I paid $1100 for mold testing in our office building on a Friday. They told me results would be back on Tuesday of the next week. I heard nothing from them and called mulitple times on Tuesday as we were having an emergency situation with allergens in our building. The phones just rang and rang with no voice mail or anything to follow up with. We ended up charging back the services because we believed we got scammed. On Thursday, after we had a new company resolve the issue, they called to give us our results. I informed them of the charge back and told them it was too late to respond now that we had to go elsewhere to get the emergency situation handled. THis was a weird situation and poorly handled with a client who just paid $1100 for testing with a specific due date.

Not happy at all! I told the company that my chiminey was not that dirty but smoke comes into the house. He assured me that the 21 point inspection they do will solve the issue and fix my chimney if needed. Next day I take off work to meet them at my home and two guys show up to clean my chimney. I told one of them that it smokes after you build a fire and it get hot. He assured me that the smoke would not come into the house and everything looked fine. I asked what happens after he leaves and the fire gets hot. I just paid $135 for nothing if it smokes into my home again. I also asked about the 21 point inspection... He replied that does not pertain to my fireplace. Probably only a couple of point inspections do. (They were here and gone under 20 minutes.) So I built a fire before he left and it seemed fine like usual, but it wasn't 5 minutes after he left smoke has filled my entire home. When I call the number to Expert Services it goes to some girls cell phone who doesn't work for Expert and asked me to stop calling. They do not have a webpage or any secondary contact. I will be placing a stop payment on my check and reporting them to the BBB if this matter is not resolved.

I called to have my chimney cleaned. They scheduled me within the week and worked with my schedule. Kenny the technician came out and was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Answered every question and addressed all my concerns. Will be sure to go through them again next year. Also will be using their services for air duct and dryer cleaning. Would recommend them to anyone I know.

Didn’t clean my chimney very well, but did do an inspection . So basically that cost me $225.00 for all that. He spent more time writing out a bill ticket than cleaning. You know I thought I would just give one these chimney cleaning companies a chance, but it is just a sale pitch, and wrote me out a repair ticket with $3800.00 . Next time I think I’m just going to YouTube it and do it myself.

Extremely disappointed in this company.
A well versed sales person handled the job over the telephone.
Two very unkempt men, no uniforms, or company information advertised on their old beaten van.
They had bent tools to clean the chimney with very little bristles left on the pole. One man pulled a large filthy dry vac machine through our home.
We were told in addition to the $135 cleaning charge we would be required to pay $600 for creosote removal.
We specifically stated there was an odor in our home and we weren’t aware of the previous owners having had the chimney cleaned. He never mentioned the possibility of an additional charge for creosote removal.
He’s not willing to refund our money. Hopefully you will have read this prior to hiring this unprofessionalduo.

Wish I could say something good. But can't! I called over a week ago & left a voicemail requesting a chimney cleaning quote! Haven't heard anything from them!!!!

Ii live at Spencer ok which is only 5 miles from OKC. They wouldn't service my area, yet they boast of servicing a large area all the way to Dallas and fort Worth. Guess they didn't want my business.

Andrew came in the front half of the 2 hour window and explained everything clearly. The chimney inspection and dryer duct cleaning was done quickly and efficiently.

Chris was awesome, very knowledgeable, clean and friendly. He was understanding and kind to my twins who thought watching him was the coolest thing ever. I would highly recommend this company and their services.

Estimator was rude and hung up on me. I Was very specific on what I needed on the phone. He was pushy on additional work. Ignoring my requests Office promised me a quote and then they sent me an email saying I would not get a quote. Very disappointing

This company is a scam. They will do everything in their power to up sell.

Want a chimney sweep? You will end up paying $150 for inspection and not get a sweep but instead will get a quote for a $1000 in further work for what $25 of mortar sealant at home depot would cost you.

Concerning their response: I think they are full of it and might be thinking of another dissatisfied costumer. Everything other than the first 2 items they said was optional and an attempted upsell.

With $25 of high temp refractor cement from home deport I was able to tuck point the minor cracks at the rear of the firebox and pack at gap between the lintel and the hearth myself in under 1 hour. Their estimate was for the following:

Tuck Point - Inside Firewall, Repair cracks in mortar and brick: $250.00
Lintel Packing - Seal the space in between the hearth/mantle and fireplace: $150.00
Custom Chimney Cap #1: $400.00
Custom Chimney Cap #2: $650.00
Waterproofing: $200.00
FlashSeal Elastomeric Flashing Sealant: $300.00

We had a wonderful experience with this company!! They came over, assessed the damage, and did a beautiful job on our custom chimney cap ... ours is the only one in our neighborhood like it!! We'll be calling them before this winter for a cleaning and maybe some new doors...
