Thomas Child’s and Mario were polite and respectful Thomas explained what he was doing and why. He advised me about keeping my pet inside until the area that the cleaning solution that was used to remove dirt particles from AC had dried. I would call him again if I need AC service.

Timothy from Silvernail and his apprentice did a fantastic job. I had a pipe leaking underground do to freezing and previous non-code compliant shenanigans. They were able to drain the water, find the correct area to unearth, and identify the exact section of pipe that was the problem. They started working on a fix and had to adapt their plan several times after encountering poor fixtures, inadequate adapters, old decrepit piping, and they were still able to get the pipes sealed and flowing again. They were fantastic communicating problems and maintained their professionalism the whole time despite the plumbing's best efforts to wear them down.

Timothy came out and turned my sprinkler system back on for the warm weather. He explained to me what he was doing, showed me exactly where he was turning on everything. Our AC system kept going off and not working but system was stuck in off position. Two AC COs could not fix. Finally, One well known Co said needs new motherboard for $3100 but would repeat problem so just go ahead and get a new system which would be at least $14,000.00. We waited. I called SILVERNAIL Heating and Air/Conditioning. Responded same day. Their Tech - Thomas, came out and found that our compressor sensor wire had been eaten through by a mouse. He serviced the compressor unit by washing it thoroughly cleaning it and put the new sensor in it. Gave me my military discount. Was a cheap fix. Not what the other crooked companies told me so they could make thousands. The owner called before during an after the service which was unprecedented. Honesty above Lying. Use them. Best Ever. Professional and very good at what they do. Showed up on time worked very hard in horrible heat and humidity, to clean out my AC unit outside. CHECKED MY VENTS, REPLACED THE FILTERS AND THE OWNER EVEN CAME OVER TO PUT IN NEW FILTERS BECAUSE THE TEAM HAD TO GET ONTO ANOTHER JOB. Can’t imagine using anyone else now.
