This week we had our dryer duct vent and heating vents cleaned. Despite having 22 heating vents plus the dryer vent, the job went very smoothly and the work crew was excellent, efficient and well organised. The work crew called in advance to let us know they were on the way and were very prompt. They took pictures before the vents were cleaned to show us the before and after status. The dryer vent was very clogged and could have started a fire with continued use.

The Duct Squad guys showed up right on time and were kind, courteous, and professional. They even took a moment to let me know about a repair that was needed in my duct. I also appreciated the concern they showed for my dogs trying to escape. I will use them again and refer them to others.

Outstanding customer service. Tanner came out and clean our Dry Ventilation pipe and discover that our roofer had shingle over our roof vent hole, which caused issues with our dryer working properly. I will have them back in about 30 months to clean out my dryer ventilation pipe to keep everything safe from the lint build-up.

From calling in and setting the appointment to Brian the tech coming and performing all the work, it was a great experience. Everyone is extremely professional and respectful. Brian was very knowledgeable, considerate, respect full and made sure that all doors were shut and never left open. Brian answered all the questions I had and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this company for duct cleaning. I have learned they do other things as well such as insulation. Definitely check this company out and all their services. Lior came to our home today to clean the dryer vent. He was very professional and thorough. The video capability is a worthwhile tool. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Duct Squad services even though I misunderstood the final cost at the time I scheduled the service. It was well worth the money and the vent looks like new. I will be sure to call them in a couple of years to clean the vent again.

They went to the roof to troubleshoot and eventually unblock them, and they booked a free follow-up visit for the following day. Duct Squad did a wonderful job repairing our collapsed air ducts. Initially they spent a good deal of time with their cameras and other equipment locating exactly where the problem was. Our job was rather extensive but they explained each step and told us exactly what was going to happen. They carefully cleaned up each day after working here. They warranty their job and followed up to be sure we were satisfied. Overall we are very pleased with the work Duct Squad did for us and highly recommend them. Lior, Avi, and Christy deserve special recognition because of their skill and friendly manner.

Duct squads are excellent. They accommodated to my wants and still improved what I thought I wanted. They are very hard workers and didn’t have to worry about picking up after them. Listen to me. Call Duct Squad before doing anything drastic like flipping your vents. They worked a miracle at my house even when they ran into unexpected, BIG, problems. Lior and his team were always on time. They worked so hard they were always sweating, even though the windows were open and the weather was cool. They were all friendly and respectful. I felt completely at ease. Their pricing is extremely fair. Trust me on this. Go with these experienced pros. You never know what you'll run into.

Called this morning for duct and dryer vent cleaning. Shylan and Dray came out at 1:15 today. They checked my premises and gave me a fair price with good discounts.
