indeed!

Christopher Cutting made a very stressful Christmas Eve disaster much more manageable. Not only by being able to explain and show me everything that went wrong with the water heater, but by also remaining very light hearted, kind and personable. He helped me get set up with a company to help dry out the ceiling that was falling in and came back a week later to install the new water heater and made sure everything was properly replaced and functioning while keeping the same upbeat attitude. It’s never fun when these types of expenses come up, especially on Christmas. But I was grateful that he was the one that came out. Thank you!

Low rating due to outrageous mark-up of $9.73 angle valve to $150.00 ( a 1441% mark-up)!!! That doesn't include the service charge. The young plumber did a quick, literal 5-minute job, and did it well. I feel as though I was severely taking advantage of with the pricing.

In response to Comfort Wave's review. I was charged a separate service fee, this was in addition to the massive mark-up of the product.

I never did receive a follow-up call, email, or text from you, as you stated in your reply.

Had an appointment moved up to an early time, which was very helpful. Christopher Cutting came out to resolve my draining issues and was very professional, amenable, and exhausted everything he could to finally resolve the issue. Hopefully, I won't have to call a plumber about it again, but if I do I'll reach out to Comfort Wave first! Fair prices with great communication and service.

Our service technician, Sebastian, is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He provided excellent descriptions and photos of our HVAC system and the maintenance he applied. We also appreciated the communications from Nicole in the office. She kept us up to date on Sebastian’s arrival and gave us a helpful call afterwards. We are very pleased!

I had a fantastic experience with Colton Lavielle. From start to finish he was prompt, communicative, and incredibly professional. He walked me through what was wrong with my shower, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Super friendly and easy to work with. Definitely a 5-star experience.

They came out for back-to-back house calls and got everything checked out smoothly. Super friendly, professional, and they even gave me some great tips on how to keep my appliances running better. Really appreciate their teamwork and honest advice, I highly recommend these guys!

I am very impressed with the service work conducted by JR! He was very professional and knowledgeable for every question asked and explained everything with detail! He worked with with relentless excellence and his genuine happiness made interactions extremely pleasant! I would request him for all my electrical work!!!

Jenell and Rodney were awesome. There was a bit of a hiccup when I scheduled (order of work) but they kept me informed, explained the reasoning, and made sure to come back when the time was right. They installed what we needed (2 bathroom exhaust fans that were much larger than the ones being replaced) despite the house giving them a bit of trouble. I would highly recommend these two.

Becca answered all my questions, detailed and enrolled me in membership program, and set up appointments for seasonal and annual services - all with patience and a great attitude! Looking forward to equal service performance.
Follow up review after services performed 12/23/2025 - excellent plumbing inspection and fixture repair completed by Colton, who was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful explaining inspection, results, and options to repair or replace kitchen drinking water filtration system currently disconnected.
HVAC inspection and service was performed by Isaiah, who also was professional and proficient, completed his work promptly, and provided a thorough report.
I am completely satisfied with service received and recommend Colton and Isaiah and will refer anyone to Comfort Wave Home Services. Thanks!

Quick diagnosis and repair of Goodman HVAC.
No heat for 2 days during the coldest days of year. While I hope to not have need or see comfort wave for quite some time. The technician's have consistently proven as professional and are willing to converse about the issue in laymen's terms. Your HR deserves a thumbs 👍. You hire good people
