Excellent service in installing new A/C unit and getting air conditioning back in the house in three days. Will recommend this company to anyone with A/C problems

We needed an earlier appointment and they accommodated us easily. They arrived and fixed our A/C quickly. They were professional. I would recommend them.

I am giving them a 1 star because they scheduled with my mom a week ago and did not show, did not call and didn't answer when she called them. Now she has to schedule with someone else and wait another week in this heat. Things happen but this is unprofessional. They should have called.

Great service! Thorough and accurate diagnosis of the problem with appreciation of the financial realities for the customer. Honest with clear focus on fixing the problem and not attempting to “up sell” services. Patient and respectful in explaining problem and solution.I would definitely use again with no reservation.

My A/C blower motor blow up late Friday evening I called and Henry and him team came out and told me I needed a new one , he called first thing Monday morning with how much it will cost me which was 60% less then what the other big company told me it would be. I will use them again if ever have a problem with my AC

DO NOT TRUST. This company was assigned to my home warranty claim and they came out, stole parts from my unit and then would not return my calls. Do not use them!! You will be putting your home at risk. I've tried to file a report with the Better Business Bureau but could not find or list them!

Our home warranty connected us with Best Choice. They said we needed a new HVAC system and installed it in October. They ordered a wrong part, and the heat was not working. They kept promising to return and I requested they return before the Polar Vortex hit Oklahoma. It is now December 28th and I still have no heat and no response to any texts I have sent.

This business arrived to our house 2 hours late. Advised that there was issues with my unit and that "they" don't have time to deal with. Wrote that the issue with my unit was it was dirty, and left. Tried calling about it still not working came back with a bad attitude and didn't fix anything. If you want it fixed stay away from them. Paid reviews.08/08/2022

I was assigned this company through my warranty company, and after reading the reviews, I was worried to say the least. It did take some work to get ahold of him, but I do believe he's been busy with the first hot week of the season. I spoke with him in the am and he was able to come out that afternoon. He diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor and had that replaced within an hour of arriving. My home is already three degrees cooler and it's not even an hour later. Thank you so much Henry! Very nice and professional here. And no, I'm not a paid review lol, just a mom who was miserably hot and finally cooling off. 😋

Our home warranty connected us with Best Choice. They were late, seemed like they didn't know about the appt? But when I called, they came. I'm giving 5 stars because they fixed the problem on the visit. It would be pretty easy to say more is wrong and make more money, but it was a simple fix and they fixed it. Very happy with that.

Won't use again. They replaced new condenser in fall 2023. Didn't put enough freon in it, didn't work. 2023=no A/C all summer! 2024=unit not working! No A/C! both summers 100 degrees. Discovered evaporator coil leaking (which should have been replaced or corrected in 2023) Re-think this company unless they've drastically improved in the last year.

Henry and Jimmy are very professional and did an excellent job replacing our air conditioning unit. They kept us updated while waiting for the new unit to be delivered and installed it quickly once received. I would absolutely recommend them.

I have dealt with lot companies, But this by far is best company I had used in a while!! Good Customer service , very friendly owner and employees! I would used 7 days a week twice on Sunday!

I’ve worked with Henry and co a few times. They really do great work. A lot of times when you bring in the big companies you see on commercials they try to push a replacement system on you when it may not be necessary…not to mention the overcharging for routine work. I’ve had the privilege of having Best Choice do repairs on my system and eventually a full replacement and I can say they did a great job on both. I recommend them to anyone having HVAC issues.

I put in an order with Home Warranty of America and Mr. Henry from Best-Choice Mechanical reached out to me in a timely manner. He came, diagnose the problem and order the part right away, within two day he got the part and came to fix it. This company works with home warranty companies. They came out yesterday and troubleshot my heating unit. The technician they sent NEVER turned on the unit. My power bill can verify that zero power was being drawn the entire time he was here. He even turned the CBs off and never turned them back on. He ASKED ME if the blower was working and I said yes and he never attempted. He was on the phone the whole time. I asked “are you not getting voltage past the heating unit or something, how did you narrow it down to that..?” He said “oh no, I’m just waiting on Henry to tell me what to do. He’s probably going to recommend to replace the whole unit”. I asked “even though it’s just that part?” And he kept telling me Henry would tell him what to do. Then he made this overly huge deal about me giving him the $85 for the service call, which I already knew about. When I gave it to him he said into his phone in a way that was like a child being given $1M “SHE JUST HANDED ME A CHECK FOR $85 👀”. Then he left and I immediately got an email from my warranty company that my claim to replace the entire unit was denied bc the unit is dirty. I called and asked Henry what was going on and he said (and I QUOTE!!!!!!) “it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what’s wrong with your unit”. What kind of a professional says that!!?? He was trying to imply that the coils were dirty and it ruined the unit. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that this dude is a huge SCAMMER. Dirt does not equal malfunction. BEWARE!!! This “company” aka Henry, is just a big scammer. He does not know how to troubleshoot HVAC systems and is apparently extremely unprofessional and rude. I want my $85 back. My husband was able to get the unit running!!!!!!

Cinch warranty assigned Best Choice for our AC repair. Him and his helper came out and fixed the problem quickly! Our 2nd unit had gone out the night before he was scheduled to come and he fixed that quickly as well! So he got both of our AC’s working in under an hour! Will definitely recommend!

I have to say that when my warranty company gave me the name of the company that would be helping me, I did as most people do, I went and looked them up. It was only because I had been having issues with my AC for quit a while with my warranty company, and i didn't want the same issues. I must say when they arrived they went right to work. They told me what the issue was, and once my warranty company sent them back out. He completed the job. He was On Time, Very Professional and it was all done in a timely manner, so that I could get back to work. I hope that my issues are over, but if not I know that Mr. Henry will come back and access my issues again.
