Extremely helpful guys. They came on a service call with my home-warranty, and were very helpful with the process. Even after submitting their work for review, I was able to follow up with them on some paperwork necessities with the manufacturer warranty I was working through. They are quick to respond and happy to help even long after their service call. Much appreciated!

Came quickly when my central AC wasn’t cooling. Then had to call again when the heat went out. He also showed me how to reprogram my smart thermostat. I will call again if I need service on my unit.

My furnace was being a problem child. I was having problems with it since January. Thankfully, George and Cameron were able to solve my problem! They did not give up on me when the same issue kept happening and they were very communicative throughout the entire repair process. I will be using them for my annual maintenance and tune ups. They will also be my first call for anything related to my HVAC systems and plumbing in the house from now on! Thank you guys!

My mom used them they came as soon as we called temperature was below freezing and our heater was out and we was told that we needed a new one once they showed up they had it fix so fast we didn't realize they was loaded up said the unit was fine said something a out a vacuum switched had something in it. We are so great full that they fixed it and saved my mom alot of money definitely use them again

The technician Erfan arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything up and running in no time! Highly recommend them!

These guys are very professional and honest. But more importantly, they're very smart. They found the problem with my AC condenser and repaired it for a fraction of what 2 other companies had quoted me to change it out. The unit is 5 years old and didn't need to be changed. Thanks Trademasters.

No-show after re-scheduling the job twice. Shaun stopped answering calls, and hasn't returned texts for over a week and a half. Had to go find another HVAC contractor to do the job that should have been done 2 weeks ago. Completely unprofessional.

Absolutely night and day comfort in my home. It was freezing after last contractor didn't install correctly.
The last contractor said my heating unit couldn't go in the attic. He also said a vent couldnt go in my laundry room.
My home has been cold and miserable.
Then I got referred to Shaun and my unit could go in the attic, a vent was installed in my laundry room and its quiet, comfortable and warm in each room.
Shaun said the heater was not in code but Shaun got it up to code.
I am so grateful to have found such a knowledgable heat and air friend.

I hired Shaun to come out and tune up my AC systems which were recently installed by another company. I felt the other company cut corners to knock out the job fast to get to the next service call. Shaun showed up on time and did a thorough job with making sure the refrigerant levels were dialed in exactly per manufacturer specifications. One unit was 14 ounces undercharged and the other was 3 ounces overcharged. Overall a good experience, price was below expected for the work performed.

Shaun is knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. His prices are fair and his work is impeccable. He has helped diagnose several HVAC systems for me, installed several A/C units and is always the guy I go to when I have questions. I would 100% recommend Rileys Heating and Cooling.
